Fantastic apartment! -Everything was very clean -Ease of entering and exiting -Location perfect -Comfortable beds -Great layout -Water pressure great -A nice little treat was left on our pillows

We had two things that could be improved upon -The air conditioning unit pushes cold air straight onto the bed. It is also located only in the bedroom making it useless for the rest of the flat when the bedroom door is closed. With the second bed being located in the living room and a very loud street below, the windows needed to be kept shut but at the same time the cool night air was needed, especially to help cool off the foyer and bathroom areas. We ended up keeping them open and using earplugs which we luckily had with us. -The holder for the shower head is useless being so low and has been turned upside down as well, so the shower head does not even attach to the wall at all. With long hair, I find it frustrating to have to hold the shower head while simultaneously trying to rinse shampoo or conditioner from my hair - meaning I use way more water than is necessary. This is an easy fix! Attach the holder in the correct direction at a height where one can use it as a shower!

We needed an apartment for 4 people, with a kitchen and most importantly: with a garage. This was the best choice, and on top of that the most affordable option for our dates. The apartment is in the northern part of Vienna, outside of the most crowded, lively parts of Vienna, so it's less noisy, more peaceful. There's a tram line right under the windows of the apartment, but to us it was not an inconvenience, it was rather a plus: it was so comfortable and relaxing sitting at the window in the evening and watching the street under with trams passing by - not something I can see at home, and you get that feel of Vienna. The private garage was fantastic, enough space, easy to drive in and out. But the key to the garage was inside the apartment, so I had to leave the car in front of the garage door, get to the apartment first and then go back outside, open the garage and then take the car in the garage - not a big deal, but I wish this could have been done more conveniently. To drive out it was simple: you just pull the cord. The apartment itself was really nice and clean, with separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen was well equipped. The window shades are operated without cords (we felt so behind the time when we finally realized how to operate them), The bed was nice and comfortable and the sofa was also prepared for sleeping because we were four. And we got a sweet surprise that our little son enjoyed :) For those who have kids there's also a big indoor playground not far away.

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean and modern apartment, pretty comfortable location 5 min walking from the public transport. It has everything you need, including two kinds of coffee makers, coffee, tea, spices, oil etc., toiletries, linen, even a couple of umbrellas (big thanks for that!).

The only problem was that to get to the parking we needed to leave the car outside the building for 15 min and get the key from the inside of the apartment. There was no parking instructions, parkomat or even any sign showing the parking is paid. So those 15 min were enough to get fined. I would suggest to learn the parking requirements before arrival or not to leave your car unattended. However no complains about the apartment itself.

Spacious, Modern 1-bedroom Apt near VIC & Austria Ctr is cozy apartment on 2. floor situated 4 minutes by walk from station of underground and 5 minutes from our event. Apartment is enough large and include all necessary equipments. Owner is very helpfulness and his instructions before our comming was very clearly. Big benefit is garrage inside of building on -1 floor, which is include of price accomodation.

the design is good and it is very spacious. it has good kitchen tools and some spices, salt, baking paper. We got a chocolate bar on our beds. Everything was very clean

some furniture is broken and needs fixing. kitchen hood light is not working.

it is not centric but well located. Conveniently 5 min walk from metro station or 1min from tram. The flat feels CLEAN all over, and I can certainly appreciate that. keep up the good work!
