Stayed for a weekend in December, awesome property close to downtown. Don’t let the photos fool you, there is TONS of space. Many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone has their own space. Easy access to the hot tub and really close to all of downtown Breckenridge. Very affordable for all that it offers!

This was the second time that we have stayed at the property. We enjoy the great location…a bit away from downtown but easy walking distance to the action. The property also is generally setup well for big groups like ours. We had 11 people ranging from 6-70+. Everyone has room to sleep and is generally comfortable. The view is great, neighbors are nice, and the garage is clean and spacious enough for an SUV and midsized truck. The hot tub is older, but does the job.
That said, we had a few issues that will prevent us from staying again unless addressed. The dryer does not work most of the time or is very temperamental and was not upgraded or fixed since our first stay when it also had issues. We contacted maintenance but really the owner(s) just need to fix this with an upgrade. Hard for families without a working dryer! Expect to air dry clothes here until that is addressed. There is no hanging space in master bedroom. The main sliding door does not easily close all the way, and also needs a screen (let’s in the bees). There’s also no screens on the loft bedroom windows, which is a safety issue and in summer those are going to be opened. The Wi-Fi router is poor and does not cover the whole house. We had to restart it manually one day as it had lost internet. The outdoor grill is great but lacks a drip pan, so grease gets on the deck and on the driveway and subsequently onto kids feet or shoes. Overall, this place needs a few upgrades to earn 5 stars.

Condo used by spouse and friends, almost all middle aged. Condo was fine, very roomy to accommodate guests and accurate listing on beds etc. Location worked out great! Few hiccups...
1) Hot Tub: Not cleaned or filled for our stay. Called to request it to be filled and was told, "No, too busy due to weekend." After expressing our great dissatisfaction at that response., as the Hot Tub was listed as a working amenity and part of the price, someone was finally sent out to clean and fill the hot tub. However, they left without turning it on. It takes 8+ hrs to heat initially, therefore for 2 out of our 4 night stay the hot tub was not functional.
2) Beds had not had linens changed prior to our arrival. Dirty bedding. Found 2 ear plugs in bed sheets of bed which where clearly left there from a previous stay. Gross!
3) No pods for dishwasher. Had to run to store to use dishwasher. Overall not a bad place, but having to complain and insist on hot tub being cleaned was unfortunate.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, well stocked and the location to Breckenridge was very convenient. Only one thing would have made the trip better, the three patios were covered with about 1-2 feet of snow. There were shovels, however, the snow had turned to ice and very difficult to remove. This was a minor detail and would not keep me from returning to this lovely property.

Place was super clean, lots of room to hangout and had all the amenities you’d ever need. Would 100% recommend to friend and family

First of all, this (town) house is great! The pictures are exactly as the house is. It was very clean, beds comfortable, everything was in working order and provides private sleeping areas for multiple people. The hot tub on the deck was the perfect ending to a day on the slopes.
There is a shuttle stop right in front of the property which is very convenient. It is a short walk to town or slopes. We checked our skis at the Maggie (bottom of Peak 9) and rented a boot locker for our boots and actually walked to the slopes to avoid the lines at the shuttle stops. Either the shuttle or walking is an option from this location.
To inform a renter of a couple of things.... We were notified the first morning skiing that we needed to come move our vehicle because the snow plow was coming. My husband had to leave the slopes and go back to the house to move our vehicle to a parking garage in town. The property manager later told us that the HOA gives only a brief notice of the snow plow coming which makes it difficult to get in touch with the guests to move cars in a timely way. After this we just moved our vehicle every morning.
The second issue we had with the property management company (SkyRun Breckenridge) was getting a call late one afternoon that there was a complaint filed against our party for violating the noise ordinance the night before. I assured the agent (Melinda)at Sky Run that our entire family was in bed by 9:30 the evening she was suggesting we were "loud." Instead of acknowledging this, she repeatedly told me that "You need to respect the property." Our party was made up of adult professionals who arise early and are in bed sleeping by 10pm latest. She also told me that if we violated this again (again totally unsubstantiated and inaccurate), we could face an HOA fine and have the police called. I repeatedly told her it could not be us causing noise. Keep in mind this is a townhouse with multiple units side by side so it could have been anyone. I called Sky Run later and spoke to Jess who was very professional and seemed to understand it was incorrectly reported that we would have caused noise. I told her that it would be fine for the HOA to call the police if they heard noise and it could validate that it was not us making the noise.
Outside this incident, we loved our stay. I would just suggest you be aware of this when you rent this property..

Great home with lots of space! We were a group of 12 and everyone had their own bed and limited bathroom sharing. Also, its in a great location, just a short walk to town, so we never needed the free shuttle service. Home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. My only compliant would be the outside grills - we wanted to grill one day and they were so disgusting and dirty
that we couldn't use them. I'd recommend getting some new ones!

Springbreak vacay
Property was nice and came fully furnished with all the necessary supplies. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because it was covered with snow. There was a waterline bust, but the management team came next day to repair. Wish they would have shoveled the snow front door before arrival.

Wonderful overall property- space / location ideal !! Our group had a great time in the area.
