The hostel add value for you’re money . Clean , comfortable and lovely staff with a smile on the face and always to help. The enthusiasm of the manager made our day in Rome as we had to quick find a place to stay as we experienced an awful apartment we booked previously.
It would help if we had heating radiators and not AC

Stosunek ceny do jakości, włoskie śniadanie w super cenie, lokalizacja (do stacji metra „Manzoni” 5 minut pieszo, można z niej dojechać bez przesiadki do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji , czystość, właściciel Pan Carlo jest super miły, pomocny i gotuje świetne cappuccino :)!

We were able to leave our bags for a few hours after check out
I don't understand HOW this hotel got such a high rating on Booking. For starters the location was in a rather dodgy area. Not far from the hotel there were homeless people lying right down on the pavement... On the first night we were woken up by a horrendous scream outside which turned out to be someone getting chased. We were terrified! You could hear everything from the street as well as through the walls. We could hear the guests next door pretty clearly just talking as the door to the hallway was so bad that if someone was out there you could hear it as if they were in the room with you. Speaking of the door, it was so difficult to close and open every time! Furthermore, the AC in the room was not working and it was cold in the room (as it was winter) and we were cold at night. There wasn't even a proper duvet on the bed, we only got a thin white sheet and some thin "blanket wannabe" to cover ourselves which was obviously not enough. There was an additional cover on top but it was so heavy you couldn't sleep comfortably under it. As for the cleanliness and "room service" mentioned in the hotel's description, the floors were so dirty that just walking with our socks for a few minutes made them dirty. There were tiny bugs walking on the floor, the water in the shower and sink was going down VERY slowly, as if it was clogged and as it turns out the sink was broken. The toiletries we got were so small that one shampoo and body wash wasn't even enough for one use. Our towels, even though very wet, were not changed the next day. On arrival, we didn't even get a bottle of water. So the only "room service" was our beds getting made. Oh and finally, we only recommend the hotel's breakfast if you don't mind spending 8 euros for barely any food. The offer was ridiculous, we got a lot more for our money in a cafe closer to central.

Très bel hôtel et très calme. Chambre très agréable et jolie. Bonne literie.

Although I understand the first language is Italian, I could not communicate effectively with the front desk employee on 10/3.

The staff were very friendly and the room was really nice and comfortable. Very close to the train station
This is not the hotel’s fault, but another guest got locked out of their room at 1:30 AM and was wandering around our floor banging on our door and everyone else’s door yelling angrily. It would be good if there was an emergency number guests could call after hours if this happens because it was very distressing to us

Located close (€6 taxi) to the main Termini Station. Extremely friendly host who was made us feel at home. Facilities and room were fantastic value!
Required a taxi from the main locations (Colloseum, Pantheon, etc..) to the hotel. We were able to walk to them in the mornings no worries, however it is roughly a 25 minute walk to the Colloseum.

The hotel was only 10/15 minutes walk from the Metro station which made connection very easy from Ciampino airport (I just took the local bus to Cinecittà and changed with the direct Metro to the hotel).
It's also nicely connected to Termini as I flew out of Fiumicino, the tram is 5 minutes away.
The room was very comfortable, all very clean, WIFI worked very good and the bathroom had hairdryer (I specificy since I always need it and it's not always there!).
Signor Carlo is very kind and friendly!
I was just wondering if the check-out would be possibile after 23 if anything happens with the flight, rather than that, all super!

Price, location, neighborhood, staff, cleanliness
Hot water has it's own life, sometimes it's warm, sometimes not, pressure is bad, shower head was broken and staff didn't fix it during our stay.
Of course, hotel response will be that I am lying :)
