Modern design. This completely renovated elegant modern Willowpointe vacation condo/apt. ( 88 sq m or 900 sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + terrace + free Wi-Fi + free GPS + free parking + Welcome Drinks +Coupon Package is located at the tropical peaceful resort 'Ventura Country Club.' Enjoy a nice cocktail at one of the two refreshing pools or have a nice lunch at the Club House restaurant. There is also tennis and a golf course, an elegant clubhouse with restaurant and bar, jogging paths, fitness center, large lake, children's playground, basketball, 24-hour security and much more. No cleaning fee !!! Each reservation includes the free use of a GPS + a selection of a non alcoholic 'Welcome Drink' + Super Saver Coupon Package with lots of discounts + maps of Orlando and Florida+ brochures of the Orlando attractions + lots of tour books about Orlando. I also prepared a folder for my guests with recommendations of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, Aldi, Walmart, hospitals,dentists and doctors in case of Emergency. Since I live just 5 minutes from Ventura away I can be reached very quickly at anytime. This modern elegant vacation/ holiday condo/apartment has been completely renovated. It is decorated and furnished with high quality furniture reflecting a very modern elegant life style. The bathrooms are absolutely stunning and extremely luxurious with granite and beautiful ceramic tiles. Each bedroom (1 King + 2 Twins beds) + extra twin mattress in living room for 5th guest. The living room has a LCD flat screen TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi, free phone calls within the U.S, answering machine and much more. In addition, I offer a large selection of English tour books about Orlando and Florida for free. When renting my vacation condo(Ventura Country Club- Willowpointe), you can use a GPS for the length of your stay for free, no charge. The car rental companies charge about $ 8-10 per day for a GPS-NAVI. The GPS can be programmed in any language. All Orlando theme parks / attractions / restaurants / gas stations, etc. are already stored in the GPS under points of interest and can be easily selected. A GPS in the U.S. is very helpful if you are not familiar with the area. It is very easy to get lost. It saves a lot of $$$ and time!! Great location not far from airport. Felt very safe here, security controlled complex. Condo was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, and has everything you would need for a stay here. We didnt spend too much time in the condo or use any of the facilties such as the pool as we were out all day every day. The condo is on the ground floor with an allocated parking spot. There was no noise what so ever from neighbours above or to the side. Everything we used - the dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc were all in good working order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower & bath were both clean and lots of clean towels were available. Great accomadtion for a small family and the owner Jan was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to return here if we came to Florida again.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 6 week visit to this lovely apartment. The apartment was just as described in the advertisement. It was very clean on arrival and is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has all the amenities you could need for a great stay , from the well equipped kitchen , laundry facilities and comfortable beds and seating. The location of the apartment is excellent with access to a very nearby pool exclusively for residents of this local neighbourhood of Willowpointe (most days we were the only ones using this pool) as well as a larger pool and restaurant at the "19th hole" of the golf clubhouse. The golf course of the Ventura estate is a well cared for local course at reasonable rates ( you will get residents discount as a guest here) and friendly and helpful staff.
Our host Jan was extremely helpful and communication was excellent from our initial enquiry through to the end of our stay.
I would certainly recommend this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to come back again myself in the future.

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. The gated community made us feel safe. The condo was very clean, had all the comforts of home and detailed messaged were left for us to answer any questions. Jan was also very helpful and readily available to address any additional questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding ....
Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. This condo location gave us easy access to everything! We also enjoyed the individualized parking spot for the condo. We highly recommend Jan and his condo. He was a very gracious host!

We had a great stay in Orlando. My husband and I loved staying at Jans condo, he was a very gracious host! The location was great for Disney World and Universal. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space center was only a little over an hour away! We ate in the clubhouse restaurant and really enjoyed the prime rib special! We plan on returning to Orlando and Jans condo!

As expected from our previous experience with Jan, this modern condo in VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB is a clean and well maintained place.
Even if all has been already written here in the comments by different customers, we have to confirm that everything is simply true : the description and reviews, the nice location in a safe area guarded H24, and the confortable place this condo represent for a pleasant stay in ORLANDO.
A perfect place for golf and shopping, close to the airport and downtown, but in a quiet location.
Jan is easy to reach by cell, mail or WhatsApp if you need something, and always try to do his best….. but don't forget if you rent this unit or another one here he could offer you in VENTURA, that there is everything, from super coffee machine to GPS or hairdryer , facial cream or soap, including TV, phone and WI-FI, so you can travel with a light suitcase ….
We already booked for next year ... so the evidence we are totally satisfied, and can highly recommend to rent this condo.

Everything was EXCELLENT. Very clean condo with plenty of amenities. Super owner!! He stopped by on the second day of our stay and enjoyed a Persian lunch with us. Jan is a good hard working man; wish him success and happiness in life.

Excellent property on the ground floor of a 2 story building. Walk to the golf course, clubhouse and pool. Condo has all you need and then some to allow you to move in and stay comfortably. It has 2B/R 2 Baths Lanai and 3 TVs . You are close to all theme parks and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby. Great location for a enjoyable vacation and owner is very responsive to any questions or needs.

This is perfect place for my and me wife
When we arrived we found the condo clean and ready for us.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The guards at the front gate were friendly and helpful.
We did have good communication with Jan.
We will be back and we will consider staying here again.
