Located in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $1,033 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 9th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers two master bedrooms, both of which have king beds, with one offering access to an oceanfront balcony and a large master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet as well as tile flooring; while the other offers a spacious bathroom along with its own private oceanfront balcony and private entrance into the condo. The third room has a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request, and the forth room has two double beds, along with two more bathrooms. With its living room that offers a sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. The condo was great! I loved everyone having their own bathroom Comfortable beds, decently equipped kitchen, and amazing view. Only negative of the condo was the dryer it definitely struggled to dry clothes. However we planned for it and it required us to complete dry cycle twice. The property was great the kids loved the pools inside and out. I loved the proximity of the pools to the beach. Some people were at the pool while others were at the beach, but we still felt all together. Chairs were always available at the pool and they a policy where people cannot snag chairs early in the morning to claim their spot all day. I loved this. Only negative is they were mulching and the smell after the rain was unbearable. Around the pool area the chairs sit on grass not sure the grass is ideal. It looks like they resod it yearly. I would recommend putting in pavers. While the property was slightly outdated we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect! We had everything we needed and the property is just as pictured! The pools and the beach are so convenient. The property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. You don't have access to pool towels but we didn't have any issues getting what we needed. Highly recommend and worth the money!

Working with Luxury Beach Rentals exceeded our expectations! They were very responsive to all our emails and questions. The check-in/check-out process went very smoothly. Everything was explained in detail in an email. I would definitely work with them again! However, the property itself was in desperate need of a deep, deep thorough cleaning! It was also in need of a refresh. All the walls were heavily marked up, wallpaper was peeling, water stains on the ceiling, moldings were broken, closet doors off the track just to name a few things. The view was fantastic, and the fact we had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was convenient for everyone. Given the money we paid for this unit, I would have expected it to be a lot cleaner than it was, and basic items to be repaired. I would book a property through Luxury Beach rentals again, but not this particular property.

Overall the stay was good. The pools were great and being right on the beach was fantastic. We had great views of the ocean as well. The down side is the dryer is “old” so it took forever for towels or anything to dry. It’s also not as close to the boardwalk or places to eat so we had to drive more than planned. Otherwise, company was responsive & rooms were nice. Thank you!

This condo has 4 bedrooms. We had plenty of room for married kids and some grandkids. We had so much walking the beach and finding shark teeth. And the grandkids swam at least twice a day. Best holiday time with family.

The resort is gorgeous and lush with palm trees and hibiscus plants galore. At night there are fire pits to sit around while a live guitarist plays under the palm trees! The beach is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful! Our unit was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was lacking a coffee maker when we arrived but within an hour of calling - one was delivered to us! Also I’m glad I brought my own fry pan from home as the one supplied was small and not a non stick pan. The sleeper sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on. But the beds were great! The last few days of our stay the dishwasher stopped working and someone came to look at it even though it was a Sunday. He said someone would be back the next day to fix it- which to my knowledge didn’t happen, so I had to hand wash our last days dishes before check out. Overall we loved our stay and would love to return!

The best thing about this property is the location. The unit was run down. Not a good choice for someone in a wheelchair.

Family Vacation July 2022
Overall the condo was spacious and the ocean view was nice. The showers were moldy and one shower did not have shampoo or soap holder had to use floor or remove items from shower. The dryer takes a long time to dry items. I WOULD NOT rent this property from VRBO because you are limited to some resort amenities, no pool towels, children's activities, room service, and no access to any of the handicap items the resort provides to the guest that rent thru the on site rental!! The staff was friendly and the common areas were nice and clean. The unit really needs a good cleaning and updating for the rates they are charging. The resort rentals are less expensive than the VRBO rental with all the extra fees. I would return to the Island Vista but not thru VRBO due to limitations of all the property has to offer.

We had our family of 8 + 1 grandchild stay in this condo and it was great. We did have issues with a tv loosing power, a bath tube drain not draining and clothes dryer not drying very good. One phone call and the maint tech was there within 24 hours fixing it all. And the beach nor pool were crowded at all. This was even over the 4th of July. Only thing was that the VRBO price was a bit higher than what the Resort charges. Other than that, it was a great vacation.

The room could use a little updating and maybe a little more time on the deep cleaning. The view took us away from noticing much of anything.

Overall we had a great stay. The condo was clean and had a beautiful oceanfront view; the location was great for our family with kids— close to activities like mini golf and boardwalk as well as grocery stores. I gave 4 stars versus 5 for a couple minor things. One- the dryer took forever to dry. It seemed like the door had a bit of a gap & that made it hard to dry and my father in law said the venting looked like it probably needed to be fixed. Two- my mother & father in law arrived prior to us and informed us of the mini fridge in the lockout room was leaking. Maintenance promptly came up but didn’t really fix the issue just told them to keep it propped up. Maintenance also told them they’d be replacing the toaster & coffee maker but also never replaced those during our week. (They functioned, the toaster just took forever to toast, not sure about the coffee maker cause I don’t drink coffee so I didn’t use it at all to see what the issue was). Three- there was nothing in the description about umbrellas, bogey boards, chairs, and sand toys being in the condo so we rented some only to find them in the closet. I’m actually surprised it wasn’t advertised given that it seemed to be a family friendly resort and those are some things families look for in these types of rentals.
Overall we enjoyed the condo and would rent again. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids, we didn’t have any issues as others reported of noise from pipes, crud from the spa tub In master, etc. The walk in closet in the master bedroom fit a rollaway crib comfortably, the beach was not crowded at all as the resort is situated between houses versus next to another resort, and they had live music in the evenings that was nice to listen to from our balcony. The cypress room served a delicious breakfast and all staff we interacted with at the resort were wonderful!

The unit just wasn’t clean. Baseboards look like they haven’t been dusted in years. Behind and underneath the furniture had layers of dust. The shower curtains had mildew that we had to spray with Clorox. The caulking in showers was mildewed and the jets in the tub had mildew around them. Three people in our group actually got cold symptoms from all the dust. I also found there was no filter on the air return. Very disappointed for the price paid.

Great location, spacious for a family of twelve. We had a lot of fun there and having four bathrooms made a huge difference. Everything was perfect, except we could have used a cart to help bring things to our room, we had to make several trips. We were told by the front desk that we did not book through them so we could not use their cart. The washing machine was super loud and the beds were a little hard.

The condo was clean and fresh, if you have stayed in Mrytle beach area before you will love the location of private beaches is what you are looking for. Nestled between the out skirts of Mrytle heading to North Mrytle with private communities surrounding both sides of the condo. The facility is large enough to enjoy and has the necessary restaurant / bar area for use in way to pool or beach. The unit had plenty space for 10 with good accommodations and wonderful views.

The washing machine is REALLY loud and the dryer doesn’t work well and each small load had to be run through several cycles. On the plus side, the beds were VERY comfortable and the linens were good. Overall, I would recommend but the few issues noted should be addressed.

Everything about this condo is wonderful. The pics in the ad are exactly what you'll see when you walk in the door. We used the pool and the exercise facility daily and had a great time. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ate in almost every meal. Thanks for a great vacation!
