This is a luxury high-end condo for both the business and leisure traveler. Gorgeous bamboo flooring in bedrooms & sitting room make this a one-of-a-kind property. Amenities include two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds, each with a flat screen HDTV which is also found in the living room. There is a wonderful formal dining room to enjoy meal just like at home. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the condo. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertop with stools and a high-top style table with stools. Full size washer and dryer. FAQ: How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. Space was as expected but they had little things others don't. A welcome basket with snacks and pop in the frig to have. Very nice touches on top of an excellent space. Very close to OCCC. Plan to return.

Our recent family vacation was made exceptional by this conveniently located and spacious condo!! Its proximity to Universal Studios eliminates long, complicated traffic, and the convenience of a nearby gas station, several restaurants, and Publix grocery store made our stay worry-free. We would love to stay here again when visiting Orlando!!

We stayed here with our family of 5. It was perfect location for visiting Universal and close to airport as well. They even had pack n play for our baby. Will stay here again if we visit Orlando again!

Excellent customer service! Excellent communication! Excellent attention to detail! We got check-in information in a timely manner without having to call and ask. The welcome basket with snacks and a few soft drinks, water bottles and juice pouches in the fridge were a nice touch. Very convenient location. Publix, Chick-fil-A and Walgreens (all of which we visited) were right around the corner or across the street. We were able to jump on I4 quickly to get to Disney and Universal parks were close by. ITZ provided starter of dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. They also provided a good hair dryer and hair products. Showers had good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking breakfast every morning. We would definitely book through ITZ again. They will be at the top of our list.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo is much larger than it looks in the pictures and was bigger than every other place we have stayed in Orlando. Place was very clean, well stocked even including a handful of drinks in the fridge. Instructions for wifi, tv and other amenities where readily available and easy to follow. We will definitely stay here on our next Orlando trip.

As soon as we checked in, I had a couple of questions, so I called the number listed only to realize it was a few minutes after closing. Expecting not to get a call back until morning, I was surprised when my call was returned within minutes to a very helpful voice. The property at vista cay seemed bigger compared to the pictures. Next time in Orlando, we will stay at the same place if available. Our stay was phenomenal! Thanks for a great week!

This was one of the top experiences we’ve had through VRBO. From beginning to end, the owners had thought of everything. From providing beach/pool towels and toys to board games and restaurant recommendations, we truly felt like guests at a resort, not just a family using someone else’s home. Communication was fast and easy leading up to our trip and there were no hiccups during our stay. The property was clean and well maintained throughout. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed a bigger space than a hotel. The location is convenient to the convention center and all of the attractions in Orlando. We will be staying again.

Overall our experience was very good. A few things though: Second bathroom tub did not drain well, Ironing board was broken, and the closets definite;y needed more hangers. I think we had roughly 20 for all three bedrooms. We bought another set and left them.

We were in Orlando for AAU Volleyball Nationals. The property was spacious, very comfortable and clean. It is about 5 minutes to the convention center and very close to Icon Park and Universal. The pool was great, and so was the on site service. The property was very nicely decorated and centrally located to both pools and clubhouses. Walking distance to Publix and other restaurants. ITZ left a thoughtful gift basket on the counter for our arrival. I would definitely return to this property. My wife and I stayed with my two daughters, my son and his friend.

Very nice place and very clean with central located to all things Orlando and 55 mins to coco beach! One drawback is thermostat needs to be above 73.... that’s a bit warm for my taste! Would be nice to keep it a little cooler!

We were super happy with the location of the condo in relation to all the parks we planned to visit. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Grocery store and restaurants were very close. Pool and hot tub were great! Communication with the management company, ITZ Vacation Properties, was smooth and were very helpful if we were to have needed anything.

PRO: The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great washer/dryer. CON: There was only 1 small non-stick pan to cook with. CON - the sun wakes you up too early. Different/additional window treatments are needed on the bedroom windows.

Beautiful and Spacious with Amazing Service

This three-bedroom, two-bath condo on the third floor is more spacious than you can imagine and just beautiful. The rental agency was wonderful to work with and immediately moved us from our first-floor unit when there was a noise issue right above us during our first night there. The complex is quiet and mostly residential, with two nice pools with bar areas and a shopping center in easy walking distance for groceries or dinner out. We will most definitely return.
