Inviting, clean townhome in the heart of Seabright. Located on a quiet street, between Yacht Harbor and the Beach Boardwalk, and a small walk to Seabright Beach; the largest beach Santa Cruz has to offer! Three levels provide a spacious amount of living area, very conducive for families. The Master and 2nd bedroom, along with full bath, are on the lower level. The main level includes a separate living room, dining room, gallery kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Numerous sunlit areas encourage gathering to share stories after a day at the beach. Granite countertops along with stools are in the gallery kitchen. Microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster and all necessary cookware are available for dining in home. The dining room table seats 6, and the living room with LCD TV, is a place to relax and enjoy. A half bath is also on the main level. There is a 3rd large loft bedroom on the upper level with entrance by circular staircase. Sliding wood and glass doors ensure privacy, but when open provides a lofted spacious feel. There are two decks, one adjacent to the master bedroom and the second large deck outside the living room. A BBQ grill is available on the main deck for outdoor grilling and enjoyment. An easy walk to Twin Lakes Beach and the small and interesting museum located there. Easy to walk to Ocean view playground and the boardwalk. Some traffic noise but otherwise quiet neighborhood.Two bathrooms are on the lower level. Not clearly stated in the description. Very tight bathrooms, cannot be a big person. Hard to move around and close the doors. Master bathroom two sinks and countertops were more updated than the picture shows. Picture shows one countertop with the bar type sink and faucet. Nice to have clean white towels and sheets on the beds. Was not sent the door combination by VRBO and we messaged the owner on our drive up and heard back just under an hour later with information. Lots of room to spread out. No central heat. Small Dura flame brand plug-in wall heaters on main level and master bedroom were hard to control temperature. Radiator style plug-in heater in lower level bedroom seemed to work well. Heaters are definitely needed on the lower level as it does not get sun. Loft bedroom without any heaters. Broken outlet cover next to the bed with light plugged into. It appeared unsafe. Adequate pans pots and utensils but not enough plates bowls and no sandwich plates. Could use more silverware too so not running the dishwasher so often. Convenient to have the washer and dryer. Safe area for parking on the street and two spots behind the unit.

It was a very nice condo with parking. The location was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, the beach, and the Boardwalk.

House is comfortable and well equipped but there are many, many stairs!!

This home was perfect for our family of five. We walked to the boardwalk and the beach. It was great to have beach towels, boogie boards and an umbrella all in the house. It was unseasonable hot so owner brought by an extra fan! All in all a great stay!

Great location. You can walk to the Boardwalk. The wharf is about a 15 min drive or less. Everything you can think of is supplied for your stay; it truly was cozy.

We stayed for 3 nights with our grown kids. Very comfortable home that worked well for us. Prettier than the photos. Well equipped, and everything worked out well. Great area with easy walks to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We'd love to stay again.

This place was great. Walking distance to the boardwalk and to the venue for 70.3 Santa Cruz. Quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Rooms were spacious and property felt comfortable. We will stay here again next time we are in Santa Cruz

The house was wonderful. Loved the three stories and space to spread out. Bathrooms were spotless, beds comfortable and house was quiet. Kitchen drawers and cabinets would benefit from deep cleaning. I would rent this home again.

We had a great time at this location, our kids loved the loft bedroom (though they slept a little less because of the light in the morning), it was a great location - very easy to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants.

Loved how close we were to both the boardwalk and Seabright beach, within walking distance. The house was spacious, and accommodated the six of us, except that the bathrooms were all pretty small, but with 2 and a half, we made it work. Enjoyed the private top deck and quieter neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and return myself 😊

We had a great experience staying in Santa Cruz for my nephew's wedding. There were 5 adults, and the accommodations were clean and spacious. The only issue we had was that my husband banned his head on the spiral staircase more than once!

Exactly as described. Great location! Easy walking distance to the boardwalk and a few yummy restaurants. The home was extremely clean, and well stocked (i.e., kitchen had everything one would need, bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and plenty of towels). Quiet. Would happily stay here again.

My husband and I and our children enjoyed our time here very much! The home had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location is awesome! Nice neighborhood and walking distance to beach and boardwalk made it incredible! We would most definitely stay here again!

The property was cozy and clean. Beds were comfy! There's 2.5 bathrooms, which is great just note that the loft doesn't have a bathroom attached so you'll have to go down a floor or two to use the bathroom. The living room has great natural light and the high ceilings make it feel roomier. The master bedroom downstairs would be even nicer if the view out the back window wasn't of the parking lot. We kept the blinds closed which made the room dark. It has a washer and dryer which is nice.
Location is awesome! You can walk to restaurants and coffee shops, Seabright Beach and the Boardwalk within minutes. There is street parking as well as two spaces in the parking lot in the back. We'd stay again!

This home was perfect for our stay in Santa Cruz! Family of 4 - 2 adult children. We had plenty of space, very clean, great location - easy walk to the beach and local coffee shops and restaurants. Loved the Seabreeze Cafe which was just down the street.
Parking was very convenient and everything about this unit was comfortable! Would definitely recommend this property!

I took my two kids, 9 and 12, to Santa Cruz for the weekend. The house was great and we were able to walk everywhere. My daughter loved the local cafe and both kids loved being able to walk to the beach and the Boardwalk.

We had a fantastic stay at Scott’s place. The accommodations were clean and check in was easy. Location is super walkable, super cute cafe for breakfast right down the road along with coffee shops and a taproom within 5 min walking. Would definitely stay at this spot again!

A little holiday family reunion! We all had a great time. The location was great! Close to great coffee shops , restaurants, Whole Foods and a short walk to the beach. They’re a popular spot to walk to to see the sunset. House is clean, well equipped. 2 1/2 baths. Loft bedroom has such a comfy bed and in the morning you can hear the ocean in the early morning hours. Loved it!

The home was lovely with plenty of space and new appliances. In a relaxed residential area, walking distance to Santa Cruz boardwalk. The host was very nice and gave plenty of suggestions for groceries, restaurants and tours. Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. We did not fully understand that this house had so many stairs. That was no fault of owner. As older folks we might consider somewhere without so much challenge in the future. The house was nice and very adequate to our needs though.

Close to the beach and boardwalk. I like how we could walk everywhere that we needed to get. If you need a store run it’s a drive 7 mins down Seabright. The property is a tri-level condo and we perfect for me and our guests to have each our own space. The couch is also a pull out bed. Apparently this was a very hot time of the year to visit Santa Cruz in August but the property was well equipped with fans and this was sufficient
