SUMMARY Alegre is a classic north side Santa Fe Style condo in one of Santa Fe’s most beloved districts, just a ten minute walk to the Plaza. This home has the perfect layout for two couples. With viga ceilings, hardwood floors, and Southwestern art throughout, Alegre is a warm, inviting, and conveys a traditional atmosphere. LIVING AREA The living is centered around a large kiva fireplace. Coupled with an abundance of Southwestern art, the living space expertly conveys the unique aesthetic of Santa Fe. The living room features a sleeper sofa to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements. KITCHEN AND DINING The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook from home, and the hand-carved dining table provides a perfect spot for up to four people to enjoy the meal. BED AND BATH The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, and a bathroom just outside the door. Both bedrooms have TVs. LOCATION .4 miles to the Plaza 1.1 miles to Canyon Road .8 miles to the Railyard PLEASE NOTE: - The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th - This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee. -The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras City Permit Number 155748

This was a lovely find. So glad we stayed here. It is close to downtown and yet quiet. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was perfect for our party of three and the kitchen was well-appointed with a dining and living space perfect for a small group.

The property was perfect for two couples. It had everything we needed, plus the property manager left us some goodies to enjoy! Our experience at the beginning of our stay was less than desirable since we had to be moved to another property for the first night due to the water utility turning off the water. It was a hassle to pack up and move again, but definitely worth it! The property manager was so accommodating amid the hiccup, and she was very concerned that we were going to be happy. Will absolutely stay there again!

Alegre was even better than we expected. Great, quiet location that is close enough to walk to the plaza, really comfortable beds, and a beautiful courtyard are just some of the highlights. Also really easy to jump on the highway and head out of town to Taos, dinner at Gabriel’s or anywhere else you want to get to in just minutes. Having off street parking was another big plus knowing you never have to worry about finding a spot. We enjoyed everyday we spent there. And big bonus points for the friendly cats from across the street who came to see us everyday. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

We were so impressed with this home in Santa Fe. It is a lovely home with two outside patio areas and in walking distance to the square. The place was clean and comfortable, and the owners were excellent at communicating everything for us, including recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Santa Fe. I would definitely recommend this home, and stay there again!

Two Casitas was a great place to stay. Everything was as ot was described. It was pretty, convienently located & quiet. Would rent it again.

I hadn’t realized how large Santa Fe blocks are. The place is not really walkable to the plaza. But we had a car, so all was fine.
Location is perfect for driving to Santa Fe Opera!

Was a great set with two bedrooms & two bathrooms for my two girlfriends and myself. Everything was included to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

8-16 minute walk to everything we wanted to go to. Impeccably clean. Provided everything we needed to enjoy the fireplace. Mattresses were comfortable (although the pillows were too soft for our preference). There was a really nice gift when we got there too, so that was nice! Cozy feel!!

Very clean and plenty of supplies. Appeared to be freshly painted and decorated. Updated dining and living area. Location is a 10-minute walk from the plaza. Great bedding and linen. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Plenty of kitchen ware. Two Casitas was very responsive.
The not so good
Kitchen and bathrooms very dated and worn. Some might call it charm… not us. There are steps into the family room from two sides. So, you must be careful. There is no garbage disposal yet they are worried about insects. Privacy and shared outdoor spaces may be uncomfortable. Neighbors and you can look at each other right through windows next to outdoor space.... there is zero separation. The outdoor furniture was quite dirty and unappealing to use. Santa Fe must not have trash can rules. The kitchen window view was a row of trash cans in street the entire 10 day stay.
