We would stay again for location

Didnt have breakfast as we had an early flight

Sports Bar was very ordinary, food very average The executive lounge had no afternoon tea and the evening drinks & food was very lacking in choice

Perfect stay for flying away

Great size room with runway view. Very friendly staff and the hotel was very clean.

We found the beds uncomfortable but we are used to a tempur at home!

Nice, but expensive

The location was brilliant, with the restaurant overlooking various planes. Room was nice, it had a bath (which is always a bonus for me) and the bed was very comfy

It was really expensive. I was able to use my genius points which made the room affordable, but food and drink (although very good) were extortionate

Convenient but wished I had booked a normal room and just used the bar instead of executive lounge, it was not as busy a

Near to terminals.

Price for rooms with access to executive lounge was too high for what was on offer. It was really busy and all good seating was taken. Had to sit at far end in seats where we could not see each other!!!

Good, but not good enough.

As usual , staff on checkout and in bar very good. And the location is soooo handy for departure and car parking

We think of the stay at Raddison as the start of our holiday and always pay that little extra for lounge access, over the years we’ve seen a decline in what’s on offer and the general standard of cleanliness and attentiveness from the staff, this was most evident this time, to the degree that we’ve decided probably not to bother with lounge access from now as we feel it’s not value for money.

Luxury airport hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Despite the fact it’s basically the airport it was very quiet & peaceful. I was delighted to be upgraded to an Executive room. Had all that I needed and there’s a 24 hour shop in the reception area where you can scan & pay for goods yourself. Will be back!

Excellent location for Terminal 2

Very comfortable, nice bar (although we had hoped to watch the rugby but they said they couldn't change the channel so couldn't put it on ??) Great location for terminal 2, no going outside as the tunnel goes straight from the reception.

Oasis of calm.

So near shops and central to city centre. Staff were wonderful, cooking beautiful breakfast and providing fresh towels when needed. Very quiet despite being on a busy road.

There is no lift and many stairs. A person with much luggage and limited mobility would struggle. Yet the guesthouse mentions this anyway.

Perfect hotel at the airport with super comfy beds.

Very nice hotel at the most convenient location. Food was good, especially the breakfast! Swimming pool was a lovely bonus and the beds are big and very comfortable. We stayed with our one year old daughter, who enjoyed the stay just as well as we did. We’ll definitely stay again next time we have an opportunity.

An airport hotel that far exceeded our expectations

A superb hotel room with an enormous comfortable bed, warm lighting and a fabulously open view. The bar & restaurant were beautifully appointed & the bar food was excellent too.

Ideally placed for the airport but not value for money.

Location, well maintained

Extortionate price in bar, food, mini shop in reception, £2.30 for a standard mars bar!! We expect to pay more in a hotel but these prices were ridiculous!!

Great hotel and very convenient location but a long walk with luggage if the moving walkways are not working

Modern, clean and very comfortable. Everything you could need in the bedroom and bathroom

Location off the covered walkway between terminal 1 and 2 in theory is excellent. However the moving walkways were not working and the walk from terminal 3 was a struggle for my husband. Could have done with a courtesy bus

Dirty bathroom and needed updating. Tasteless breakfast, definitely not worth £19! Staff in reception and breakfast didn’t smile not very welcoming although in the bar area the man man that served us was great!

Just a one night stay after the long haul for Australia. Catch some sleep before the onward journey.

Shame the restaurant lets down the hotel, they need to rework the menu and the staff.

The room, check in, car parking, all brilliant, The restaurant however was incredibly disappointing, very expensive and service and quality did not in Any way live up to the cost and 4star hotel. So disappointed- warm wine - non available from the fridge apparently and the steak, was awful with the bone marrow??? What is the point, disgusting, the corn started was ridiculous- 4 tiny slithers and undercooked, the service was bad, staff couldn’t speak English well enough to do their job.

As above - I’m not sure I will return for this reason, the only reason we go it to be close to airport for early flights and make a night of it with a nice meal etc… not anymore!
