Stylish and well planned hotel. The staff were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was larger than expected and had everything required. The breakfast spread was the best we have ever had during all our travels.

The bed was a little too hard.

Good stay. I staid twice in one week and overall good stay.

Arg in die Jahre gekommen, lieblos geführt, kein 5-Sterne Standard mehr. Hier wird nur noch abgewohnt.

Das Personal sprach überwiegend nur Englisch. Die Empfangsleute waren deutlich überfordert mit den einfachsten Dingen des Services. Icdh habe mir ein Fahhrad leihen wollen.... das dritte defekte habe ich dann im nächsten Radladen selbst reparieren lassen, das war im Hotel nicht möglich.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich schätze es sehr, wenn wir in diesem Hotel Bademäntel zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Im Zuge der besuchten Tagung gab es auch Mittagessen, auch dieses war sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Beim Frühstück extremer Ansturm, dadurch Platzmangel und lange Wartezeit bis man zu einem Tisch gebracht wurde. An einem Tag Frühstück im Barbereich was wenig gemütlich war. Das Personal an der Rezeption (Ein- und Auschecken) könnte etwas mehr Freundlichkeit an den Tag legen.

Frühstück war sehr gut, vielfältig

Personal nicht immer Professionell und Kundenorientiert, insbesondere an der Reception. Vieles Kompliziert, einiges nicht durchdacht, nicht emphatisch. Viel Personal ohne Erfahrung. Frühstückräume klein, ja nach Uhrzeit wird es eng. Für Unvorgesehenes fehlt oft die Erfahrung beim Personal.

Tolles Frühstück, Personal sehr aufmerksam. Fitness sehr gut eingerichtet. Lage ideal um alle Ecken Wiens zu erkunden.

Sauberkeit in Zimmer war sehr schlecht ! Wir haben nur für den Namen bezahlt , Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war nicht optimal !

Top Lage. Angenehme Betten.

Zerrissene Bettwäsche bei Ankunft. Personal professionell, aber nicht freundlich. Beim spontanen Entschluss im Hotel zu frühstücken, hat man uns 15 Minuten warten lassen um uns dann zu sagen, dass es keinen Platz gibt! Das finde ich geht in einer Unterkunft wie dieser gar nicht.

Havaalanından kalkan ve Morzinplatz’a direkt ulaşabileceğiniz VAL2 otobüs durağına yürüme 6-7 dk da ulabileceğiniz merkeze 10 dk bir konuma sahip. Bulunduğu bölge sakin ve temiz olması ile güvende hissettiriyor, her viyana seyahatimizde tercihimiz burası oluyor.

Karşılama da çalışan bir genç hanımefendi almanca ve ingilizce bilmemize rağmen anlamıyormuşuz gibi biraz sertti :) Fakat check-out sürecinde çok tatlı bir beyefendi bize yardımcı oldu.

La chambre etait tres bien avec une ambiance tres charmante. Le personnel etait parfait. Proprete impecable. Je reviendrais surement quand j'irais a Vienne la prochaine fois.

Je ne vois rien, j'ai tout apprécié. Peut etre que le bar pourrait etre ouvert un peu plus longtemps. Autrement tout etait parfait.

The VIP lounge was somewhat lack lustre. I have been to many, and I would say that this one was probably the worst. Basic bisuits and nuts available during the day and of course tea/coffee or soft drinks. You could only grab a glass of wine or beer between the hours of 5pm and 7pm. Their ''happy hour 5pm to 7pm, consisted of soup or maybe a rice dish. However, once finished there was litle to replace it, so if there were a lot of guests (weekend) then you had to be quick to get what there was. I was at the Corithia in Prague, there suite was not as good as the Hilton, but the VIP lounge had way more selection. I feel they need to look into and invest a little more comfort for the VIP guests in this area. Attentiveness: Two VIP guests arrived one minute after 7pm and the staff had already removed all wine and drinks and food within that time. The lady guest looked quite upset that they had missed it all. I went to the staff and asked them to give them a glass of wine, but they seemed more worried that they would get into TROUBLE if they did. I had to beg them. This for me tells me a very interesting story about the management and how the general staff feel. I hope this will be considered. As a business consultant I am very aware of how to make a business expectation exceed and keep staff and customers loyal. If the managers would like to contact me for more of my observations then I urge them to contact me.

Très bel établissement, la qualité et les prestations étaient au rendez-vous. Le bar est resté ouvert malgré l'heure tardive. Literie et confort impeccables. Je recommande

Die Lage ist zentral gewesen und Aktivitäten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter in der Bar waren sehr freundlich und stets gutgelaunt. Die Cocktails sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut.

Ein Gläschen Sekt zum Frühstück wäre fein, sowie das Austauschen der Vorlagenlöffel um Vermischung von Speisen zu vermeiden. Kleine Schälchen für Frischkäse oder Marmelade wären von Vorteil

Es war wirklich alles perfekt ganz besonders Lob an Daniel aus der Bar, ich habe selten so einen guten weißen Spritzer bekommen.

Das Frühstücksbereich ist etwas eng und leider für so ein großes Hotel ist eine Kaffee Maschine zu wenig.

A demora no check in porque a Reserva efetuada no Booking.com não constava informaticamente dos Registos do Hotel: Resultado: Espera de de cerca de 20 minutos. Tudo se resolveu entretanto, após essa espera. mas diga-se com diligência interessada Funcionárias adstritas à Zona de Pequeno Almoço parece que não dominam a língua inglesa.
