Albergo lussuoso, confortevole, ottimo staff sempre a disposizione, colazione con ogni tipo di scelta, camere grandi e pulizia impeccabile, fanno le camere più volte al giorno, posizione strategica e comodissima per la metro in 2 minuti si è in centro ma soprattutto vista mozzafiato.

Die zentrale Nähe war genial man konnte jederzeit in die Metro steigen und die Verbindungen in Prag sind Mega
Die Dame am Empfang hat uns so herzlich empfangen das man sich wirklich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt hat
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es müsste mal was gemacht werden aber trotzdem sehr sauber
Am schönsten fand ich die Executive Lounge das ist eine tolle idee wenn auch zu einem stolzen Preis aber überragend was dafür geboten wurde
Das Frühstück war mir ehrlich gesagt zu wenig es gab nur zwei Sorten Wurst das fand ich etwas wenig das Obst schmeckte abgestanden außerdem fand ich den Frühstücksraum eher unaufgeräumt

Das Frühstück war wahnsinnig gut und das auch gemessen an meinen von anderen Rezensionen geschürten hohen Erwartungen. Das Personal war durch die Bank weg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Das Interieur der Zimmer ist erkennbar alt. Funktional wird aber alles sehr gut in Schuss gehalten.

Great place to stay, especially due to the very close proximity to the subway. A couple of stations to all the major sites. The view from our room was fantastic, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Everyone spoke English very well. The hotel is clean, functional, and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.
This is a straightforward no thrills business hotel, especially compared with some of the traditional Old Town hotels. The decor and furnishings are a bit dated but clean and functional

Dobrá lokalita hotela hneď pri zastávke metra. Omeleta na raňajkách. Fajn výber televíznych programov. Žehliaci pult. Zdvorilí zamestnanci hotela. Parkovanie v garáži. Vždy nová voda dopĺňaná na izbe.
Slabší a opotrebovaný vankúš. Chýbal mi riadny krém z lieskových orechov na raňajkách. Veľmi rýchlo odnášal personál taniere zo stola pri raňajkách. Hoci to nebolo potrebné ešte. Už opotrebovaný interiér hotela.

Fitness und Schwimmbad kosten Extra. Das ist bei der Buchung nicht klar. Bei 5* erwarte ich auch keine separate Zahlung an diese Stelle.
Die Reception ist aus dem Zimmer telefonisch nicht erreichbar.

Lokalita, hezký výhled
Je to starý hotel a veci sa rozbíjajú. V izbe zo stropu je počuť klikajuce zvuky v pravidelných intervaloch a člověk sa nevyspí. Zrejme vzduchotechnika... Dosť mrzuté.

Poloha hotelu je skvělá, bezproblémový a rychlý check-in, snadné parkování se snadným přístupem do recepce. Přátelský, profesionální a vstřícný personál, čistota a velmi dobrá snídaně. Krásný výhled z apartmánu na celou Prahu. Drobné pozornosti, darovaná láhev vína, lahvičky s vodou zdarma i právě probíhající akce parkování zdarma, to vše potěší.
Velmi nepříjemným zážitkem byla zima v apartmánu. Zprvu jsme se domnívali, že alespoň večer se v pokojích oteplí, ale byl to bohužel omyl. Náš malý vnuk musel nocovat v teplých teplákách, ponožkách a teplé mikině, aby se netřásl zimou. Hygiena v krásné koupelně byla vykoupena nachlazením. Dle sdělení na recepci, hotel neočekával po teplých dnech ochlazení a vše bylo již nastaveno na letní provoz...(ochlazení však bylo znatelné již několik dní před naším příjezdem). Zařízení (nábytek, svítidla), jinak velmi pěkně umístěného aparmánu, je značně omšelé a opravdu již pamatuje lepší časy. Na pokoji jsme postrádali jakýkoliv informační materiál, který je obvykle v hotelu této úrovně běžně k dispozici. V hotelu s 5* jsem nenalezl ani lžíci na boty, ani věšák na kabáty/bundy - opět výbava pokojů běžného hotelu. Krásný výhled, obzvlášť za slunečného počasí, ruší vrstva špíny na oknech.

A price. The service of check-in/check-out was very fast for that large hotel.
The room was clean. The staff is very professional and polite.
A Superior queen room was as from 90-ties and very worn out. The ventilation system was very laud, it is not possible to use in a night. You can hear elevators in a room in the night, for example in the room No1725. We asked to change a room and the room was changed.

This hotel should be closed for extermination!!! I was staying on the 16th floor in room 1623. I never thought I would have such a bad experience. I was bitten by bed bugs very badly, I went to the reception to tell them and the hotel employee told me that I might be allergic to the bed linen ;). I left the hotel straight to the hospital where I was told it was bed bug bites. Avoid this hotel as it is full of bed bugs due to the 30+ year old wooden furniture.

The staff at the hotel is doing everything to accommodate the guests. Every request is being handled with care and respect.
The hotel is very old and worn out. It is not worth the price which is being charged. Furniture is outdated and broken. Lifts are making so much noise that you can hear it in a third room from the lift. We had a room next to the lift and the noise is just horrible- day and night. We changed the room next day to 1 further and the noise was still there.
The overall interior and facade are outdated and it is visible. I travel a lot and I have seen much better. The price per night is too high. 5 stars is only valid for the service you get. Only the staff I would give 5 stars.

Hotel je u metra, to mi vyhovovalo. Pohled na Prahu je krasny.
Hotel neni urcite na urovni 5 hvezdicek. Spise mezi 3 az 4 hvezdicky. Chtela jsem predevsim klidny tichy pokoj. Presto jsem dostala pokoj u vytahu, za pokojem bylo 6 vytahu a kazdych pet sekund predevsim vecer, v noci a rano az do jedne ranni hodiny, jsem slysela bouchani vytahu a dveri. To rusilo muj spanek. Hotel by nemel byt avizovan jako ze ma soundproof walls, protoze zadne zvukotesne steny tam nejsou. Je slyset vsechno z ostatnich pokoju, nejvice to , kdyz nekdo nad pokojem chodi, cely pokoj se trese. Matrace byla tvrda a prolezena, vubec se mi nespalo dobre. Povleceni nebylo uplne prijemne a pri kazdem otoceni sustelo. Jedna lampa na pokoji nesvitila. Snidane byly dobre, ale ne skvele. I trihvezdickovy hotel by nabizel podobnou snidani. Uvitala bych vice syru na vyber.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war überragend und vielfältig. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und das Bett war sehr bequem. Sehr gut die Lage direkt mit U-Bahn Anschluß zur Stadtmitte. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend sowohl im Empfang als im Essbereich. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel.
Es ist uns nichts negativ aufgefallen, da alles wie beschrieben und immer besser wie gedacht.

Nektere veci na pokojich by zrejme meli projit renovaci. Toaleta nebyla nejlepe vycistena.

Es hat mir so gut wie alles gefallen, außer dass man den Pool nicht begutachten konnte und bei der Buchung stand, dass man diesen mit benutzen kann bzw. dies in der Buchung inklusive ist. Vor Ort hieß es dann aber, die Nutzung kostet 18€ pro Person.
Ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Месторасположение действительно отличное. На выходе из отеля вход в метро. Вид из окна шикарный. Чисто в номере, в наличие чай, кофе , вода, сливки, душевые принадлежности , фен, утюг по запросу. Огромная кровать , удобная.Завтрак шведский стол просто шикарный. Приветливый персонал.
Халат и тапочки по запросу. Сразу в наличии их нет.

Two things were quite impressive at this hotel: the views from up high and the speedy elevators. The staff was courteous, but the room attendant who came to ask if our stay was good didn't speak much English. The subway station in front of the hotel is just two stops away from the city center.
The furniture and facilities are rather old and tired. The shower was broken and the drainage was poor. The cleanliness can be significantly improved. One of the mattresses (in a twin room) was quite slanted. All in all, quite disappointing for a 5* experience, those stars must've been earned a very long time ago.
