Happy stay for an event that was sadly cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.

Lovely views if you are lucky to get the right side of the building - sadly we got the non view side - but thats the luck of the drawer😀 pleasant staff, everything we needed for our stay & shops close enough to get anything else. Right on shopping centre, transport links etc

Overall great location and apartment was lovely and clean, only downside was lack of light in apt

We were a little disappointed with the room being so dark and lack of windows. We previously stayed in tower 1 which was a much nicer outlook. I will make sure when booking again that we request a room in tower 1. Would also be good towels were replaced every day or second day.

Tolle Anlage an super Lage - wenn auch sehr hochpreisig.

Die Lage dieses Appartanlage ist hervorragend. Die Bett sind super komfortabel und die Küche ist zweckmässig gut eingerichtet. Der Roomservice erfüllt die offenen Wünsche.

Amazing place to stay, location is epic!

It was clean and tidy. The rooms had great views of sydney. easy to find your way around.

Told the staff the dryer in the room had a major problem as it kept tripping the reset on the dryer (overheating and not venting out the back of the dryer). Got fobbed off by the man at the front desk saying it was normal. its not normal its a fire hazard as we have the sale dryer at home.

Great location to public transportation, supermarkets etc. Grest amount of space within living areas, and stunning views

Location (public transportation directly below property) amenities ( Walking distance to mall, supermarkets etc). Views of area stunning. Very peaceful despite busy area.

Price of car parking a little steep per day. Maybe consider a discount for longer staying guests? We stayed 6 nights.

Clean, spacious room. We experienced an almost two hour wait in getting access to our room even though we were asked for

Great location to transport and shopping centres. Nice pool/spa area.

Some of the outdoor areas needed a clean - cigarette butts lying around.

It was a great location but the value for money was a huge letdown.

The location was a perfect central base to see everything we needed to see. The room was requested with a view which was not an issue from the staff.

The service on arrival in regards to check in and luggage being sent to the rooms was not ideal. The room had stored rubbish piled up outside the front door of the room and the cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch for the price. Amenities were not great with the shower temperature and pressure not working, the toilet seat was broken and the tap in the bathroom was leaking. My partner has a phobia of cockroaches and the outside back balcony was infested with them underneath the tiles which come out at night.

I would and will be staying here again, great location.

Location was amazing, and we even got upgraded to a harbor suite which was a huge bonus. I must say the pillows were amazing! Would you be able to tell me what brand. I've never slept so good when away from home. I will be coming back IN November and already look forward to my stay.

Sadly the water from the shower would end up outside even with all the doors closed. The seal was not doing its job and in one bathroom the door would not close.

Bon emplacement, près des commodités et bien désservi par les transports

Chambre spacieuse, bonne machine à laver et sécher, appartement bien exposé, bien situé proche des transports et du complexe commercial, mise à disposition de l'appartement rapidement par mail avant l'heure prévue. Personnel serviable et à l'écoute de nos besoins.

Proprete passable, musique de la salle de sport le matin de bonne heure, fuite d'eau à la base du bloc douche, pas de gants de toilette, manque une théière et une casserole

Great location but expected better service

Great location with easy access to the Westfield. Nicely laid out apartment

Some of the bedrooms were very small with little room for luggage. We also had to ask the staff for fresh towels three times before we got them, as there was no housekeeping

Better management needed to deliver what is promised when booking.

Location excellent and staff very polite and helpful.

Poorly run from higher level of management resulting in facilities not up to standard. Air conditioner not working and took a long time to resolve ultimately impacting on our stay.

Enjoyable stay, great location.

Loved the location, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Room was very spacious and clean.

Bedroom was a bit small, made it hard to get in/ out of bed on the wardrobe side with no bedside on that side.

Wonderful

Everything, loved the Meriton great stay

Not enough hangers, could do with the length of stay toiletries, instead of calling for them. This is my only gripe.

With the price it was disapointing

The location was great

When my wife and I arrived there was two single beds , not a king bed , so that had to be changed , and when it was changed it was short sheeted and when we came back later we realised there was no milk for tea and had to ring reception. For the price of the room I would expect that you could have more than one English breakfast tea each but there was only 2 teabags of each flavour

Great location, good amenities, friendly staff

The easy checkin process and being able to check in earlier was a great help to me. The facilities are great. Location was fabulous would have liked to have stayed longer.

Great location with everything in walking distance and close to beaches and city,

The room was a big disappointment as it appears to be a handicapped suite with a less than attractive bathroom and no balcony as it was on carpark 1 level.

Modern facilities, spacious room, great location.

Stylish and modern room. Plenty of amenities and was able to use the in-room cook-top and oven to cook up a decent meal while we stayed. Spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very convenient location, in close proximity to public transport, the Westfield shopping complex and several food venues.

We stayed in one of the loft apartments, and unfortunately the street noise was fairly prominent of a night time - though this seemed more pronounced on the Saturday night we stayed. We noticed it less on the Sunday and hardly at all on the Monday. This is a fairly minor issue though.

Gezien het budget, kon klantenservice bij de problemen beter, in vergelijking met andere hotels

Bij aankomst ('s avonds) : koelkast vuil (plakkerig en haar) , grote spiegel vuil, lampen stuk, douchedeur : gevaarlijk want twee hoeken glas raakten mekaar hoe het niet hoort. Bij melding, geen nieuwe kamer of upgrade, enkel korting van 10% op eerste nacht. Van de vriendelijke nachtwaker kregen we wel een fles schuimwijn die 1e avond, en hij ging zorgen voor tegemoetkoming.

A part le bruit infernal, tout était bien

Le bruit d'une porte qui claque jour et nuit. Vendredi 24 vers 7h j'ai demandé à l'agent de sécurité de commander une navette pour le départ du 27, le message n'est pas passé. Je l'ai constaté le samedi 25 à l'accueil.

After driving from Brisbane all we wanted to do is check in & sleep.But as we entered the room there was a strong odour (damp, wet smell) there was water damage roof & walls. Then to top it of it was so noisy in our room due to drilling & banging as they were doing work on the left.I spoke to reception about the problem & they said they would get managerment to contact me asap.2hrs later still no contact from management, had to explain my situation again to a different management. It wasn't until the next morning with a different manger again (3) we got moved to a different room. SO disappointing & stressful as I feel I spent the 24hrs waiting & explaining myself with no action taken, plus I was staying in a smelly room, not very comfortable at all.

Really great stay in sydney

Really lovely hotel we asked for a room on a high floor and that’s exactly what we got, had the most amazing views of Sydney from our room! The train and bus station is directly below the hotel which was amazing and also got Westfield shopping Center across the road, couldn’t ask for more really

Waited too long for check in despite request for early check in Check in time given is 1500 hrs which is against the norm of 1400 hrs usually and though we were at hotel at 1200 hrs but have to wait till 1630 hrs to check in and reach booked apartment It caused considerable discomfort
