Personal atento, toallas limpias y desayuno incluído

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos acogió muy bien después de salir corriendo de un apartamento que no salió bien, a pesar de lo tarde que era. La habitación era bastante grande y nos hicieron la cama y cambiaron las toallas cada día, lo cuál se agradece bastante. Además, tuvimos desayuno incluído todos los días, algo que fué una agradable sorpresa.

Lo único malo es que, aunque tiene buenas conexiones de transporte público (un bus a 100m y una estación de metro a 10m andando), puedes llegar a tardar hasta 40 minutos hasta los lugares más emblemáticos de Madrid. En mi caso, que viajaba con una embarazada, tuvimos que hacer todos los trayectos en taxi.

Fast train into Madrid, overnight stay in pleasant hotel and fast train back home.

Clean, good location. Breakfast was OK, not great. Staff were friendly and helpful

Pleasant

Room temperature was bad, too cold with ac on, too hot with ac off. When we arrive the person who received us was not very friendly (maybe the heat)

Really didn't like specifically anything, all was OK exapt the price and breakfast

They charges 112 euro for a room, I apparently forgot to tick in box one more person as we are a couple, had to pay 50 euro extra for that 😮 First we got smoked up room, as we bouth are nonsmokers it was impossible to be there so I asked to change room, was no problem in that. Second room also smelled little but it was OK. There is no water in the room (for the total price of 162 euro/night) Pillows are horrible Bad is 2/5 Whole night came wierd sounds from bathroom (you hear whenever any guest spools water) And the breakfast, there is two types of bred (you chose cheapest vs cheapest) two types of ham (cheapest vs cheapest +old) Rest like yogurt etc, all cheapest, that's for 162 euro for night. If it would cost 60€ I really wouldn't complain, but I 100% overpaid.

The lighting was good. We did not like the breakfast, it was very poor.

The hotel did not put enough towels and toothbrush. I paid for two but the service seems to be for one.

An amazing stay, 9 out of 10 ;)

The stay was amazing, the staff are so helpful and kind and the room was nice and clean. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel, a bit far from Madrid center so we make roughly 20/30 min on a car ride to go everywhere in Madrid without any traffic jam around the hotel. A good value for the money :)

1. The parking is not included with the hotel stay, so you need to pay extra 10€ per day, which was not described as so when I first booked, as it shows in hotel description that the parking is included. But, there is plenty of free parking places just in front of the hotel, so we didn’t need to book the extra parking. 2. The breakfast is mid to be honest, could be way better.

As advertised

Everything was as advertised. The room was clean and the size appropriate for a solo traveler. I had a single bed, and the mattress was fine. The hotel was less than a 10-minute walk from Ciudad Lineal metro station (line 5) and Garcia Noblejas metro station (line 7). In about half an hour, you reach Madrid city centre by metro. Also, several buses pass by very near the hotel. They go in a few minutes, for instance, to the Arturo Soria Metro sector which has nice Restaurants. Breakfast, for 7 euros, consisted of coffee and milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, a croissant, and a toasted bread with fresh tomato sauce and Spanish ham. Other options were available to accompany the toasted bread. The room AC could be controlled at will very easily. Warm water was available in the shower and the bathroom was very clean. Staff was helpful and printed my boarding pass.

Good price, staff and location

Affordable prices and the staff was very helpful when I lost my luggage at the airport. The hotel is in a good location with walking distance to several public transportations.
