Genial

El personal , nos facilitaron la estancia en todo momento. Nos cambiaron a una triple desde el primer momento, porque uno de los días la necesitaríamos y para no tener que cambiarnos dicho día.

Lo único que no me gustó que cerca de los ascensores de la recepción olía fatal.

La cama excepcional. Y muy bien la limpieza, como se solía decir, como los chorros del oro

Por ser tiquismiquis, la falta de productos individuales de limpieza para el calzado, pero los champús, jabones y geles muy bien.

Great location, and very nice room.

The hotel is located just few minute walking from the metro station, so it is easy to find it. Also, very convenient to move around as metro and bus stop are right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious enough. The hotel does have amenities but it needs to be requested. Staffs were very nice and friendly, and I was able to check in a bit earlier.

Hotel is not close to city center so it would take a bit of time to commute. Gym needs to be reserved in advance in order to use.

Buena cama y silencio para poder descansar y una excelente ubicación.

La atención a mi llegada fue inmejorable,además me dieron una habitación superior al mismo precio porque ya no sería ocupada puesto que llegué pasada la media noche. Muy agradecido!

Highly recommend!

Delicious breakfast, neat and comfortable room, very clean and staff is very accommodating. We traveled with our 1 year old and felt comfortable, restaurant personnel helped us with a special request. Great value for money!

The elevators are a bit slow and sometimes out of service.

Disappointed. No room service, no cafeteria. Spa broken. Weird smells in hallways. Not returning.

Easy check-in. Nice staff. Tea Kettle provided for the room

NO ROOM SERVICE DURING WEEKEND STAYS!!!!! No cafetería, no restaurant.

A big suite room with a king size bed

Air conditioner was broken and didn't stop during night. There were no teapot or boiler in the room to prepare a refreshment.

Disappointing

Location was good for what I needed but it is a non very nice area. Lots of interesting characters outside the building smoking and drinking

Gym was an important deciding factor to choose the hotel. However, it only opens at 9 am. If travelling for business, it is incredibly challenging to go to the gym after 9 am. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel. Finally, the room stank like cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room.

Superb

Perfect location - close to Santiago Bernabeu and the metro station is just infront of the hotel. From there you go to the city center for 10-15 minutes and the airport for 20 minutes. Kind staff, clean and big rooms! I will use this hotel again in the future.

Hotel staff were welcoming and efficient, the hotel was very clean and a great location for my conference.

Exceptional

The hotel is great. Excellent and very sympathetic staff. Good value for the price. Only the breakfast could be somewhat better (cold eggs, bad tasting champignons, rather bad cheese, stale pastries...).

Reception members are professionals, very friendly, polite and helpful.

Lack of facilities; no coffee/tea facilities in the room; the small fridge in the room did not work.

Close to metro station, large room

No tea or coffee in room. We had a junior suite so you would expect this. stepping down into spa bath to have shower. not a good design. we were ok but elderly or those not so fit would have trouble.

If I was a solo traveler I would book with them again for the price convenience and the location.

Location and price relatively lower than other hotels

As soon as I entered the room, I went to the bathroom to find out that water drops were leaking from the roof (right next to the bathroom light) infront of the shower. I reported it and they did not fix it. WiFi connection is really bad. Also, the bed did not have the black blanket thingie that shows on the picture, which I am a bit fine with.

Location is very nice and very close to plaza cattella metro station. Breakfast is good and have options for Halal food.

The Wi-Fi was slow and breaking down. No water inside the room which is basic for any hotel.
