The Hotel need to upgrade and the Personal are needs to smile with the guest.The foods are cold.

The temperature of the room is not good . My room is hot and the room of my friend is so cold and they try to adjust it but the temperature is remained.

Just little bit because the Hotel is so far from the City and we need always the taxi to go down the City and to go back to Hotel , because , I have one friend who have injured his knees and she cannot walk for so long .

Good logistic base (if you have a car) and good price/quality for Madrid

Good price/quality rate and clean, kind staff

Facilities are clearly showing their age: old moquette in alleys, scratches on walls and doors etc. You must have a car to reach quickly central Madrid (I was aware, but better state it for other users)

Very good

The room was big, the bathroom was also large with shower and a separate Tub and bidet. The location is on the outskirts of Madrid about 13 minutes driving to city center so not bad. The parking was for free.

The hotel from out side looks outdated but inside its not. The room had bretty bad A/C ( not blowing strong or cold) and when I asked the reception they said " we are restricted by the Madrid regulations". Which I'm not sure if it's true or not

Average, wouldn't visit again.

The location is very nice, central located with the old centre on walking distance. There are lots of food and stores options.

The apartment is dark. There is no natural light that shines in the apartment directly. The bed is also very small for 2 persons and therefor uncomfortable. The pillows are also not very supportive nor comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen are fine, nothing special but they work. The complex is a bit noisy.

I have stayed here a number of times both for both work and leisure and would stay again.

Location is walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as the Kinepolis. It is also covenient for me in order to visit freinds who live close by. There are 4 padel courts where you can play for free if you want. I was staying with a friend and therefore did use it.

I didn't have breakfast, it looked a bit pricey and not great. Coffee / drinks bar appeared to be permanently closed.

glad it was only 3 days, any longer and i would have changed hotels due to no restaurant or bar

bed was comfortable, shower was powerful but control button leaked and squired water all over the floor. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff were extemely helpful

bar and restaurant is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday!! Hotel looks dated, especially from outside, while reception area was ok, furniture in rooms looked old and overused. Nothing to do in the area local to the hotel

100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My room was a good size, very clean with air condition. I had a double bed with extra pillows. Mini bar with fruit juices, water and can drinks, replenished every day. My luggage was delayed at the airport but when i arrived at the hotel, the lovely receptionist ensured i had complimentary toiletries, water and phone charger. He went above and beyond to show me where the local shops were in case i wanted to buy replacement items during my trip. I didn't get to thank him properly when i left. He was on duty on 19th August. The hotel offeres hot or cold breakfast, delicious 😋 fresh fruit and fresh juices all loyally bought. English speaking staff around who made my stay worthwhile because i don't speak Spanish. The view from the dining area is amazing (see pictures). Lots of parking space. If you want to take public transport to town, there is a bus stop a few yards away from the hotel. Gran Via is 15 mins away via uber, Zielo shopping centre also 10 mins away. The area is so clean and quiet. Uber taxi was about 10-11 Euros to the town centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

The kindness of the staff, who was nice and available to answer my queries and meet my needs.

The hotel was a bit run down (both exterior and some furniture in the room)...but the staff was nice and the breakfast good.

Good for value

It was a nice room, the Minibar was a must and it's a bonus 'coz it was very hot in Madrid. When we got to the room the air conditioner was on, something I appreciated .

On a Saturday morning a staff cutting the grass with a mower woke me up.that noise annois me lots.I think that's something you could let for the afternoon o later in the morning....

The facilities are in serious disrepair. There were broken paving stones at the outside entrance, the facade is peeling, carpets with holes, broken lampshades, furniture with chipped paneling....everything looks like it's been neglected for years!

The concierge made my stay very comfortable. He is quite friendly and spoke English very well.

the Turkish concierge was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. He is an excellent host and you should give him a pay raise.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I will stay again if I ever return to Madrid
