Easy parking, lovely staff and great food

The reception area was beautiful, and the room was nice and quiet!

The room was very basic, I have stayed in premier inns which had much more modern and comfortable rooms. A few lights were broken and no sockets by the bed to plug in your phone

Très honnêtement rien. Nous sommes 4 et pensons clairement nous être fait arnaquer au vu du prix et du service reçu ainsi que l’état de la chambre et des équipements.

La propreté une grande catastrophe, les équipements cassés, le personnel assez aigris, le service est catastrophique. Les draps était tachés avec des poils. Il y avait de la moisissures sur les tours de fenêtre. La salle pour le petit déjeuner était super sale, l’hygiène est vraiment à revoir !!!! Pire séjour de notre vie.

Good location, room area was tidy

The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, pillows very large, no alternative to sizes, i.e. flatter for stomach/side sleeping. Bathroom outdated and needed cleaned better. Staff were friendly but not very informed.

Took ages to check in. The room given had no windows and was quite stuffy and all we could see was the swimming pool (closed on all sides)

- Very nice hotel - Good location in quiet part of the city - Clean rooms - Good price - public transport nearby - lot of groccery shops/restaurants on the street.

- If you have a room for 2 people with one big bed there is only one blanket. I would recommend to provide separate blanket for each person - Missing toilet brush - shower head is built in to wall and it wasnt in a good condition - sprayed water sideways.

Here, it's so close to the bus stops that I can easily catch the bus to the center and other places. The room is quite spacious and quiet.

service-- zeer slecht! Klantenservice onbereikbaar foute boekingen Vieze kamers. Afval in de gangen. Alles proberen te melden buij uiteindelijk een manager. Hij kon niks, wilde niks, totdat ik hem de foto's liet zien. toen wbeloofde hij 250€ korting te geven op credit-card als ik niks op internet zou zetten. Tot vandaag niks ontvangen. Ook booking.com geprobeerd als intermediair--- ook geen resultaat--- Dit hotel NIET boeken. Hopenlijk reageert men nu wel.... denk het niet.

Hommikusöök oli täita hea, kohvimasin oli minu külastuse ajal küll rikkis. Buss sõidab kenasti hotelli ette ja ligiduses on toidupoed ning mõned väiksemad söögikohad. Ka metroo jaama saab kõndida soovi korral. Ilus ja avar aatrium. Töötajad olid viisakad.

Meie tuba asus keldrikorrusel ja aknast vaade oli suurde basseiniruumi, kus hommikul algas küll ujumistund lastele, mis ei olnud õnneks liiga lärmakas, aga oli üllatav.

L’emplacement est top, il y a plusieurs bus qui passent même tard le soir

Il y avais des tâches sur la moquette de notre chambre a plusieurs endroit, des toiles d’araignées étaient également visible vers les rideaux, pas top pour un « 4 étoiles »

Hotel allowed us late check out by an hour and kept our bags after check out since we had a late night flight. Great Location with restaurants around and bus station right outside the hotel.

It was quite pricy, over £100/night.

Nothing, The whole weekend was appaling

We booked 5 rooms for a family visit. On arrival the 5 room keys were thrown out to us and we were told to get on with it as we are family. 3 of the room keys didnt work, 1 room had someone in it and we walked into them getting changed. Spring on the mattress was exposed and when we looked, the mattress was filthy. Bar/restaurant area didnt have any red wine and they tried to charge us £20 to bring a bottle in to have with the steak we ordered. Appalling

This is the third and last time I have booked at this hotel. If the first two times, everything was perfect, the welcome, the service, the cleanliness and everything else was really worthy of a 4-star hotel, this time, the stars have faded and the hotel doesn't deserve this distinction at all. To be honest, I'd put it somewhere between a 2 or a 2.5 stars at the most. It's incredible how a hotel can deteriorate in such a short space of time. Check-in is at 2pm. We arrived a little early and were told that they couldn't give us a room yet, which we easily understood. We returned at 2pm and the room was still not available. We stayed at reception for some time. By the way, the lady at the reception is a wall of ice with a face as closed and dark as a rainy Sunday. We received the room keys. When we arrived, we realised that it wasn't the room we'd paid for, as the one we'd been given was missing a bed. Back to reception. We waited and waited at the desk. Then we were finally given a room. When we got to the room, we immediately noticed the disgusting moisture all around the window. Condensation droplets on the ceiling next to the window and an impressive amount of mould around the window. I can confirm that the room was unhealthy, never aired or ventilated. A real bacteria nit. In the bathroom, mould was everywhere from the shower curtain to the walls. The floor was full of stains, and the only sofa also had visible stains. Unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Unworthy of a hotel at all. I took some pictures that speak for themselves. Another very serious problem: The door of the room remains open, you have to insist and close it manually. The door to the car park is simply disgusting. An advice to those who intend to choose this hotel: avoid and run away !!!!!!!!!!

El hotel está muy viejo nos dieron una habitación en la q faltaba una cama al protestar nos cambiaron sin problemas pero tienen q reformar el hotel

Ontbijt werd ontzettend vlug de bordjes weggehaald, als je nog iets wilde was je tafel al afgeruimd voor de volgende. Voor 5 dagen geboekt en maar 2 keer schoon gemaakt 4sterren hotel moet iedere dag gedaan worden. Afval bleef 3 dagen in de hal staan
