Excellent location in the heart of Fortitude Valley, nearby restaurants, bars, transport. The apartment was a good size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Table on balcony had many cigarette burns - unsightly. Some cigarette ash on balcony as well. Floor inside the apartment had been washed but very streaky.

Spacious
Location is good if you like clubbing and going to restaurants
The bed pillows. Wow, I had the absolute worst neck ache which stopped me from going out the next day.
A bit fumbly to get in - reception is in a different location to where you exit and the parking is not that obvious.
I had a quiet room but unfortunately the whole building is an echochamber. Any conversations and anything going on outside is amplified. Bring ear plugs to sleep in!

Reception falsely accused the group of creating noise and having security call out when it was actually the apartment above. No apology given.

Great location. Apartment was very spacious. Love the nearby coffee shops. Affordable car parking.
Pillows were low - need replacing. Overall the apartment was clean, however the grout int he shower was mouldy.

Great location for our needs - just a short walk to the Fortitude Music Hall. Heaps of great places to eat even on a Tuesday night. Apartment was spacious & clean. Very quiet despite being fully booked.

Fantastic location. Very helpful and genuine staff. A couple of things on arrival we asked for were seen to straight away.
Perfect size for our family with 2 toddlers. Large apartment. All equipment you need in the kitchen.
Could have been slightly cleaner dusty carpet and floors near couches etc and worn mugs. But in all honesty nothing major or that made us feel uncomfortable.

location was excellent for my visit. Security was excellent, important for a solo female. Very quiet.
I wasn’t able to stay longer to enjoy the room facilities.

Location
The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with a very large balcony. Location was good.
Beds were rock hard in both bedrooms which has given me back pain since. The lounge is more comfortable. When returning to the apartment in the evenings there is a strong chemical smell, though it was an unserviced room. The backing of the curtains in the main bedroom were filthy and mouldy.

Good location in the Valley close to amenities. Had all the facilities expected and was reasonably quiet
Access to bins could be easier. No on street parking.
8.0
The location and convenience to my office and restaurants. Good value for money for two people travelling. Also, there was plenty of room.
The unit was a bit tired. Carpet needs updating. The beds were a bit firm.
