Nestled in Crystal River, this charming house for $165 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 Kayak, open floor plan on a deep canal of Crystal River with dock (take a left out of the canal to the gulf or a right towards Three Sister's Springs). Perfect location right off of Fort Island Trail.... come for a relaxing getaway, fishing, scalloping , beach, swimming with the manatees, and more! We are about 1 mile from the Ft. Island Trail boat ramp, 2.5 miles from Twin Rivers Marina (boat rentals avail here), 4 miles from the beach, 4 miles from Plantation Golf course, grocery store and restaurants. The home has 3BR/2BA-(Master Bedroom is a king & the other 2 are queen), outdoor shower. It is an open floor plan with living room/dining and kitchen (fully stocked). Daybed with trundle in living room (sleeps 2). Outdoor screened in porch with dining table, gas grill, fire pit & ping pong table. *Washer/Dryer available *Kitchen: Fully stocked with Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, dishes, Keurig, and Mr. Coffee maker, casserole dishes *Refrigerator/Freezer, Gas stove/oven, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Crockpot, Ninja Air Fryer/Instant Pot *Bathrooms: both have large walk-in shower, Master has private toilet area, and both stocked with towels/extras. *Daybed with pull out trundle & linens available *Full-size Air mattress with linens available *High chair available (front bedroom closet) *Cable TV/FREE Wifi (TV in living room and Master bedroom), Netflix available in Living room. *Parking: 2-3 cars in driveway if additional is needed arrangements can be made. We had a great stay.We have traveled to Crystal River for 10+ years for scallop season.Always stayed at local hotel.First time renting a house. Wow what a better experiecce. Relaxing, clean. Entire process was low stress. Can't wait to stay at the house again.

We had such a wonderful stay!! Home was very clean and cozy. Perfect canal location. We did see one manatee while we were outside ❤️. Kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything you could need. Fully recommend!

Every year we try to take a trip over to the springs either Crystal River or Homosassa. Any other properties we've stayed at we found ourselves compensating somewhere. NOT THE CASE HERE! The house itself was immaculate, the dock was easy access, the boat ramp was close, the dock area was open and Albert clean, house had everything we needed and more. On top of all of the amenities the host goes above and beyond. She replied with in minutes every single time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will for sure be booking again next year!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is great, clean and very accommodating. Has everything you need and more. Great location on a deep water canal, great to pull up to in your boat and unload boat and get a shower. Very relaxing and we are already planning a return trip. We have already told several friends with boats and recommended this property. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us.

The stay met & exceeded my expectations. In the past, pics & descriptions a bit deceiving. Our rental was spotless. The host had everything you can possibly need and them some to help in making your stay as comfortable and homey as possible. I highly recommend and my wife & I will definitely be going back.

My family and I stayed here for a few days during Spring Break. It was a last minute booking and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We booked with the intent to visit Three Sister Springs. We love being able to drop our paddles boards into water and explore for the day. This property in on a canal and you can paddle out into the river. I did not as I wasn't comfortable with the long paddle with 5 kids. We dropped in at Hunter Springs which was very easy and paddled to Three Sisters Spring. We enjoyed paddling up to Crackers for an end of day beer and apps. On our last day we rented a pontoon boat (Super cheap around $130 out the door for 8am-4pm). There are tons of places we just googled and called to see who had availability. The home has a boat dock which was great because my husband was able to go get the boat and then just pulled up to dock and picked us up. The kids loved playing with the ping pong table and kept them busy. I also enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. We brought my 3 y/o bike and she was able to ride up and down street without lots of traffic. Reyana the host was the sweetest! I wish every host communicated as well as she did. She has everything you could possibly need in her home. I left my cosmetic bag at home and was saved by the extra tooth brushes she had. My daughter loved all the cute body sprays and lotion. The only downfall to this home were the noseums. We lit some candles, used spray , and wore light weight pants and long sleeve shirt which seemed to help when fishing off the dock. Great location and great host. Highly recommend this rental!

We loved this property! It had everything we needed for cooking meals, and a nice big table that fit everyone. It’s right on the canal, and we caught a few fish and enjoyed the view. There are chairs and a fire table for conversation and outdoor fun, and inside there’s a large room with a sectional for gathering, and a tv. The bedrooms are decorated nicely, and everyone said their beds were very comfortable. I loved the step in showers. There is also a screened room with a table and chairs and a ping pong table. We used the gas grill provided to cook up some brats one evening. We found this rental to be perfect for our family and I can’t think of a thing I’d add. We loved it!

Very nicely decorated home, 3 good sized bedrooms accommodated our family perfectly. Very clean and well maintained. Nice little neighborhood and great access to Crystal River. Very responsive owner! We will definitely be back.

This property is clean, recently updated, and located close to public boat ramp. Since our last visit, new outdoor patio furniture and fire pit were added-nice. This is a great spot! We will be back! Thanks Rayna!

It was the perfect spot for us. Very clean , well stocked with anything you’d need. Quiet neighborhood. We were visiting friends and family in Crystal River. We stayed on the move , it was a nice relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. Right on the canal . Enjoyed our stay. Just wasn’t long enough .

We were in this home for over two months . It is a very comfortable ,well equipped, conveniently located place to stay . The neighborhood is a pretty quiet one . We didn’t experience any loud parties or noise late into the night . We enjoyed going to the various restaurants in town and meeting local people.We spent a lot of time doing outdoor activities and visiting parks along the water . We saw dolphins and manatees every time we were around any water. Our first one was in the canal right behind the house the 4 th day we were there ! Rayna is a great host and very responsive to any questions we had . We will be returning hopefully for a longer stay this year !

Went back and forth on staying at a private home or plantation and finally decided on this home. Wow! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else ever again. Beautiful home, perfect location. I drove to this house by boat and friends drove by car. This was for my birthday weekend and we had a blast! Great communication, very flexible, large clean home, comfy beds and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back!

Home was comfortable and very fresh and new feeling. Very nice kitchen. Floor-plan was great for our big family. The dock was plenty big enough for our 25ft boat. The owner was also very good with communication. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

We booked a birthday weekend there with friends. The place was perfect, and Rayna was so helpful with booking, the stay and checking out. She let us come check in early, and offered to let us stay past check out also. The place is the perfect location and completely redone inside. Boat ramp is super close by and dock was big enough to hold 2 boats for the weekend. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you for everything and for sharing your place with us.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Perfect place for you if you have a boat, halfway to the gulf for fishing and watersports and halfway to Crystal river for food and entertainment. Plus the neighbors are excellent.

My daughter, son and I enjoyed out 2 night stay at this beautiful secluded property. The neighbors were kind. Canal access was perfect for our paddleboards and with a short walk I could watch the sunrise over the water. The facility was clean and inviting. A perfect little getaway to unwind, reflect and refresh. Everything you may need is within a short drive. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home.

We trailered our boat and kept it at their dock. Very nice and safe area. Had extra freezer for our bait and ice. House was fabulous with stock and essentials. Grilled several nights. Appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere. Hope to stay here again next year. FYI- They did not have a fish cleaning station so bring a table and cutting board. Other than that you should be good!
