This is a smoke-free property. No smoking inside or outside. 3. For a few reasons, we charge a fee for bringing a pet. You can avoid an awkward conversation and a charge (pet fee x3) by adding this fee at the time of booking. We are “pet friendly” under the following terms: a. preapproved pets must remain under your control at all times. b. dog must be on leash when outside. c. clean up after your dog. d. incessant barking is forbidden.
