Good value for money

Nice decor through, the beds were comfortable. Apartment clean, bright, quiet at night. Overall good value for money.

Some details need attention: shower door does not close properly, it is leaking even when door is closed, but it is just a small thing. Keys need to be collected from another location, which might be a problem for some. Also, parking regulations in Vienna are not like anywhere else and there is no signs, so make yourself familiar with it to avoid fines.

Pleasant

We booked this apartment just for one night because there was a Harry Styles concert at the Ernst Happel Stadion (which is 3km away from the apartment so you can walk there but if you’re in a rush you can take a taxi. I recommend the Bolt app) The receptionist lady was very kind and she answered every question we had. The apartment was quite big and if you’re staying for longer it’s perfect.

The biggest problem was the bathroom. We couldn’t close the shower cabin’s door properly so there was water everywhere on the floor. We used our towels to dry it up. The sink was clogged and not cleaned properly. The wifi was not working at all.

Decent for a few nights, but nothing special.

Good location, very close to Prater. Very close to the Ernst-Happel Stadium. Few mins walk to the metro.

We had to pick up the keys at a different location like 15 min walking from the actual appartment, which was very annoying and unconvenient considering we each had a backpack and a suitcase. The light in the bathroom kept blinking, it was very uncomfortable to even brush our teeth there, let alone take a shower. The floor was very dirty, our feet and socks were always almost black from all the dirt. The sheets and blankets on the beds had stains on them. Dishes in the kitchen were also dirty.

horrible experience, rude staff . avoid booking these apartments

as I know my arrival will be after 10 PM , I sent msg to the apartment to allow late check in . they replied with address where I should find envelop with keys for apartment. but never mentioned that this was a mile away from where my apartment should be . i automatically walked from tube station to apartment as I was expecting the key to be in the same place , but I couldn’t find anything nor anyone to ask as it was already 1 am in Vienna and after 1 hours of staying in the street waiting for some help . I decided to book Uber to help me understand where this key place is as it was in Dutch . the driver arrived to took me to place 1 mile away,I was shocked . the new address has their name on the door so I realised finally i arrived I let Uber go after found my key in reception but no body to speak to . it was 4 stories building but the key said number 10 and all the doors were numbers according to level 101 , 102 etc again I was stuck and no body to help no body alive . it was 4 o’clock by then I was so tired as I am travelling for 24 hours . I had to order another Uber to take me back to the first place where I found the hidden apartment.

last day before my arrival I had a msg saying they will be no cleaners no new towels, toilet papers and sheets so basically if what is there is dirty I have to bring my own or buy a new one. the curtain was not there over the big old window it was put in my cupboard . the toilets doesn’t flush well . in the end I needed one more day as my flight was delayed. I sent msg through booking.com to ask for late check out ,the answer started with no problem this can be sorted . but last sentence said late check out after 11 not possible as the key is going to stop working but I can go to their reception to get a new key . I walked for a mile to get there and the receptionist was very rude , she did mention that her colleagues have problem understanding English and didn’t understand what I was asking for . she told me there another guest already booked and I can’t stay after my check out time . she never apologised for all the mess they did .

Good value, very practical place for brief working visit to Vienna.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and with a good deal of space. Reasonable distance from Praterstern, easy to get to other places from there.

It is very good apartment and clean. The location is not far from the train station. if u travel with your friends or family I suggest this apartment.

It is a good and comfortable enough hotel for a business trip.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Platterstern station, Vienna's transportation hub.

The key pickup location was on the other side of the station, which made it difficult to walk while carrying heavy suitcases on the day of arrival.

You could say fair for its price but doesn't mean a poor quality experience

I liked that there was a roof over my head for the night. I also liked that there was hot water in the bathroom. I wouldn't say I liked the comfort of the bed, and I didn't expect anything better.

The check-in experience was horrible. We got to the location and turned out I need to pick up the keys several blocks away. I had to call their number 3 times for them to pick up. Then they scolded me that they sent me a message about the address where I need to pick up the keys which they did not do. Otherwise, I wouldn't have called them... Also, the room's floors were extremely dirty. My white socks looked like I walked in the dirt after 5 minutes. That did not really add to our comfort level.

Poor

Location is 7 min from a metro/rail station. Quick way to get the airport by train. In apartment was quietly.

All apartments including furniture are very old. Towel only one small which is not conceivable at all. The front doors were broken and the wind came in through the cracks. There was no hot water all day. Sent a message to fix but no response. Fixed only after visiting the reception and it is located 1.5 km from the apartment.

good location and spacious.

only give two tiny hand towels so take your own. and the sheets just sit on top of the bed and don’t tuck in as too small. made for an uncomfortable night which was. ashen s the bed was great.

Acceptable accomcodation, with location being its main value.

Apartment was rather large and location was very good, in the vicinity of the Prater. Bathroom was rather comfortable.

Furniture in the hall/dining room and kitchen was very basic. The walls were rather dirty. Comparing to accommodation in other places and countries (I have no experience with accommodation Vienna), the apartment is rather expensive, for its value. We got only two small towels for two persons.

Nice place with terrible management

The rooms are spacious enough. The location is convenient.

I have never met such a rude person, as the one "receiving us" here, in any accommodation I have been to. And I have been in many. Luckily, another person showed up for damage control, but the woman calling herself the owner, refused everything that was preciously agreed through booking messages. Also, if you decide to book these rooms, be prepared the key pick-up location is over 15min walk from the apartments. And take towels, slippers, and any amenities you need. The floor is very dirty, the one provided towel too small, and nobody replenishes the soap and toilet paper. The "third bed" in one of the apartments was just a folding bed.

Disappointed.

Its near Prater and Messe expo area where events are available.

The place feels dirty and damaged. The restroom is extremely small, its a challenge to get in the room or to use the toilet or the sink. It's usable but very annoying. There was a curtain missing, we felt exposed trough the window during the night. The electronics of tv were laying around in a pile under the tv which we avoided to touch. The couch was very filthy, no touch no sit category. Train seats look cleaner. The towels smelled funny. The bed and pillow was not holding, and we woke with back n neck pain. Also a very dirty looking pillow was put on the seemingly clean bedsheets. The floor looks damaged in some places. We did not expect much, been to other similar places around Vienna and this was the worst so far from 14 different places.

only 2 small towels for 2 persons and one child ,they don’t have bags for garbage , they don’t have products to clean the room or at least a small vacuum cleaner.

Excellent location, smooth communication with the host, she is very nice.

Overall dirty surfaces, bed too soft and lumpy, cabels hanging out of the walls (safety hazard), no soap in the bathroom, broken curtain holder in the master bedroom, unstable chairs.

not coming back...ever

the flat is minutes away from Prater and Prater Stern subway / train station, location is quite

this was my worst booking.com experience so far, keys need to be picked up 20 min walk from the flat at aurellia appartments reception; the flat itself was a complete disaster, it was so dusty and dirty that we had to request a new cleaning; all TVs were ripped off from walls with holes in walls (we were told it happened last week but other reviews months old indicate that it was a lie); there was no wifi router in the flat...we were told it was taken by a cleaning lady?! cmon! and had to ask for one; the kitchen equipment was akin to student dorm, almost no kitchen utensils...very small fridge, almost no pots for cooking, no dish drying area or even cleaning equipment, we had to buy our own; water drain in washbasins was stuck; there were missing window silts on room windows and lot of cigarettes buds just highlighting poor cleaning standards; there were no rubbish bags available, missing curtain in a room; towels provided were super old and torn and just one towel per person...we had to ask for more; all in all given 200 eur/night price tag and extremely poor quality of service and appartment i feel ripped off and very disappointed, not coming back for sure

the apartment so dirty and uncomfortable, I just left my apartment from the first night as the apartment was dirty too munch insects inside the the apartment
