The kitchen is very nice. Having washing machine and dryer combo was great.

The toilet was clean but a bit dark (not enough light) and a bit old.

To me you can be on the best location on earth, but if your host doesnt fix the problem on the grounds that he would loss the booking, I dont care where apartment is located. This was a rather noisy apartment on a main road, when I called host requesting allowing me leave the apartment and get a refund because I couldnt sleep for the noise and he replies that this is not an option on hte grounds of not being able to book the place again, to me that is not right. I spent there 3 awful nights, hardly sleep because the street noise. I have used booking for the last 20 years 5 to 10 times a year, never had to go through this wiht a host. Awful experience.

Excellent location. Good communication from owners. Spacious rooms. Furnished kitchen. They added high chair and baby utensils for our little one, very thoughtful.

Would be nice if the appliances had instructions in the guest info book, i.e. a 1-pager on how to get going with basics in under 5 minutes. For example, I'm still not sure how we turned the lock off on the laundry machine. Also, it would have been nice for the coffee and tea to restock, but I understand it's not part of the managed apartment service.
