Comfortable but some work to do

Big spacious apartment, well appointed and very clean. Reception is lovely and staff helpful.

Charging for parking when there are zero restrictions on others using carpark and rego not recorded nor signage in place to advise. Apartment 412 required maintenance to repair leaking washing machine, faulty aircon in rm 3, filter not fitted in dishwasher.

Comfy and convenient stay that was close to the family we were visiting who lived nearby.

Room sizes were spacious and everything was clean and well appointed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and liked the size of the space and the comfy bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen was nice and clean too. Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of parking, and good coffee shop and restaurant downstairs.

It’s only a small thing but the room didn’t get vacuumed while we were staying there, and we have a 5 year old who did make a mess while eating so it would have been nice if the floor was cleaned during the 4 nights we were there

Overall very nice place

Clean and tidy, nice staff

The bed was very hard We couldn’t get the TV going We paid for parking and when we got home late there wasn’t any parking left and many cars didn’t have the parking pass on dash.

Nice room and friendly staff

Only issue we had was on check out morning at 8am maintenance was happening in the room beside us, using a hammer drill. Would have been great if they waited until after 9 or even checkout time.

I do not recommend staying here

The size of the apartment

We had personal belongings go missing out of our room after the cleaners had been in. Staff and management wouldn't take it seriously, we didn't even get an apology or any reimbursement.

Exceptional place to stay. Quite, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also pleasant.

We have stayed a few times now at Quest Bella Vista and have found that the stay is very comfortable. it seems to be VERY popular with international travellers also. staff are very friendly and attentive to travellers needs.

The water pressure in the shower is very depleted and is reduced to a trickle at times.

Good hotel, but just hard to drive away from.

Quiet location, great for a relaxing weekend; room facilities were very good; friendly staff.

Mainly it’s not the property itself, but the difficulty of driving out of it via a roundabout that was so busy I thought I could be there waiting forever. Every single time. This super-aggravation could be a major factor if I don’t stay here again, very sorry to say. The other unfortunate aspect was the surprisingly tasteless breakfast on offer for just $20pp. The quantity was good, but the quality - oh wow, it was hard to imagine mushrooms being so lacking in taste, since of course we’ve been to hundreds of different cafes and I’m a reasonable home cook myself. Same with the scrambled egg, but I surmised it was merely unsalted and unseasoned. On the positive side, the breakfast staff were some of the nicest and friendliest people that we’ve recently met. They even gave us free yoghurt and fruit right at our table. Overall, because of the breakfast food, I wouldn’t try this restaurant again. I’ll add that my wife and I unexpectedly had one of the best dinner experiences of our life at a nearby Thai restaurant (in “Lakeside Restaurants”) - unforgettably delicious food. We’d like to go back there some day. But currently it’s hard to say whether it would be worth revisiting that terrible roundabout again just for this.

Was close proximity to hospital & post op appointments. we had 2 meals from the restaurant, which was delicious

firstly the price, we paid $210 for an upgrade to apartment the bathroom sink was blocked, I needed to wash pots & pans before I cooked with them. cleaning wasn’t the best.

Soured by the bond thing - But the Staff at the Breakfast resterant definately made up for it

It was Tidy and the staff were friendly

The Fact that I was hit with a $50 dollar bond and the machine did not accept the pin codes on two different cards - I checked the Pin codes later and they were ok

Clean and tidy room and comfortable bed. Good location for where I was visiting.

Staff don't seem as well trained or as service oriented as previous visits. Breakfast and coffee quality was down.

Hit the mark. It would be normally out of my work budget but booked a few weeks early and that bought the price down.

Had an issue with the aircon and they changed my room straight away and with an upgrade. perfect service. Hard to find these days.

It served the purpose and was comfortable enough.

The bed was extremely comfortable and it was located in close proximity to Norwest Private Hospital where we needed to take our son for surgery the following morning. The concierge offered us a late check out for no extra cost to assist us with parking while we were at the hospital. The room service we received was tasty but a little on the cold side.

Found it expensive for the quality of the accomodation.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean

The staff were impeccable especially Josh(?) I may have his name wrong. But the man who ran the bar and food area actually made the stay for us. Best service we have ever seen.
