Agréable surprise

Très bel hôtel, calme, confortable avec un personnel très accueillant. L'espace commun est moderne, design et hôtel bien situé. Les chambres sont insonorisées et lits confortables. Petit plus, la piscine sur le toit... Si je reviens à Lisbonne, c'est dans cet hôtel que je réserverais de nouveau.

Fantasztikus

Csodálatos pár napot töltöttünk a hotelben . Anyukám szülinapját ünnepeltük , kis meglepetéssel készültek . A személyzet nagyon kedves és barátságos . A tetôtéri teraszról csodás a panoráma Lisszabonra . A szálloda csendes , nagyon jó a közlekés : az egyik irányban 15 perc busszal a belváros a másik irányban a repülôtér . Mindenkinek ajánlom .

Gut geeignet für Stadttrip

Die Lage an der Ubahnstation, das freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit, das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wir wollten gern ein Hotel mit zumindest kleinerDachterrasse und waren enttäuscht, dass der obere Bereich am Pool und der Pool selbst nicht zugänglich war.

Exceptional

This was our first time in Lisbon and it won't be the last. The Hotel White is a great place to stay! The staff are wonderful and very helpful with any queries/ requests we had. A dip in the pool on the roof with fantastic views followed breakfast each morning was great to get the day started. The room was also very clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries available if needed. I really couldn't fault the hotel and it's in a great location between the centre and also a short distance to the airport. Thank you so much to all the staff for making it a fantastic holiday!

Short Stay White Hotel Lisbon

Lovely clean hotel. Staff really friendly. Not quite in the centre but train station is right outside. We booked the hop on hop off bus at the reception and the main stop was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

The girls at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The sink is in the room not the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. All the rest is ok.

decent place to stay for a nights sleep

Great clean place to stay if you want to be closer to the airport. Beautiful reception, amazing staff, lobby computer available for use. great breakfast. good rooms with great amounts of space

our room had a slight smell of sewage upstairs in the bathroom. unsure if that’s normal or not. it was spotless clean but just had a bit of a gassy smell. forgot to inform staff on our way out.

Loved the chic cool bed room with built in glass enclosed TV.. service was great. Great location.. try the Versailles cafe next door also the choupana brunch place. Absolutely easy to get to old city Oh the breakfast has a automatic pancake maker !! So cool

Ok the only thing that was a bit odd the towels were bit rough not fluffy hotel quality they are clean etc but it just did not fit kn with whole ultra modern room

Superb hotel,great location ,wonderful staff, we fully recommend Our stay there and first visit to Lisbon couldn't have been better; one request before arriving was to have the rooms pre-heated( in December) and we found really warm and pleasant temperature inside. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless clean, bright , with great city views from the windows; very comfortable beds and very good breakfast; the young man ALFONSO, who attended guests for breakfast is extremely polite, friendly and attentive. Excellent location with Saldanha metro station right in front of the entrance to the hotel, many bus stations also very close. One of the strong points of this hotel is its brilliant reception desk staff, the ones we met : MARIANA, DIEGO, BEATRIZ, INES, GONCALO , are highly competent,helpful, friendly and kind, speaking several foreign languages and giving useful information and advice about means of transport, sights in the city, restaurants. They even used to bring apples, a bottle of water and sweets to the rooms every day. Many thanks again to all of them! We will definitely return to this hotel in the future! MUITO OBRIGADA Mariana

BEWARE PAPER THIN WALLS

good location

The walls are paper thin, if you plan on trying to sleep don’t bother staying here !! staff were not helpful at all with the people playing loud music upstairs could also hear the sound of people in opposite rooms coughing all day/night. The room has a weird two way mirror covering the TV and surrounds super odd.

Relaxing and joyful stay.

The staff has been friendly and willing to help; moreover, their English is excellent. A lot of attention has been paid to the cleanliness of the room.

Breakfast hasn't been varied - the same limited options every day. The single bed in the duplex is quite uncomfy.

lovely property very clean and in a great location and close to everywhere!

i didn’t like the breakfast I felt like there should’ve been more options and the area where you eat is too small for the building as people were stood about waiting to leave so they could sit down.

Friendly hotel in a heart of the city! loved it!

Thank you to all staff who made our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable! Breakfast was good, could be more options, but yet again because staff was so attentive I didn't care! They didn't mind me taking some hot water to the room, they even allowed us to bring breakfast upstairs once when I wasn't feeling well. Location is superb, metro station is literally in front of hotel. And you can get to Old town within 10 minutes. Room was clean, they even left us a note to wish my husband a happy birthday with some extra cakes and sweets. Unfortunately cannot remember all of their names only Corinna from reception who was super friendly! Thanks to your staff again! Hope to see you soon!

- room could have a little kettle with some tea options. - and rooms could be more soundproof as we could hear other guests really well.

The beds were really comfortable and location was great.

Breakfast could have been a bit better and the hotel is bit smaller than I had imagined but not an overall con.
