I loved everything about Flora. The location is perfect, the breakfast is great. It is very clean and spacy, very nicely decorated.

The location was perfect - on a quiet street but right next to the street with all the shops, bakeries and cafes. A couple minutes walk from the famous Santa Justa elevator and the pedestrian Rua Augusta with more shops, restaurants and bakeries leading right to the Commerce square. By the way, the city's famous Alcôa bakery is a minute away and a MUST visit. The staff were very nice, very helpful and spoke perfect English. The interior design was exquisite and the kitchen equipment was impressive. Fresh oranges for a freshly squeezed juice in the morning were very much appreciated. The breakfast is simple: fresh croissants, butter and jam, fresh bread, cheese and ham, fresh eggs, so you could make an omelette and, of course a pastel de nata every morning. A bottle of wine with Portuguese cheese were a nice bonus. The staff were very nice, very helpful and spoke perfect English. Daniel helped us with the suitcases even though there is an elevator there.

We honestly loved everything.

everything. the location is perfect and the apartment was much larger than I ever expected. very tastefully decorated and fully stocked with food for breakfast including fresh oranges for juice and freshly delivered pastries each morning. overall the stay is very luxurious with a perfect location in the center of everything. the hosts were very accommodating even letting us check in early in the morning since we just arrived from an overnight flight. I can’t think of anything to improve.

The location in the Chiado neighborhood was ideal - close to everything, in the middle of an energetic neighborhood, yet the apartment was nice and quiet. Rita at reception was exceptionally welcoming and made sure we had all of the information we needed to get acclimated to the neighborhood and city and were familiar with the Covid rules.

The breakfast was very generous - fresh bread, fruits, eggs, chees, yogurts, coffee, juices - but got a little monotonous by day 3.

These apartments are SO amazing! They are fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need… clean, spacious, comfortable beds, modern and trendy touches. They gave us a welcome bottle of wine and cheese/honey/crackers upon our arrival. They also come well stocked with breakfast foods daily- fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, coffee, eggs, bacon, cheese, milk, cereal, etc!! They are cleaned daily too which is an extra bonus. I could literally live in these apartments. Rita from the reception was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Wonderful, convenient location as well. We had the best time and will definitely be back. I can’t recommend these apartments enough!!
