The air just feels better up here, in this luxurious condo located on the twentieth floor. Relax after a long day at the beach in the comfortable living room, or cook a big meal for your family in the well-equipped kitchen. If lounging indoors isn't your fancy, the private balcony has patio furniture so you can watch the sun set behind the Gulf. The ocean is just steps away, where you'll find miles of gorgeous beaches. Want to test your surfing skills out before hitting the sea? Head over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park first. You'll also find great local restaurants, such as Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House & you can shop until your heart's content at Destin Commons. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older, you will not be permitted to stay in this unit. Please call Vacasa as soon as possible about your reservation. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 20. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Vacasa did not hold up to there end. I asked for things to be corrected from review I read and it wasn’t. I didn’t come on vacation to wait for housekeeping and handyman. Toliet seat falling off,mold in toilet very bad. Stools broken , no remote in bedroom. No battery for remote in living room , refrigerator rusty , vent in master bath falling out ( which my husband fixed for time being). Missing blinds in living room , stove very rusty , pans all scratched up. Had to buy one because I was not useing those.

Expecting a wonderful time that experience we were on the 20th floor which was fine. The beds were horrible bunkbeds were coming out of the wall couldn’t even use them carpet was sticky the commode was leaking in one of the bathrooms at the bottom we had to turn it off. The sliding glass door is the lock was broken on it

The view is absolutely amazing. From the 20th floor you can see for miles and miles. The room had everything our family of 5 needed. The resort has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, Arcade room, Cafe, and food bar. Absolutely a great experience all around.

Read some of the other/older reviews and decided to give it a try. It was clean and at the very top floor so it does indeed have an excellent view. Great location in town. You have to have wristbands for the property and gate codes to get to the beach which makes is a private area. The electric went out within the whole building while we were there(probably from the storm) but they were quick to fix it. The only thing I did not like, the balcony door lock did not work and there was not a deadbolt on the front door. 2 big no no's when traveling with a 2 year old but we had to make it work.

The condo and overall property were beautiful! It was very safe and secure. Beautiful sand and beach. Great guys and servers working at the beach. 2 things we didn’t like were: there were smokers on the balconies, and there was a drone being flown which was looking in other condos.

Nice place!

Couldn’t ask for a better view! We saw dolphins swimming and playing from our balcony.
The condo is a little dated, and could use some updating. However, It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again :)

Dust on the walls and baseboards. We went to look for extra blankets and the only ones we could find were bunched up in a laundry basket in the cleaning closet. One of the showers still had hair on the walls. The condo was in the perfect location with a beautiful view but needs to be better taken care of.

Yes the view was breathtaking. However one can not overlook the dirty nastiness of this unit! Have some pride in your property.
*Walking into the unit the threshold was missing grout and black with dirt
*Outside of refrigerator was flithy
*the vent on outside of microwave was dirty, grimy and greasy
*Grout of tiles were absolutely black and nasty and no the grout is not suppose to be black like that!
*Back of 1/2 bathroom door was dirty with fingerprints and just plain nasty
* all around the baseboards was grime and dirt
* bird waste all over balcony and railing
* door to balcony was fithy all over, especially by the handle
* BLOOD was dried and found on balcony door!
Balcony door did not lock
* No screen door, had to keep door closed
This is the short list.
Renters pay a considerable amount to enjoy Destin, not to walk into filth! Again take pride in your property.

I would not take small children. The staff...gate guy is not happy about anything in life but the front desk staff were amazing and so sweet. We came in about 1am and she had been on going on little sleep but was so polite and didnt miss any details that we needed to have for our stay. The condo itself is ok. the carpet in the bedroom is gross it could be cleaned or get new. The outlets suck phone never charged because the outlets would not hold my charger in. bathroom water pressure is not good in showers but manageable. Other than that I have no complaints. We werent in the condo enough to care about it. The beach chairs they have for rent are nice and convenient however its unlikely you can ever get a front row spot those must be saved for people who live there or week long stay people.

I rate this solely on the view. It was amazing and beautiful. The room itself had its faults (holes in walls and electrical sockets falling out of the wall) but it was clean and we didn’t spend much time inside either way.

Carpet in bedroom filthy. So filthy I left early as I couldn't stand to sleep in the bedroom. Condo smelled like smoke on entry. Left for several hours until they sprayed something in there. Toilet attempted to overflow, but I stopped it from doing so. Maintenance person came. Mold inside shower base edge. I have pictures. First several days water smelled like sulfur, including shower. Like I said. I left early due to all of this.

this place is not worth the money. Location is good, however the toilet over ran, only a 20 gallon water heater. No hot water 80% of the time. Black mold in bathrooms, mold around refrigerator mold, bedding smelled horrible ,gross as hell!!!!!Small holes in walls, blood on the wall outside the bedroom!!!!. Would Never Stay at this place again. Filthy place if I could get a refund i would. Nasty nasty, owners should refund. Please don't choose this one if you like dirty filthy, stay if not please find something else. Place is super misleading Walking on the floor makes your feet black, not alittle black, a whole lot Black. Couldn't believe the black crap. This place should be closed and health inspector check it out. Blood on Wall, black floors and mold, what a huge disappointment will be posting on Facebook, on instanta gram and where else on beach groups so others will not be submitted to this filthy place, with the owner taken advantage and miss leading people. I have pictures to back up the nasty in this place.
