ottima posizione, scarsa cura dell'appartamento.

Posizione eccellente, pieno centro di Roma, molto vicina a ristoranti, bar e negozi. Buono il bar dove potevamo usufruire della colazione inclusa nella tariffa. Cucina ben fornita nell'appartamento. buone le dimensioni della camera da letto.

Questo soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. WI-FI assolutamente non funzionante. Pulizia pessima, muri sporchi, tende macchiate, appartamento visibilmente poco curato. Assente coprimaterasso nella camera matrimoniale. Nella prenotazione c'era riportata la presenza di 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 singolo ed un divano letto, ma il letto singolo non c'era. Muffa nel bagno. Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore. Scarsissima ricezione telefonica tranne che vicino alle finestre. Mi dispiace molto perchè avevo ottime aspettative, non soddisfatte dalla scarsa pulizia, mancata cura e assente WIFI.

Nächstes Mal gerne woanders

Die Lage war gut und es war sauber. Stefano war sehr freundlich.

Es hat rein gar nichts mit Luxus zu tun. Das Klappbett ist recht unbequem. Die Ausstattung sehr spärlich. In der Nacht ist es ziemlich laut, Abfall, Altglas und Strassenreinigung hört man sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist mit 1 Cornetto und 1 Kaffee nicht sehr erwähnenswert.

Un fine settimana a Roma

Il BeB si trova in pieno centro storico, a due passi dai principali siti d'interesse della città, la camera l'ho trovata spaziosa e luminosa, il proprietario è una persona squisita e si è messo sempre a disposizione per eventuali necessità.

la camera non l'ho trovata molto pulita, i sanitari e gli specchi erano ben puliti al contrario del pavimento e dei vetri delle finestre che invece non lo erano affatto. Ad ogni buon conto il proprietario si è subito attivato per far rivenire la ditta delle pulizie al fine di sistemarci la stanza.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

There was no housekeeping service, the Airconditioning was noisy, the hairdryer didn’t work, there were only 2 pillows, you could hear the neighbours who were quite noisy.

Unfortunately did not meet my expectations.

Location was good Room was spacious and clean

No elevator - on second floor so had to carry luggage up after flying from Australia. Air conditioning took a long time to kick in - room was like a furnace. It was also very noisy. Stayed for 4 nights and given only 2 bath towels for 2 of us. I did ask for more but they could not bring them on that day. Next day only left another 2. Breakfast was included but we had to walk to a cafe nearby - a cup of coffee and a croissant - if you wanted anything else, you had to pay for it. Not an ideal Italian breakfast I was expecting from other trips to rome. The wardrobe was ridiculous - you had to be a giant to reach the rung to put your clothes up. Only 1 chair in room for 2 of us so had to use bed to sit on. Overall, not a great experience.

Hard to find - the street number and name of residence is hard to see. Thankfully our host found us. Two flights of stairs to carry luggage up so not recommended for elderly guests.

Convenient and safe.

The location was pretty good, near train and bus stops, walking distance to plaza Spagna . The apartment was confortable, and clean. The neighborhood and the people around are very nice. Surrounded by many restaurants, bars and business for you to choose, we feel very safe.

The building doesn’t have and elevator and the stairs are too narrow making very difficult to carry your luggage to the rooms. The location is convenient but because is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and businesses it’s very noisy specially early in the mornings.

Spacious room and great location. Needs some maintenance.

Great location and spacious room. Only a few mins from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The bedroom was nice and clean.

The shower needs a good clean. The room also needs a bit of maintenance. A light in the bathroom did not work, the towel rack did not work, the paint is peeling on the window sill and the locks to the apartment were a hard to use. Also the stairs are steep and narrow. Not appropriate for anyone with mobility or joint issues.

Perfect for a sightseeing cisit to Rome

The room was spacious, very clean & tidy. Bathroom again was spacious ,also has a bidet. It's location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Spanish Steps & within 30mins walk to all other major sights such as Vatican City & Pantheon Plenty of places to eat near by Room has tea/coffee facilities with a small under counter fridge, handy for water bottles, fruit etc Air conditioning is a blessing Communication between myself, Gastone & Stephano was excellent. Both are very helpful & friendly

No lift available & having arthritis in my knees, climbing 2 floors to our room was a struggle, especially with cases. Would not be suitable for people with serious mobility problems. Only one pillow each. I normally sleep with 2 pillows , not a major issue but alot of people prefer 2 pillows. In bathroom, 4 small bottles of shower/hair gel are provided so was lucky I brought my own! Provided with bath sheet, bath towel & hand towel each for the 4 nights. Due to the having daily showers, sometimes twice, a change of towels wouldve been a.bonus.....this could be done, at a charge! Advertised as breakfast being included but it's only tea/coffee & croissant each at the cafe beside the apartment. Staff were pleasant & croissants tasty

overall lovely apartment, a bit overpriced due to the location

Location was perfect, close to metro and walking distance to Spanish stairs and you can grab a taxi from there to FCO airport for 50EUR.

The stairs are killers, we had 2 large suitcases 25kg each and 2 medium ones. It was horrible experience to move them up and down to level 2. Another points is sofa bed is too soft, not suitable for 2 ppls.(even just me and my little girl)

The room is big and clean. The place is located where almost everything is accessible by foot.

Location

Floors were not clean. It wasn't a hotel but an apartment. Breakfast was one coffee one cake at a nearby café. Cooking hob was not working. It wasn't a four star. There was no lift. Suitcases needed to be carried to the second floor ourselves.

Location was perfect, it was walking distance from all the shops/restaurants and just around the corner from the Spanish steps! Gastone was very nice. The bed was very comfy and the room/bathroom was spotlessly clean. If going to Rome I’d highly recommend.

Overall a great stay!

The location was amazing! With lots of restaurants and shops right outside our door. The room was spacious, comfy bed and thankfully we had an electric heater to warm up the room.

The breakfast we were expecting it to be more like a buffet as its included in the overall price, however it was only a coffee and a croissant included. The toilet was leaking so we had to put a towel to get all the water.

The location is really good!

Our general impression was OK, nothing more to be open. Great location and friendly people, but it was really loud in the building, even during the night. Also, the bathroom had a bit of a smell and some soaps/shampoo would have been very handy!
