Welcome to our beautifully renovated beach house in Eagle Bay, where relaxed coastal living meets comfort and style. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it’s the perfect retreat for families and friends.
Just a two-minute stroll from the pristine sands of Eagle Bay Beach, the house is perfectly positioned opposite the National Park and children’s playground. From the comfort of home, you can hear the gentle sound of the waves and enjoy the wonderful feeling of being close to nature and the sea.
The spacious home offers three bedrooms, including a King master with private ensuite, plus a second family living room with a comfortable pull-out double bed, TV and direct access to a secure private courtyard.
The heart of the home is the generous open-plan living space, opening onto a large balcony with outdoor lounge and dining areas and a BBQ — perfect for long lunches, evening drinks or simply relaxing in the sea breeze.
The beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, extensive cookware, crockery and glassware, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee.
For year-round comfort, the home has reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout, while a cosy fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in winter.
A fully enclosed garage and secure complex add convenience and peace of mind.
Despite its peaceful coastal setting, Dunsborough is only 8 minutes away, with its cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries, while the region’s renowned wineries, breweries and spectacular beaches are all within easy reach.

Awesome location and fabulously appointed apartment. The owner has conveniently left kayaks and other sporting equipment. We love staying at this place. However the apartment could do with some maintenance.
