Very good location,nice owners,pretty accommodation.

Wifi was very poor and there were no nets on the windows so insects sometimes got to our room.

Close to the chateau and park, good communication with the host, good beds and well equiped kitchen.

Traffic all day and night under windows. Hot weather, it would be better with air-conditioning. We had windows open so we heard the noise.

Some women shouting on each other every day in atrium down there. If i had opened window i heard loud conversation and laugh, that was annoying sometimes. Also apartment is very basic, no side lights, just room with bed and small corridor and tiny kitchen. Some people also practices loud conversation on corridors which was also annoying. Overally it worth 60 euros per night not 75. It is lot ofe better places and maybe some worse. Staff was good in communication.

Pretty much nothing.no toilet in the bathroom. The actual toilet was at the entrance ,further from the actual bathroom

Nothing ABOUT THIS APPARTMENT WAS OK. FIRSTt of all,NOWHERE to.park the car to transfer luggage!!!No awareness TV WAS NOT WORKING WATER WAS LUKEWARM VERY SLIPERY ROOMS VERY BASIC BED SHEETS OLD AND TACKY NO AWARENESS THAT THE APPARTMENT WAS SITUATES AT THE SECOND FLOOR THE STAIRE WERE DEEP AND DANGEROUS TO GO UP ON

Location right in front of Schonbrun. Palace.. Easy transportation options. Walking distance to restaurants,shops, tram, bus stops, etc. Great communication with Hosts. Super interactive on phone call, WhatsApp and Booking.com email messaging service. Alex, the Host was very helpful, accommodating and informative.

-ONLY during the dates of our stay, other Guests were heavy smokers so the entire hallway upto to our main door stinked. -Bedsheets were very old and have slight smell of old and uncleaned/did not dry properly sheets. -No proper curtains in living room. The one hanging fell off. -No side tables or lamps so needed to take kitchen chairs to be used. -Requested extra pillows and duvets didn't arrive on time so cancelled request. -Bed in 1 room is too big and placed awkwardly which did not minimise the use of the room and some part of the room is a waste of space (behind king size bed headboard)...hard to manoeuvre around room as king size bed is awkwardly positioned (double bed could be better) -Toilet has washing liquid soap but no sink so need to go to other shower room to wash hands after using toilet which we found very uncomfortable. Not enough toilet paper too for 4 people. Had to ask and only was given 1 extra roll. Could be improved. -No floor mats to wipe kitchen floors and WC/Toilets. Could be slippery. Could be improved.

Clean, comfy, spatious for 2+3 family. Owners were very nice and helpful. Very nice location across the road from the Schönbrunn palace. 50/200m from city transportation station (s bahn/u bahn) which is very convenient.

If you’re with the car, there is no parking but there are garages close by so its ok.

The apartment is right next to the main road, so parking is only possible in the side streets, you have to look for a free parking space, which was a bit difficult. Street noise from passing trams.
