Cabin was perfect for me and my girlfriend the stove in the corner was awesome and kept us nice and toasty. Good mountain vibes!!! James was SUPER accommodating!!

We had a wonderful stay with all the needed amenities in a great location. Besides the bedroom heater knobs being confusing, everything else worked well. It was fun to stay in this well lit small home with natural gas fireplace.

Charming cabin, but could use some work. There were broken drawers and a cupboard in the kitchen. Furniture was very warn. Wasn't quite clean - replaced the bedding upon arrival.

When I first got there, could not figure out how to unlock the door. Called the property manager and he responded immediately and was so very kind and patient. Got inside and the rustic cabin was perfect for a get away. I would definitely come back. Then place is charming, it even has a washer and dryer!!

Great place in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was very quick to respond to a couple questions i had about the property. We even had a couple deer stroll thru the front yard while eating dinner on the porch! Would definitely stay here asain!

The property was conveniently located close to town and shopping. House was clean and well kept. Slightly rustic, but that contributed to the appeal. Very nice neighborhood. Saw deer in the yard in the evening. Nice views of the hot-air balloons in the morning. We would definitely stay again and are looking forward to our next visit.

This cabin has everything you would need! The check in process was so easy. It is in a great location and the deer in your front yard every night was a great hit. I would absolutely stay there again!

Location is good and in a quiet neighborhood. Our stay was during winter holidays. You cannot beat the price for Pagosa, but there are some reasons why that is. There is no central heating which makes the loft comfortable, but very cold in downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The beds downstairs are smaller than queen size ( I guess full size?) which might be appropriate for a couple of kids but not for two grownups (and no, we are not big nor tall). Also, we found mice droppings in the pots, so that's that about cleaning standards. The host was very quick to respond to our questions, but I am not sure about the value of that when the situation cannot be remediated.

My wife and I loved our stay at this cabin in Pagosa. James, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. The cabin was just as described on the website, located just a few miles from the central area of town, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The area was quiet. The cabin was clean, comfy and well worth the price. We'll definitely book it again for our next Pagosa trip!

Very nice cabin. Perfect base of operations for skiing at Wolf Creek. Nice neighborhood that I presume is on a golf course because street names are all golf-oriented. Great owner.

This cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms and beds to spread out in, the teenagers loved the loft space, plenty of towels and extra blankets/linens. Everything we needed in the kitchen, wonderfully hot water, and having a washer and dryer is so handy too. Pagosa Springs got about 6 inches of snow our 2nd night there, so we also appreciated the snow shovel and brush for the car. A sweet neighbor up the road a bit loaned the kids a couple of sleds while we were there. We enjoyed Pagosa Springs and our cabin stay so much!

Super cozy cabin with well-stocked kitchen. Easy access to town, great neighborhood to walk/run in. We were there four days and really just enjoyed hanging out in front of the fireplace. Beds are comfy, though maybe a tad short if you are 6'2"

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in Pagosa Springs. We were in town for a wedding and it had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4! It was a bit tough with only 1 bathroom since we have 2 tween girls but we were able to make it work. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. It was a nice quiet area; got to enjoy my coffee in the mornings on the porch and watch the deer walk by.

The cabin has everything you might need and then some. Lots of dishes for anything you might want to eat or make, plenty of utensils and the stove and oven work great and the fridge is nice big. Lots of towels and washcloths and extra linens if you should need them. The electric fireplace heats the whole house nicely. The beds were comfortable and a family of 6 or 7cod be accommodated easily It’s situated within minutes of anything you might want to do in Pagosa. The neighborhood is very nice with friendly neighbors. We felt safe and comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again!

Spacious main room with tons of windows to allow views in every direction. Full kitchen makes cooking preferred over eating out. A short walk from Pagosa Lake, easy access to town, lots of options in every direction but yet total darkness and quiet at night in this peaceful neighborhood. The owner is very responsive, pleasant and accommodating. His home is well appointed, everything works well (except one ceiling fan) and overall, it is just a very comfy place to stay for a getaway to Pagosa!!

Cute cottage, biking distance to Rec Center (can join for ~$1/day), grocery store, restaurants and various gates to San Juan biking/hiking trails. Cabin is located on a good size lot, plenty of space between homes. Well equipped kitchen, nothing fancy in the way of furnishings, which suited us just fine. Loved having coffee on front porch, watching hot air balloons lifting off in the morning. (seriously, almost every morning we were there in August). Also loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings as many deer came in to graze in the yard. One small note, 2 downstairs beds are doubles, might be a little small for some people. Upstairs loft has a king and a single however. Owner is great to work with. Would definitely come back!!!

It’s a very nice, cute cabin. The layout is good. There’s a nice kitchen with a working range and fridge. The washer and dryer came in handy, too. It was about a half hour from all the major trails which was great, and only five mins from Walmart. However, the place could definitely use some new furniture and some dusting. There was no AC, which was fine most of the time, but it did get uncomfortably hot downstairs, and especially upstairs in the loft when it got up to 88 degrees in Pagosa. There were some fans, but not all of them were usable. We also weren’t expecting to see russian decor around the cabin, especially since I was vacationing with my Ukrainian family. Overall, we had a good trip, and this place was at a good price.

Rented this for my daughter and her family (4). They enjoyed the location and the cute cabin. The kids enjoyed the jungle gym and the highlight of their stay was the landing of a hot air balloon in the yard. Oh my goodness the kids were beside themselves. The navigators of the balloon even let them help land it. Great experience overall.

This is a great place to land as you explore the stunning beauty of the area. Owner is very responsive. We were quite comfortable with this humble cabin (2 adults, 4 teens). Wish it had an outdoor grill, but we managed!

Three of my buddies and I were looking for a great, simple place to hang our hat in the evenings after long days of hiking and fly fishing. The kitchen was great for cooking, the beds comfortable. The new smart TV was great for logging into my streaming services and watching movies in the evening. James' communication was great and he was so helpful. If you're looking for a quaint cabin getaway near Pagosa, this is where you want to go.
