Very good

The location. Good size kitchen and living room. Good wifi.

2 levels. There was no information that the house was 2 levels. My spouse cannot climb stairs. Ground level bathroom was too small. Toilets were tiny. Too small for regular size people.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was nice, very appropriate for our little vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, centrally located and easy to find. The necessities were furnished! Nice cooking area. When staff was informed of the condition of the apt, they immediately sent someone to rectify the situation.

When we arrived the apartment WAS NOT ready for guests. The beds were unmade, with dirty towels and linen on the floor Food left by previous tenants, Lots of cob webs near the back door. Coffee maker (Keurig ( did not function. .NO AC! Just two small fans. They still failed to clean the refrigerator after being asked to do so.

Disappointing

Location

Our unit at Westwind #11 in Pagosa Springs, CO was old, run down, dark, and smelled like mildew. It was not worth the price that we paid. We respectfully request a refund for at least a potion of our stay (June1-4, 2023). Here is a list of our concerns, and we have pictures of all the following: 1. Entry code did not work and took hours to finally get a code for a lockbox key, which we needed for our whole stay, and then, there was only one key for two of us. 2. Old-fashioned metal mini blinds with broken rods and that were difficult to open (hence everything was dark inside, plus, the dark floors and furniture made it worse). 3. Old-fashioned, low popcorn ceilings, which added to the dark, closed-in feeling. 4. Broken and missing knobs in both bedroom closets. 5. Bi-fold doors in the laundry area and in the front bedroom that were damaged or not level and wouldn’t close. 6. Mismatched furniture - for example, the little dining table had two bar stools that were the height of the table top that were impossible to use for eating at the table. 7. Table lamps with burned out bulbs and some light switches did not work too. 8. Old fashioned electric stove with damaged hood. 9. Laminate countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms that were stained and had nicks. 10. The upstairs bathtub had a huge damaged spot.

Horrible start to a vacation. Will never book with booking.com again.

We were greeted at the front door by a bag of trash when we arrived. An unmade bed, trash on the floor as well as in the silverware drawer, and dead flies on the window seals once we got inside the apartment. Getting inside the apartment was a challenge in its self. The customer service at the management company did not have complete direction. They lacked the apartment number. The key box on the front door did not work with the code provided. I had yo go to the back door with another code. Extremely disappointed in every aspect of the experience, beginning with the booking process. They advertised the price of $875 for the stay, but when we hit the reservation confirmation at check out they charged us $1450, followed by a message that the rental we just confirmed was non-cancelable. So buyer beware!

We checked out without staying.

The decor was “ok”, nothing else…

I complained right away to Vacasa. The photos on the site are misleading. Even the picture on the beginning of this survey was wrong. There’s no window in that location. That’s a wall and the window is on another wall. The condo was dark, musty smelling, beaten up on walls and doors, outdated hardware. Dirty rugs. 1/2 roll of TP for two days and two bathrooms. No backup TP in any closet or cupboards. Two of the closet shelves were bare pieces of plywood! This place didn’t even have coffee filters or salt/pepper. It was my fault for not noticing that there’s no air conditioning. It was 90° when we arrived. We were told to just open windows later and all would be good. NOT.

Needed a great base camp for a work week - this was it!

perfect location - close to all you need but still quiet and off the highway.

It was a hot week and it was hard to keep the place cool during the day.

Nice getaway, would be rated higher had it been cleaned better

I liked the size of the place, it was cute and modern

The place was beautiful, but definitely was not cleaned very well. There were so many white hairs in the bedroom and bathroom, I cleaned myself and had to mop the entire place.
