Poor breakfast no eggs old sausages not much selection

Well located for an event we were attending, comfy beds, kettle with tea and coffee facilities in the room

Breakfast was ok, at the time we were staying they didn’t have any eggs

Love the ambience and staff were very helpful

There was clean water leakage in the toilet of my room #311 and the same with my cousins room 309 and my Sisters room 317. The staff gave us clean towels to put on the floor.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es stand ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, der Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer, das WLAN funktionierte tadellos , sehr unkompliziert

Der Teppichboden müsste shampooniert oder getauscht werden. U-Bahn 35 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

This is a hotel I have stayed at many times but will never do so again. Their rates are now extortionate and to rub salt in the wound you pay £7.00 per 24hours for parking. Very disappointing that in these times of such global hardship this is what we are faced with. For sure I will not be staying there again. I have voted with my feet.

L’emplacement est parfait. C’est super pratique pour aller au centre de Londres, proche à 15 mins en bus de la station de métro Blackhorse station. Et notre arrivé à 3h du matin suite à un gros retard de l’avion, notre réceptionniste était vraiment parfait, Thanks so much Oscar!

Malheureusement, la chambre sentait une forte odeur de moisissure, avec deux enfants en bas âges et une femme d’un certain âge, ce n’était pas du tout approprier. Nous étions 4 et nous avions 2 serviettes, et le canapé lit n’était pas préparer et sentait la moisissure. Après une plainte à la réception, le monsieur de la maintenant est venu démonté le filtre de la climatisation qui goûtait, aspirer le sol et vaporiser un désodorisant qui n’a pas durer. Le dernier soir nous avons ordonné le changement de chambre ce qui a été fait.

The external work occur ring adjacent to the hotel made coming and going difficult. Also mattress dumped in adjacent garden.

some of the property looks dated and old. could use a refreshment.

The hotel was really nice and friendly.

The car park next door was used as a car meet and the noise was ridiculous. I know that's not the hotels issue.

rooms are outdated and the bathrooms need a great deal of work on them. to charge £129 per night, would be nice to have something good to look at and not something outdated. also some works in the Sainsburys car park which did not help with the drilling noise from there

there was a lot of dust in the rooms

Very comfy beds, probably the best during my experience during last couple of years. Very welcoming staff, my room was not ready when I arrived but they managed to make in 15 minutes.

Probably, coffee machine should be replaced :)

There was nothing really to like in the hotel. The rooms were quite basic and not that clean.

We found the breakfast staff extremely rude and the breakfast services really bad in general. On 2nd day of our stay we went in around 9 for the breakfast - we were 2 families with 3 toddlers and a baby between us. There were no juice, no cutlery, no clean tables, no dishes, no croissants or muffin, no scrambled eggs, no milk, no glasses, no beans, no warm milk. We asked all 3 staff and the responses we got were - "we are not Kitchen staff but are doing this only for today" / "you should have come earlier as food does run out by 9" and "I am busy with other things". We also asked the manager and she says speak to the kitchen staff and they MIGHT help you!!! I have never really seen this level of incompetence and the feeling we got was the staff didn't really care. Extremely disappointed - there were other customers complaining as well. Also the staff were not trained to deal with breakfast and also didn't understand the simple concept of good customer service. It was really difficult for us with 3 toddlers and a baby and this did spoil the whole day for us. We all went out on an empty stomach and had to get the kids breakfast elsewhere. The family room was quite small and with a double bed and a sofa bed there wasn't really any space left in the room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and I hardly managed to sleep any of the 3 nights we stayed. The room didnt have proper lighting and even with all 3 lights on it still seemed dark.
