Great value for money

Pool was heated. Room was clean Location is walking distance to Macrossan street and to the four mile beach. Room was spacious and the changed the sheets midway through our stay

If they changed the sheets perhaps the could have changed all the towels and mopped the premises as well. Complimentary drinking water could be provided on day one. No bbq facilities.

Wonder location and comfortable self-contained rooms.

The location was close walking distance to town and the amenities at the resort were great. A laundry is located on site which makes it so much easier. The pool area was super close and clean.

pleasant but would not stay again

position was good & they were happy to facilitate our upgrade request. haveing a washer @ dryer was very good

very dark lighting extremely poor. courtyard flooded from watering leaving a muddy area & mess on paved area. floors while looking clean left our feet extremely dirty.

Likely better options in Port Douglas

The location to the main town was only 10 minutes

The King bed was just two singles pushed together so it was uncomfortable to roll onto the middle seam throughout the night The bathroom had a Gecko in there as we checked in, and by the second day ants had somehow got into the bathroom despite us having any drinks consumed in the room in the bin in the kitchen. Our fan didnt work unless it was at the highest speed which was relatively useless The carpet had stains on there and felt dirty on our feet. The kitchen tiles didnt seem like they were properly cleaned, they were grimy and slimy to walk on barefoot. In general the cleanliness of the room was not good.

Very good location with short walk to the beach or to the main street Nice pools and it has a laundry Good price

It is just a bit dated and tired and needing an uplifting makeover.

All good. An older place but always doing maintenance. Harsh environment always something to do.

The bathroom sink plug kept jamming. Fan control knob keep falling off. Lounge light blew. The pool towels could be bigger. Room 4. Just minor things.

had a great stay here, property we stayed in needs a bit of maintenance, we were out all day everyday so didn’t affect u

great location, v helpful staff, bed nice and comfortable

cutlery/crockery all v worn & tired ( needs replacing tbh) the hob buttons had no markings on so we didn’t know what was high/low heat. could have been cleaner upon our arrival

Really liked the location, close walking distance to town & the marina. The pool was lovely & room was clean & spacious

Loved the apartment, fantastic size, very clean and homely! Felt very safe and welcomed. We will definitely recommend and stay again!

We were disappointed with the oven as it didn't have any instructions or markings on the dial for use

Room very tired and worn,extra charge fir pool towels and use if safe.Mish mash of cooking utensils. No tissues.

It was close to the beach, the main strip wasn't far away and there was free parking

Was a bit run down and there was hair on the bed sheets and pillows. Bed wasn't too comfortable.

the apartment was not the cleanest. the toilet door had urine marks on it and mould in the shower. it needs a deepclean

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it! Thank you Wendy and to all the staff.

Our room was very clean, spacious and a lovely view over the spa pool which was always warm and clean. Private & quiet. friendly helpful staff.

Just to note there is No lift access available there that I’m aware of if you require it.

Lovely units very comfortable with a nice pool

The one bedroom apartment we had was large and very comfortable. Large bed very comfy and a good size bathroom. Great comfortable lounge. Nice patio on ground level near the pool.

Was a little far walking distance for us to the main street.

When we went inside our unit it smelt musty The tiled floors didn’t look like they had been cleaned Foil in oven grill was dirty Table and floor on balcony were dirty Would of be nice to have some oil for cooking

great having a 3 bedroom apartment. lovely gardens, super clean rooms and property. great to have in unit washer and dryer. all the extras like washing powder, dishwashing liquid, every thing you could need for the kitchen to cook. close to the Main Street manager was very friendly great bbq facilities (free of charge)
