Great stay, no complaints.

The rooms where cozy, all included, and you have people to help you 24x7 which is great.

The mistake we did was taking the ground floor rooms. The issue is all the heating pipes go from that room. We went on a sunny day and the heating pipes make the room a heating chamber. We did raise this to the staff, but they coudn't do anything abt it. We did open windows but not much help there :)

Super, Lokation. Wenn wir es nochmals versuchen dann bitte da.

Die Lage war super, alles war per Spaziergang erreichbar im Zentrum. Das Zimmer( Apartment) war super ausgestattet und sauber, tägliche Reinigung wurde durchgeführt und neue Handtücher gegeben.

Ein kleines Problem ist das Parken. In unmittelbarer Nähe kostet die Stunde 7,50 € etwas teuer. Es wird ein Service empfohlen was den Tag 45€ kostet. Nun ja, Amsterdam.

Optimale Anbindung Straßenbahn an die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Amsterdam Café direkt gegenüber, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Laufnähe Gute Ausstattung an Geschirr, Optimale tägliche Reinigung, freundliches Personal Safe vorhanden

Die Lage im Haus, Nr. 11 im Erdgeschoss, leider nur ein Fenster im Wohnzimmer zum dunklen Innenhof mit großen Bäumen, auch Tagsüber sehr dunkel, die Lampen im WZ/Küche/Diele sind nur zusammen zum Einschaltbar Sehr hellhörig: die Eingangstüre ist immer zu hören, teilweise auch die Nachbarn

Super appartement

C'est un super endroit pour passer un bon moment en famille ou avec des amis C'est un bon quartier et ce qui est bien ce que le magasin qui loue des vélos n'est pas très long donc c'est un sérieux avantage

J'ai pas du tout aimé la nourriture d'Amsterdam, c'est un beau pays mais pour la nourriture ils sont à la ramasse et ça peut gâcher un séjour Le son de la pluie peut gêner dans la chambre parce que c'est le dernier étage et il y a deux fenêtres dans la toiture

L'ensemble est agréable, calme, facilement accessible par le métro ou le tram.

Le chauffage semble réglé par une minuterie générale qui ne donne sa puissance qu'à partir de19h. Cela paraît juste pour certains. Sinon c'est correct.

Tired, overpriced accommodation with racist staff.

Location.

Rude, racist staff member “greeted” us on arrival, asking if we hadn’t seen the videos saying people from the UK were not welcome in Amsterdam. Not said tongue in cheek. Asked for cash deposit without discussing the terms (or showing us the specifics, until requested). Massively overpriced for what is very tired, cheaply finished accommodation.

an enjoyable stay but let down by the uncomfortable sofa bed that was in the kitchen

Apartment was located close to the tram so commute was easy, the stay was just average.

We had to wait outside the building each time we stepped out for someone to come and open the main gate to our room. Water bottles for drinking were not provided, 2nd day plates were not washed, rooms had no balcony or windows and overall didn't appear as good as the pictures.

Good location, need to standardise their cleaning practices and provide more info to guests.

The location was great, close to Vijzelgracht Metro, Weesperplein Metro, and Fredericksplein tram, walkable to the city centre with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants, and grocery shops nearby. The staff were friendly, and the room was well heated. Very good bathroom size with a nice shower and a good toilet. The kitchenette was handy as well. It was usually quiet.

Cleanliness was not perfect. A strange wet greasy stain was on the table, a hair was stuck in the Nespresso machine. The cleaners changed all the time and so did the assortment of towels, so we would get different amounts and different sizes of towel every day. They wouldn’t leave any towels. They would load the dishwasher for us, which was appreciated, but one time put it on a delay so it turned on in the middle of the night and scared us. No instructions for how to use the television, which operated strangely. The UK and USB usable plugs were directly behind the television, which was placed precariously on the table. There were some people in a room next to us who were noisy whenever they left or entered their room. No extra pillows or blankets, and the pillows were okay but I could see some people finding them uncomfortable. We were also on the very top floor, which was fine for us but note that the stairs are very narrow and they spiral. I could see people tripping and falling.

Great location and clean apartments

Amazing location to visit the city centre. The staff was really kind and helpful when asked to give us something that was missing or did not have enough of or to fix straightaway something that was not working properly. Apartment cleaned and towels changed every day, beds tidied daily.

Good accommodation for price.

large apartment, with kitchenette that was adequately equipped, with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and cooker and coffee machine. Good location to trams into heart of Amsterdam but we happily walked as well, to take in the buildings and canals. On arrival were greeted pleasantly by staff who advised on places to visit and where to get transport, and were available 24/7 if needed, we were given extra coffee when we asked.

Some of the rooms and communal areas require decoration and fresh carpets. Be aware the Valet parking was €42 for 24 hours, €39 for each day if more than 24 hours and part days were charged as a full 24 hours. Street parking was by meter at €7.50 per hour!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is just around the corner from The School of Life cafe (great for breakfast) as well as all the delicious restaurants on Utrechtsestraat. Also steps from trams 1, 7, and 19 which can easily connect you to one of the metro lines.

Something to note - I stayed in one of the ground floor studios, and I was told the hot water pipes run just under it which can make the unit very hot. There were large fans provided in the room (which was great!), but it is something to keep in mind if you're visiting during hot weather.
