We liked the location and the staff.
The rooms are small and, often, there are problems with the elevator.
Also, there are no air-conditioning in the rooms that might become a big problem at hot weather.

Room had no air conditioning. For the season it was still ok but I don't know how it may get during the summer heat (and I don't know if the hotel will offer something for that, it might be reasonable to check with the structure).

Modern and clean bathroom. Many good Asian restaurants in the neighborhood. Close to a metro stop. Excellent coffee. Excellent and friendly staff. I wasn't sure what to expect with a 2-star hotel but it exceeded my expectations.
The lift was blocked at one point and my room was on the 6th floor- It's ok because the extra exercise was good for me. Probably could be difficult for older folks or people in need of a lift. For me, it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't mind staying there again but I don't remember seeing any air conditioning so I probably wouldn't stay in the middle of the summer season. It was 30° C during the day but the window was big (and could be completely opened) so it was easy to cool off by night time.

Hotel is being renovated. Dirk and working sheets are presented. Reserved a Taxi through hotel , uninformed a service taxis charge. This is a first time encountered Taxis service charges after many years of traveling to Paris. Will not do it

The hotel is located in the 13th arrondissement, the location is very convenient because the metro station Tolbiac is located approx. 300 meters from there, and you are in the center in about 20 minutes. Rooms: small, beautiful, neat and ideal for sleeping. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We fed ourselves by shopping in Monoprix supermarkets
and Carrefour, which are about 200 meters from the hotel. The price of the food is great and the selection of food is even better. There are also bakeries and ready-made meals nearby... It is good to buy fruit in grocers that you can find on every corner.
Renovation was underway, so the work started at 8 a.m., but it didn't bother us too much because we were on a tour during the day. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of interesting places , to the train station to get on the express ( TGV)& from it, you can go wherever you want to go We are in the South( Auch), for the moment, a place in the Gers, 1 hour from Toulouse where my younger brother has a very dear friend who with his whole family has warmly welcomed us with open arms.

Room was clean, in a location that was close to the metro, a short walk from many restaurants and felt like a safe area. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating.
The rooms weren't very soundproof and were quite small but it still did the job.
8.0
Overall, the room and bathroom were very clean. Also, many metro stations were accessible in a 15 minute walk radius.
The street is noisy at night, because of passing cars and motorcycles. The shower was a bit small.

Clean rooms. Parisian style living quarters.

Only the location
The room is quite dirty and old. There are a lot of insects lying in the lamp, very disgusting. We couldn't sleep all night because there are weird flies sting us, dangerous. I would ask the owner to do something about that. Not worth the money I paid.
