Standard reservations are Saturday to Saturday. Crystal Dunes is a gated community with amenities including pool, hot tub, barbecue area, community room and more! Located in Destin proper and centrally located to Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track, Destin Commons Mall, Silver Sands Factory Stores (the largest name brand outlet mall in the nation) and many golf courses. Very close to the beach communities of the famous Highway 30-A where the movie 'The Truman Show' was filmed. My two sisters & I loved this condo on the 4th floor. Wonderful view of white sand beach that we walked each day. We ate lunch on the deck & often read out there while watching the beach. The condo was spacious & our 2 week stay went way too fast! We recommend The Back Porch restaurant & don't miss the aquarium on Wed.

Wonderful place to stay! Located on the Gulf. Beach setup included. Had everything you needed for a week away from home. We have stayed at Crystal Dunes numerous times over the past 15 years and have never been disappointed! If you are looking for a relaxing time to visit you may want to stay away from the first 2 weeks in October. It is Fall Break and extremely busy (more so than we have ever seen in the past).

Condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the private beach and that the room comes with two beach chairs, awesome! The water was so pretty! It is located near any shopping you would need or want. Very nice trip!

Property was great. Communication with owner was best we ever had! Weather was beautiful! The only negative was the 3rd bedroom had no television and we needed that for the kids. Overall one of the best vacations we have had.

We had a great time this week! The condo was very clean with beautiful views. Beach access was great and had exceptional chair and umbrella service. Great location, as everything is right across the street. The only thing I would say is it says it sleeps 8 and we had 8. I had assumed it had a pull out couch but didn’t, so I had a kid sleeping on each couch. It worked for us but I would say it sleeps 6 because I don’t count a couch as a bed but maybe others do. Overall it was a great place!

The condo was beautiful, clean and very comfortable beds! We did some cooking and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Destin. Our host DJ made us very welcome. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

We were first time visitors to Destin FL and to this property and unit. The Villa was perfect!!!! It was spotless and very roomy even when we had family visit and had 8 people in the unit. The beds are very comfortable and loved all the patio furniture as we spent most of our downtime out on the patio. Very close to everything, beach shops, restaurants etc. The units include 2 chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach every day with Villa # on them so that was very enjoyable. The value of the price was worth every Penny in our book because the beach in front of our building is private and monitored so it was only the folks staying in the building that could use this amazing beach!! We fell in love with Destin and the beach and would go back in a heartbeat!! The owner was very attentive and reached out personally before the trip and got to know us and why we were coming. Our son is stationed at Hurlbert so I thought that was going above and beyond. I would also recommend renting a car because there is so much to see and do.

This was our first trip to Destin and Crystal Sands did not disappoint in the comfort of our stay! Our unit was very clean and appeared just as the pictures show. The view from the balcony was beautiful & just what we wanted! Check in was super smooth & DJ was quick to reply to any questions! We appreciate all his help and how informative he was. The beach chairs & umbrella’s was a major plus & we loved that there were bins with extra chairs, floats, and beach toys! The complex was very family friendly & quiet. It was just what we needed & we cannot wait to come back!

This condo was clean, well appointed. And exactly what we want when we visit Destin. We loved the location, the pool, even the trash chute on property! The condo is updated and spacious.

The owner is amazingly helpful and keeps good communication. The view was everything I expected from the photos. It was nice that we had chairs abs an umbrella reserved and waiting on us on the private beach. It was not crowded at all and very pleasant and relaxing. We will be staying here again and just praying this is available for our next trip.

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The elevators were quick and it was a very short walk from the condo door to be on the beach. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were waiting for us every morning. The young man that sets them up is very friendly and accommodating. We saw lots of dolphins from the patio and enjoyed seeing the lifeguards come in each morning at the public beach access next door. The condo beach area is private, providing plenty of space and is very well kept. There is a cute little cafe (Camille’s) just a block up where we could walk for morning coffee, lunch or a snack and drink. This is a great property with a safe and prime beachfront location! Enjoyed every minute of it!

This is an excellent unit, well decorated, with tasteful upgrades. In the master bedroom is a dresser with a dozen drawers and 2 nightstands with large drawers. There is plenty of storage. The second bath has a showerhead on a hose, which is just what we have at home. The kitchen has 2 coffee makers, including a Keurig, very thoughtful. This was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This condo is right on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico- beautiful water, private beach and of course lovely view from the condo balcony! It was wonderful to have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that came with the unit! Nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked. Ample parking. Grounds well maintained. Very convenient location with grocery stores, gas, etc nearby. Easy to communicate with owner.
We did find the sliding glass door a bit hard to open. Also never figured out how to work the tv in the family room- would be nice to have the cable service there as well- or an instruction sheet for those of us who need it :) Also the smoke alarm went off several times the 1st day- a service person was sent immediately, but it continued to alarm so we ended up disconnecting it for our stay.
Overall a great place and a wonderful vacation! Thanks to Darryl for his thoroughness and responsiveness and the lovely condo!

We have stayed in this building before and loved it, Darrell’s place was no exception. Great communication. Perfectly clean. Comfy beds. And literally right on the beach.

We loved the location and DJ was great to work with. I actually think the condo was even better than the pictures. Would stay here again. Just hope there are no double red flags next time! Other than that...great stay

The condo was clean. BLACK MOLD was visible up in all the vents. Contacted Darrell Owner. Said would have maintenance out there to condo, Stayed week. He never once sent maintenance there. Had to suffer through coughing and lack of sleep from coughing and being so sensitive to BLACK MOLD. Sister ASTHMA and Allergies. My nephew and I cleaned out vents best we could. Ruined our trip. No discount or ANYTHING offered because of this dangerous MESS. Darrell showed lack of concern for our health issues. So disappointed. Was very nice until we booked. After that nothing. Felt as if we didn't matter. Will not be returning. Condo old and dated....
