About this house rental
You'll enjoy a great house in a great location. Our newly renovated home, swimming pool, grill and cocktail bar are all at your disposal. We are just seconds from stadiums, golf, spas, shopping, dining and all the nightlife old town Scottsdale offers. We have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed, and private bath, two other bedrooms have queen beds with twin over full bunks and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunks. The detached casita has another queen bed. There is a beautiful refinished private heated diving pool with seating area (inside the pool), indoor bar, and outdoor bbq grill. There is an outdoor firepit and hot tub. We have a corner property which means you only have neighbors on one side so a lot of privacy and extra parking on the side street. ** we now offer a Heated pool!! The rate for heating the pool is $50/day with a $25 initiation fee TPT License# 21374039

After having trouble finding spots with enough places for actual adult sized guests, this place was an awesome find. Plenty of beds, very clean, the pool and hot tub were great. In an excellent location close (but not too close) to Old Town Scottsdale.

Wow,From the moment we walked into the house it felt like home,Very spacious for a group of 11,Open floor plan and plenty of seating for all,I spent hours searching for the right home and i couldn’t of found a nicer home,Kids loved the pool and playing all the games the home has to offer especially corn hole,Casita is extremely nice and clean,Location is only minutes away from all the restaurants and mall,Christopher made sure we had the perfect stay, Checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed,I will give this home 10 stars if i could..Look no further and book this home for your next vacation you will not be disappointed...

Wonderful accommodations for our group of 8 golfers. Plenty of space inside and out for all. Tons of amenities both at the house (pillows, towels, chairs, kitchenware) and in the area (grocery store and some restaurants within a 5 minute walk). Very short drive to everything else. Perfect location - minutes to the highway (101 loop).
Owner was very responsive and genuinely interested in our level of satisfaction - before, during and after our trip.
For our group, we couldn't have made a better decision.

Overall the house was nice and presented as pictured. The location was convenient and quiet. The backyard was nice. Too cold to use the pool however the hot tub was nice and utilized often. Communication with the host was prompt. A few areas like the dressers and drawers in the kitchen could have been cleaner but overall the house was clean. A few amenities listed were not in useable condition or were lacking. With a little attention to detail this could be an excellent place just falls a little short as is.

We stayed at this property for our annual golf trip. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, and had everything you may need. It is also in a great location with plenty of store around and only a quick 5 minute drive to downtown. The extra space in the casita was also a great touch. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Great house & pool, solid location
Great house and backyard. Very comfortable for 9 of us. Kitchen had pots, pans, dishes and silverware, but not enough for a group this size. If you plan to grill and bring disposable plates and silverware, you'd be all set!

It was easy to get to from the airport. Easy to find the grocery store, shopping, restaurants and easy access to all of our other destinations. Kids enjoyed the pool. And it was relaxing sitting on the patio.

We had an amazing time enjoying our vacation at this Airbnb it accommodated a ton of people and they were nice enough to let us check in early since we had an early flight! If I go back I will definitely be staying there again!

I rented the house for out of town guest coming for my daughters high school graduation. After searching for weeks I came across Chris’s place and he was accommodating enough to allow for the party to be hosted there which is a rare find.
It was the perfect place to entertain and my guest were comfortable. I love the pay it forward aspect that he supports. He has everything written down for us to make the stay easy. The location was further away than I hoped so I myself didn’t get to spend much time there but it was convenient for my guest with everything except me near by. What they would have spent at a hotel without the ability to cook and entertain was well worth it.
I have a large family that visits often and they normally get spread out with different family members or hotel and this made it so easy. I’d definitely rent again.

Perfect for a girls' getaway!
We had an amazing time at the house. It was close to the nightlife, but also just a block from a grocery store, walgreens, etc. 14 of us comfortably fit in the house, with space to spare. Chris was easy to communicate with, and the house was easy to use. Clean too! We had so much fun hanging around the pool, Jacuzzi and large dining/kitchen/living room. I'd come back with another group!

Girls Getaway
This property was perfect for our girls weekend. Chris was always fast to answer any questions we had and the house was perfect for relaxing poolside with plenty of lounging room inside as well. Would definitely come back!

Great house to entertain
The house is set up to entertain. The pool and hot tub are right off the kitchen & bar area. The furnishings were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting under the covered porch poolside. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of certain things in the house. But, the owner was extremely quick to respond to our inquiries. Great location too... near major thoroughfares made getting around Scottsdale easy.

Sensational
House was clean and set up perfectly for a couple of bachelors looking to have a fun weekend. The host was extremely prompt with responses and we had no issues with check in or out. People commented on the noise below. We honestly didn’t hear anything. The main road was actually convenient for getting Uber’s around town. 1.5 Miles way from all the action. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again next year

Lovely place. Definitely enough room for all of us, including extras for Thanksgiving dinner.
Fantastic place. My kids were in the heated pool and hot tub every day. Well worth the extra money to heat the pool in November. Great communication with Chris. Excellent location. Very central to everything. The dryer wasn't working, but we just hung our clothes outside. My family would love to come back again.Two thumbs up 👍👍.

I rented the house to have a little gathering for my husbands b-day. The house was amazing it has everything you need to have a great time. The owner is always available and answers any questions back asap. I am definitely going to consider this home for my future vacations for sure.

We were very happy with our stay, Chris was accommodating and quick to respond if we had any questions. The location was great, and close to everything we wanted. It's less than a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and Walgreen's which was very convenient. The street noise that other reviews had talked about was not an issue at all. Would definitely stay here again!

For the price it was a wonderful property
The property was centrally located and the owner was very prompt with getting back to us regarding questions. The house was clean and well set up for our group of 4 couples. We were close to shopping and access we needed for Spring Training. The only concern was the road noise. The house being centrally located, is on a major street and can be noisy during the night.

Fantastic outdoor area
The outdoor space in this house is absolutely amazing. We rented this house for a week stay that coincided with my husband's birthday so we were looking for a place that had a great outdoor space where we could entertain 12-15 family members and this house fit the bill perfectly. The pool temperature was a little on the cool side but it was January. The only thing that could have made it better was if the pool had been heated. The house could have benefited from a deep cleaning and we had a few minor issues but the owner, Chris was very responsive. Location is on a busy street so if traffic noise bothers you this is not the location for you but it is very close to Old Scottsdale which was very nice.

This property is close to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store ...liked everything about our stay here.....could have been a little cleaner but overall very adequate for our family Christmas and New Years. The hot tub great, but to cool to use the pool..

Great location, well maintained, responsive host!
We stayed with a group of friends for a wedding in Old Town Scottsdale, the property was the perfect proximity and had plenty of space for all of us. I would highly recommend for small or large groups. House was clean and checkin and check out was a breeze.

Place isn't as nice as pictures shows but it worked for our purpose and the location is excellent. The pool was also very cold so the kids weren't able to enjoy it that much. The hot tub was okay temp to sit in. The owner was great and very helpful when we needed to contact him his response was alway immediate. We would go back again if we could:)!

Very functional, Close to Downtown, Great Amenities
While on a busy street, you still feel like you're in a private area as the sound did not affect us. The pool is pretty cold and needs to be cleaned a little, however it did not stop our group from using it. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but overall this was a very functional home with some great amenities. It was stocked with coffee and other pantry items that I have not seen at the other HomeAway locations. The owner is local and available if anything goes awry. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend people to do the same!

Perfect Home for any occasion!
Although we were only there for two nights, we already know we will be coming back soon for longer. This is truly a perfect home for any occasion. We were there with our three kids and our friends with their kids and we had plenty of room and never felt cramped. The pool was great for the kids, and the hot tub was perfect for the adults. I would recommend this home to anyone, it was a pleasure staying here!

House was spacious, pool was nice. The street was very busy but not noticeable inside. Kitchen was not as clean or well equipped as our past rentals.

Friends getaway
Had a great time. Some of the pictures are not accurate to what the site shows. Pool is not heated but the hot tub was OK. Beds were uncomfortable. Nice location overall just wish the weather was warmer!
