Location to transport - literally 2 min from Wynyard station. Close to kings wharf and darling harbour. Studio 104 large - very nice, modern renovations and if you want to self cater - very good. Couch was still very nice and not yucky. It’s a bargain for Sydney. It was Easter weekend, so limited traffic and no noise issues. Not sure about other times. Extremely helpful with an early checkin so we could get to the football and an extra hour for checkout due to late flight.
They knew one side of bed was broken and didn’t fix. Husband had 2 nights of agony on bed and would then sleep on
couch. Since Easter weekend, they reduced hours of reception so not on site to report. By 3rd day we could report and staff member was amazing and attentive. Provided extra bed; not her fault, but it was ready for the dump but fractionally better than broken bed. Personal thing- TV could be bigger - so you could see from bed and rest of studio.

This is our third stay here. Why.....because of its great location and price. Easy walk to Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and CBD. Room very clean and bed comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

My stay here was a big surprise, the room was large, clean and a pleasure to stay in. I believe I did get a renovated room which I really enjoyed. Location also perfect for a function I needed to attend at Barangaroo.
For the money paid, I think it was excellent. Only slight drawback is not having 24 hours reception, but it just made sure I planned in advance for my arrival etc.

The location is great, a short walk to Barangaroo or The Quay, and Wynyard station, right in CBD. The room was much bigger than we were expecting. It had a kitchenette with a cooktop, although we didn't use it. Heating was good, once we found the correct symbol for heating. The room was clean with a good ensuite. The bed was comfortable, and there was a comfortable 2 seater lounge. I would certainly stay there again. Vinyl on the floor, no carpet, but it was clean and light. It was excellent value for money. We were very happy.
We were on the 3rd floor, but no privacy if you put the blind up as the offices across the road can see in. This didn't worry us as we were only there at night.
The blind didn't meet in the middle, so there was a small amount of street light coming in at night.
There is traffic noise but that stops after peak hour, starts up again just after 7am.
None of these things worried us, but worth noting for others.

Location and value for money are great. Simple and clean rooms. Have stayed here several times now.
Room was very dated and could do with a makeover.

Big room. Kitchen. Close to station
There were no staff! I did not see one single staff member. Front door was not secure after hours so any one could walk in and access area. The office hours were different. Stated until 6pm on a Saturday. Got there at 5.15pm and no one! I didn't check in or out. The room was on the corner. Traffic above heavy and traffic outside heavy until 2am. No double glass. Ewww the shower had scum on the handle and felt horrid. Toaster smoked as it was full. It is also under a freeway! So noisy

Nicely presented room in a good location.
Stayed for 5 nights and no replacement towels provided. Small issue but tissues, face cloth and tea towel would have been good.
Overall was a nice property and I’d stay again

I've stayed at NOK for many years - I love the location / ease of access to train / Darling harbour, CBD, etc. The facilities are always perfect for my needs, and the price is perfect.
more teabags, and better/more milk - nothing significant!

The location was fantastic.
It was unclean and smelly. Needed to get bedding changed as there was hair and dirt on the bedding. I had to clean the kitchen backsplash and bench. The shower was also extremely unclean.

I was pleasantly surprised, the room was nice, clean and comfortable
the location of my room I didn't feel comfortable opening the curtains or balcony door as the foot traffic could see straight into the room.

Room with kitchen was awesome and bed was comfy. We had been in traveling for 3 weeks, laying on hard matts, in which the bed was very well needed. The location was superb as well as we had access to the whole city from the hotel. Adding to that, the kitchen in the apartment was superb and saved us a lot of cash (allowed us to eat back in the apartment when we grew tired of eating out).
The view was not maybe the best. Also we had the highway running over us (literally above our heads), quite quirky but felt very strange when you went out on the balcony (which also hampered the view, by a lot). Otherwise, the apartment was really good.
