Bardzo czysto, lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania całego Wiednia, większość zabytków i atrakcji w zasięgu 10 minutowego spaceru, a pozostałe miejsca odwiedzisz korzystając z komunikacji publicznej, która jest po wyjściu z budynku. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni, łazienki. Idealne lokum dla kogoś kto nie lubi hotelowego standardu. Parking podziemny na terenie Uniwersytetu Technicznego, 9 Eur za dobę, oddalony jakieś 600m.

Su ubicación, las vistas y la amplitud perfecta para compartir dos parejas ya que cada una tenia su habitacion y baño
Me gusto todo! Por decir algo, es que las veces que intente ponerme en contacto con el alojamiento, tuve que hacerlo a traves de booking ya que ellos no atendian al telefono y tampoco respondian a los mensajes hasta pasado bastante tiempo;

The apartment location is amazing and very convenient.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The heating system of the apartment is very efficient.
The building is charming and reminiscent of old Vienna.
The checkin and checkout process was very smooth.
The bed and the sofa bed were not comfortable.
The apartment was not very clean and shows wear and tear.
The bathroom is spacious but the layout makes it feel cramped. The bathtub is not easy to use as the shower is old and installed on the wide side of the tub.

Apartment is very clean and situated in the centre.
Nice place for short stay. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. Easy to check in.
This photo is from different apartment. Apartment where I stayed doesn't have those windows and was relatively dark.
Electric connection and contacts have to be checked, they are not functioning and dangerous. Coffee machine is broken.

communication from booking to arrival was second to none. Great location and car parking within minutes so nice and easy. (although £37-39 per night so a little expensive)
we arrived at night so the entrance area was pitch black and we didn’t know there were push button lights along the corridors so it spooked everyone out at first. It was a penthouse apartment so very generous in size and space but entrance to the apartment was over a HIGH level balcony with glass balustrade over looking the courtyard. There was Safety netting over the courtyard which was flapping in the wind. for anyone like me with a fear of heights… this is terrifying, especially in the dark (again not realising there were push button lights) lastly there is a lot of glazing in the apartment making it draughty.

This is the place to stay in Vienna for a family! There were 6 of us (4 kids under 7) and this place was huge! Extremely clean and the views were amazing! Heated bathroom floors were awesome too! Book this place- you won't regret it!

Great location, quiet room with great heating system which we really loved.
It's an old building, and the interior building lights were not switched on in the evening so had to watch your steps after sunset. The interiors of the room looked older in reality.

Good location, comfortable beds, lots of good utilities like a hair dryer and microwave dishwasher etc
The lock on the door on the inside was tricky to open and everyone commented that it was a fire safety Hazzard. The curtains in the bedroom couldn't be pulled open so the room was very dark. The plug sockets weren't beside the bed

Rooms does not come with air conditions & fans provided quite noisy.

very spacious bright cool apartment
no curtains in the bedrooms, so you wake up quite esrly due to daylight/sunlight, one bedroom has roof windows, and zero cover.
we wanted to have a morning coffee/tea, but there is NOTHING. As spendongbone night only I would expect a little treat, like at least ONE nespresso capsule/guests.
With curtains/ coffee/ this would be the best place to stay.
Maybe they shall upgrade the pillows...

The location is amazing. The apartment is clean, cozy and has absolutely all amenities including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, all kinds of crockery, toaster, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, etc., everything!
I missed an espresso machine.

We really loved the apartment which was quaint and I would think unique. The arrangements for collecting the keys were very accurate and we had no problem following the precise instructions for this. The kitchen was very useful and we liked the unusual lay-out of the apartment. The lift was really welcome. The only downside was the lack of a view from the large windows - only to the interior "courtyard" which we knew already, but we only had to go outside the building to get some superb views since this area is abundant with spectacular buildings. Just a short walk to a good supermarket and of course the fabulous Albertina, Kunsthistorishes Museum etc. Altogether a wonderful area to stay in.
As I mentioned above, the lack of an actual view was the only downside (but this was noted in the information so was not so much of a surprise).
