The location was quite good, so was the comfort. The flat was clean and in correspondence with the pictures.

The time of check-in (6.30 PM) was not convenient as we arrived to Lisbon at 1pm and our group had to wait 5h with 3 children in the nearby ZOO. We asked if we could leave our bags and come back later (it was always an option all over Europe) but it was not possible. The check-out was also weird. It was supposed to be at noon, and the cleaning lady came at 9 AM and was walking around the flat on her own, opening door to the rooms. We called to the owner, and then she left and came back at 12. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the flat for 5 days and 7 people. There was no salt, pepper, oil, or sugar for cooking.
