About this condo rental
Charming Duplex apartment in Príncipe Real, Lisbon's best location, close to transports (metro), trendy shops, museums, restaurants and public parking lot. Quiet street. This 18th century charming house was totally recovered but it kept its identity. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor there's the kitchen (full equiped), the living and dinning room (free wifi and cable tv), one bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa that turns into a bed, accommodating 2 people. On the second floor (no elevator), there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom each. Both of the bedrooms have two single beds, that can be together or separated. The bedroom with the red stripes wallpaper also has a closet. There's also the possibility to have a baby crib, just let me know. The apartment has heaters. It's the perfect place to enjoy our sunny Lisbon and have an authentic experience. Excellent place for families and groups of friends.

The apartment was spotless with plenty of space for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was very nice with great restaurants, coffee shops
and grocery. Perfect location for exploring all of Lisbon. Maria, the host, was very kind and helpful. We loved our stay!

The apartment was superb, in an excellent location with a fabulous host. Maria met us to complete check-in and provided us with some really useful local knowledge. We booked as a family of 4 but only three of us was able to travel. We had loads of room. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It can comfortably accommodate the 6 people advertised. Individual couples would enjoy privacy & independence if they wished. The kitchen had all the amenities one could need and oodles of cutlery meaning that - even with 6 people - you wouldn't need to use the dishwasher every evening. The location was excellent with easy access to all the attractions, transport for those further afield and also to some excellent restaurants. Maria was delightful, very approachable and accommodating and went to huge lengths to make sure that our stay was as good as it could possibly have been. My family and I enjoyed our stay, would go back in a heartbeat and would unreservedly recommend the apartment to family, friends & colleagues.

Our family of 6 adults traveled from US to Lisbon. This was our first location stay and it did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless and host was a joy to meet. Location of unit is perfectly located to shopping, eating and train/buses. It was spotless and all required needs were available. Beds slept wonderfully and bathrooms were large enough for all family members. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for an amazing experience.

This was a charming three bedroom three bathroom house, which was amazing because each bedroom had its own bathroom and two of the bedrooms had large, walk-in closets. On top of it, it had a washer and dryer, was in a safe location and was close to shopping and main tourist areas. Maria, the host was exceptional. She met us at the property on time with a bottle of wine and cookies. She showed us all around the house and even let us in early since we got off a cruise ship and she was able to get the house ready faster than the normal entry time of 4pm. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean well located apartment. Close to grocery stores restaurants museums. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the main level along with the living room, dining room and kitchen. The second level has two additional bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. This was perfect for our group.

Cute 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment near Rato Metro station. Great for 3 couples. Good location, walked to good restaurants, easy for Ubers. Host very helpful.

Great location! Marie is fantastic! Cannot say enough about this fabulous apartment. We were 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 single women and the accommodations were excellent. The location is easy walk to everything. An A plus plus!

This was my very first VRBO booking and the host canceled on me less than 30 minutes before our check-in time just as me and my elderly parents were traveling from the airport to the listing. Then I spent 2+ hours on the phone with VRBO Support (in a public park using expensive international minutes) working to obtain new accommodations. Shame on this host for ruining an entire day of our vacation. This host should not be allowed to list their property on VRBO.

Nice spaces, roomy. The kitchen is a bit small for food preparation, but we did not come to eat in, apart from breakfast and cocktail hour..The location is perfect. One block uphill are lovely shops, restaurants, two large parks, and bars.

Our group of 6 adults stayed for 7 nights. The apartment was charming and comfortable, and as expected from photos and description. Maria was immediately responsive to any needs and also kindly offered local recommendations. Location is safe and convenient for citywide exploring or daytrip transportation. Street is quiet but neighborhood is lively!

Maria has thought of everything! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the location - an easy walk for essentials, some good restaurants nearby, a subway station within a 10-minute walk and just a 30-minute walk to the waterfront and the central tourism area.

Our family had a great 3 night stay at this property. Maria was amazing. She allowed us to check in early and leave our stuff on the day of arrival so that we could explore the city without bags while the apartment was being cleaned. She gave recs on places to eat and watch the World Cup and checked in on us throughout our visit. The apartment was spacious and spotless - there was coffee and a bottle of wine left for us as well! Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thanks, Maria, for your hospitality and for making travel with my family a little less complicated!

Accommodations were exactly as listed - very clean and had what we needed. The home was perfect for 3 couples, each with our own baths. Maria was responsive to any questions. and gave great suggestions for restaurants and places to go. We were able to walk to anywhere we wanted and Ubers were available when ever we wanted. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay
My husband and four sons stayed here for four nights. Maria was amazing to work with. Everything was in order and exactly as pictured. The location was great. The three bedrooms all had air conditioning. The three bathrooms were all great and plenty of hot water. The washer and drier were a huge plus for us. This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Thank you Maria for a great stay!

Comfortable and Convenient
One of the best neighborhoods in Lisbon! It is convenient to some of the best shopping, restaurants and museums. I very much enjoyed this location as an introduction to Lisbon, being close to transportation of all types. AN easy walk to many other neighborhoods.
Maria is a lovely host and the apartment was well provisioned with everything to get us started and then some. Maria was very helpful and accessible during our stay. The apartment is exactly as shown and described - very, very comfortable for four of us.

Loved this Apartment!
I wish we could have stayed here our entire trip. The flat was on a quiet street within walking distance of everything we needed. Maria left us a bottle of wine and some snacks which was much appreciated. The showers were great (not always a given in Portugal) and the apartment had a lot of natural light which we loved. There were also 3 baths and 3 bedrooms giving us ample space for my wife and I and our three children.
Our only hiccup was on check-in because our flight from the US was delayed and we were in line at customs for 3 hours, so there was some miscommunication on when we would arrive. But that was minor.
Our overall experience was excellent, Maria was super nice and helpful (she even allowed us to leave our bags in the kitchen after checkout while waiting to check in to our next apartment), and I would highly recommend staying here if you have a family. We would definitely stay here again!

Maria (the host) was very friendly. She greeted us and explained everything clearly. The flat itself was beautiful and spacious. The best part was the location. We could easily walk to all the sites. I would stay here again if ever in Lisbon. Thanks Maria!

Great property for exploring Lisbon
Maria was a perfect host welcoming us to the appartment when we arrived, showing how things worked. There was even a nice bottle of wine. The property is bright and fresh, the area is quiet anyway, but double glazing and shutters make it nice and quiet at night. The location is good for walking into the city.
We stayed for 4 days exploring beautiful Lisbon, lots of walking! Also a day out to Cascais, a really nice coastal town to the west.

Perfect in every way!
We loved the apartment in Sao Bento. It was tastefully decorated, on a quiet street, and well appointed. Maria made sure we got checked in when we arrived and we had everything we needed.

Séjour en famille ( 8 personnes ) idéal dans ce superbe appartement.
L’accueil et les conseils de Maria la propriétaire nous ont été précieux !
L’appartement est sur 2 niveaux ce qui permet de bien diviser les espaces de vie quand on est beaucoup.
Très bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable, il est très bien situé, à 2 pas du tram, métro et des commerces.
Nous reviendrons !!

séjour au calme non loin du centre ville
Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour. Grand appartement en duplex décoré avec goût et très propre. Idéal pour 1 couple + 1 autre avec 2 enfants à l'étage. Maria a été très agréable et réactive. Parking à 11 euros la nuit à côté de l'appartement. Nous recommandons vivement !
