This unit is a 1078 sq ft Blue Heron Deluxe Suite condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths that sleeps 6.This luxurious 16th floor lakefront resort condo offers breath-taking views of Disney World and its nightly fireworks from the Master Bedroom balcony and the beautiful waters of Lake Bryan from the Living Room balcony. It is just one mile from Disney. It features a 46' LCD HDTV in the Living Room and an LCD TV in each bedroom. In the Master Bedroom suite there is a king size bed. In the Second Bedroom there are two twin beds. In a corridor alcove there are 2 bunk beds (weight limit 150 lbs. each). The unit offers a fully furnished kitchen and a dining room. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The Blue Heron Resort has all the usual rec facilities including 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, a video game room, and an exercise room. While this unit is privately owned and self-catered (no daily maid service), there is a 24 hour on site staff to assist you. Free parking. Close To Everything / Water Sports: Conveniently located off Route 4 (Exit 68), close to all area attractions, miniature golf right next door, less than one mile from the entrance of Disney World, 4 miles from Sea World, 8 miles from Universal Studios, 6 miles from the Orlando Convention Center. Just down the road from the Disney Village, the Orlando Premium Outlet mall, the Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall, and within 25 miles of 30 golf courses. The Blue Heron is the perfect place for you family vacation. Just outside the door of the Blue Heron you will find the Dollar Tree, Starbucks, CiCi Pizza, Walgreens, Applebees, Santa Fe Steakhouse, Chic-Fil-A, Wendy’s, Bahama Breeze and the Lonestar Steakhouse. If you like water sports, you can rent a boat, Jet ski, fish or kayak on Lake Bryan.

Except for the following everything was as expected: 1. The shower faucet in the second bathroom had a continuous drip. 2. Some light switches did not appear to work - labelling them would have been an assistance. 3. The elevator card security system was not operational resulting in the opportunity for anyone to gain access to the floors with apartments. 4. The pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance which if we had had children with us might have been a more serious inconvenience.

The location of the property and its proximity to WDW is fantastic. The condo itself with both an east and west facing patio is also enjoyable. Had a few glitches but they were remedied. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and overlooking Orlando in a high rise and great location. We got in late and check-in was still super easy which is just what we needed after our flight was cancelled. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed for a family trip to Disney and Universal. Location was convenient to the parks. We spent an off-day hanging out in the room and at the pool. We loved being able to watch the Epcot fireworks from one of the balconies. I will try to stay here again if we come back to Disney and Universal again.

The condo was fantastic. Everything we were looking for. All amenities were as described. The condo was very clean, which is super important to us. Plenty of space for us to spread out. The pool was lovely. We're looking forward to booking back here for our trip next year!

If you are looking for a condo that has fantastic views from 2 different balconies on the 16 th floor this is the place for you. We enjoyed the lake on one side every day and Disney fireworks every night. This condo also had all the supplies you would need to cook and do laundry. We enjoyed our stay

We appreciated the space for our family to spread out relax after long days in theme parks. The views from the balconies are wonderful. We enjoyed Epcot’s fireworks from the master bedroom balcony. The proximity to Disney attractions is great. Having two bathrooms made getting everyone ready so much more efficient than a hotel.

Had a great stay for our Disney/Universal vacation. Love that we had an entire condo with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms instead of cramming into a small hotel room. Location was perfect for both parks. Thanks for the stay!

Our family loved this location. The building was quiet and we loved the two balconies. One balcony was peaceful looking at Lake Bryan. The other balcony was exciting watching all the fireworks.

This unit is an end unit with a balcony on both sides. One balcony overlooks the r direction of Epcot. The other balcony overlooks a beautiful lake and in the direction of Sea World. Check in was super easy. We required minor maintenance and the owner and resort swept in and took care of things immediately. Beds were comfortable.

If your not afraid of hights, this corner unit gives you great view of the lake and night sky's. Master bedroom view of epcot and magic kingdom fireworks can be seen. Decore/furniture needs an upgrade, beds aren't very comfy and master bedroom balcony needs a little TLC, wasn't able to sit or stand outside too many spider or bug on the slider door and rails. Overall this place is a great budget for big families. Close to all the attractions, Starbucks in the same parking lot... They are putting up turn lights in front of the resort. Which will really be great for future guest(it was a challenge getting in and out). The tower color in this photo has changed. Looks a lot newer now.

The unit was dirty. Bugs through out. Porches nasty. 2 wash clothes and 4 towels were out for 4 people. We had to go out and buy linens for our stay. I won’t recommend or stay at this unit again.
