About this condo rental
When you don't need the entire compound but still want to enjoy this magnificent property in the heart of Old Town Key West.... rent "Stripes", the second and third floor condo with tree top views and beautiful balconies! ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE INSIDE AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... The unique layout of this property allows your group to be together under one roof but have separate levels offering privacy and your own space! The second level offers a living room, dining for eight where one four top table is located inside and the other four top table is outside on the back balcony. There is a full gourmet kitchen and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The second level bedrooms include a room with a full size bed, another room with two twin beds, and a bunk room with a trundle that's perfect for a kids room! The bunk room top mattress is a twin, the bottom mattress is a full, and the trundle is a twin mattress. All rooms offer storage for clothing and a flat screen TV. The third level is equipped with a small living room with flat screen TV, full kitchen, full bath with shower/ tub combo and a bedroom. The bedroom offers one queen bed that can sleep 1-2 adults and a twin bed for an additional guest. It has dressers for storage and a flat screen TV. Should you want only one adult per double bed there is a sleeper sofa on each floor but we do not allow more than 10 guests in the condo at one time as there are only two baths. OUTDOOR LIVING... The compound has a heated pool that is shared by the other condo on the premise (Stars; level one). All guests have access to the laundry area, grill and grounds but the only parking space is first-come-first-serve. However, since the home is in an ideal location you don't need a car as you can walk and/or bike to almost anywhere you will want! DISTANCES TO BEACHES... Simonton Beach is 0.4 mi Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is 1.4 mi South Beach is 1.1 mi Higgs Beach is 1.3 mi Smathers Beach is 2.3 mi CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

The house was exactly what we were hoping for. We had 4 couples staying together and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house and property was very clean and the outdoor area is beautiful. Very close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Stripes was a great spot for two small families! Plenty of space, great pool and location. We were able to walk to Duval and several other restaurants and shops. Shana the property manager was amazing and made our check in experience amazing and smooth! We Would stay here again.

Fantastic place. Absolutely loved everything about it. The pool was a perfect way to start or end each day. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Great communication with the host. Even splitting the house with a different set of guests downstairs was no problem at all. Would definitely stay here again.

The manager was rude. Wasn't pleasant when dealing with issues.
You are not allowed to make "loud noise" after 8PM. CRAZY!! This is a vacation destination. We could not allow the kids in the pool after 8PM.

Stripes was great for our trip

We booked late on a Sat night for rental starting Sun and were even allowed a slightly early check in. The property was ideally located within walking distance to everything that we intended to do. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. A hair dryer was not working and a new one was immediately brought out. We occupied the 2nd & 3rd floor of the property and another group of 8 occupied the main floor rental. The pool and laundry are shared space but we enjoyed talking to and hanging out with the other renters. The only suggestions I would offer are that drying racks for clothing would be helpful as there are no closets to hang items in the property we rented.

I've been coming to Key West with friends and family for many years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. The location is great. Easy walk to Duval and the marina.
The washers and dryers are outside and shared with the downstairs unit but we never had an issue with not being able to use them when we needed them.
The pool was clean and had plenty of seating around it so those who didn't want to get in could still relax and enjoy it. The balcony on the second floor was also great to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Shana, the property manager, was wonderful. She contacted me a few days ahead of the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We had one very small issue that I had to contact her about and she got back to me immediately and got everything taken care of quickly.
Overall it's a great place to stay for a wonderful Key West vacation.

One of the best in Key West

Great Spot!

Location was great, house clean and comfortable. Loved having the pool and porches.
Would love to come back again.

This property is amazing. It is in the perfect location in Key West it gives the right amount of local flair and Duval Street. The pool is clean and beautiful. The property is also a stones throw from the marina where the charter boats are. I will definitely stay here again.

If you are coming to Key West to have a good time and stay in a nice place, don’t hesitate just book this place. Host was amazing and the place was just like the pictures, even better ! Also great location

We rented this with a group of 9 adults and all in all had a great experience. Kitchen was very well equipped and the property was lovely. There are two washers and two dryers which was really nice since you share the laundry facility with the downstairs unit. Having the private balcony for a sitting space was really nice. Some of the bedrooms it was difficult to store any clothing due to no closets and the drawers in the dressers could not be opened in one of the bedrooms, so that presented a bit of a challenge, but it all worked out. The pool is shared downstairs and it happened to work out that we were using the pool at different times- we didn’t have any trouble with the neighbor, which we were a little worried about because we had read in other reviews that he can be a bit difficult. Location is great, blocks from duval and if you’re taking the ferry to the dry tortugas it’s a five minute walk away. All in all we would for sure stay again and had a great time!

The main living area is compact, but it’s much more accommodating then it appears in the pictures. Another note, I was surprised to see the washer and dryer outside. That may have deterred me originally, but it actually posed no issues. The layout worked out well. Very nice place and incredible location.
