You'll be right around the corner from famous local restaurants like Louie's Backyard and Salute on the Beach and only four short blocks from the action at upper Duval Street. THE FIRST FLOOR LIVING SPACE... As you enter through the front door, the high ceilings and calming island tones immediately offer a serene feeling. To your left is the home office, offering an isolated area to catch up on business or just relax with a book. (As a note, the computer pictured in the photo is not included in the property.) Moving down the hallway you'll find the open gourmet kitchen separated from the main living area by a bar island with seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances and has everything you need to whip up a meal at home, or heat up your leftovers from dinner at one of Key West's great restaurants. The dining area is just across from the kitchen, with space for up to eight diners at the fabulous dining table. There is also a bar area just off the dining space. The main living area is the perfect place to lounge on a rainy day or to escape the sun for a bit. You can't help but enjoy the enormous 70 inch flat screen HD TV, which is accompanied by a luxury entertainment center and a set of leather couches and chairs that offer plenty of space for a group to stretch out and relax. Lush landscaping complete with beautiful orchids creates the ultimate island feel. The large private heated pool has a waterfall and is surrounded by a garden of palm trees and ferns that block the street and surround you with privacy.
