Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Love the area, stayed here with a work colleague for a business trip. Nice house and hosts were great!

This house is in a great location, we could easily walk to different neighborhoods, coffee shops, fitness studios etc. It seems well set up for hosting but it could be better appointed with a kitchen table (for remote work or eating) and some drawers in the bedroom for longer-term guests. During our stay there was some kind of animal in the roof/wall and the property management team worked quickly to get it resolved, however it did impact our experience.

Overall it was a fine stay! It was a very clean place. The only downfall was getting ready process there is no place to set your stuff down and the bathroom mirrors you can barely see. Another downfall is the floor gave us splinters in our feet. Last downfall is a lot of the appliances were broken and there is barely any cooking utensils. Overall the stay was fine, just wish these things were better!

Awesome stay. The place was clean, comfortable and felt safe. It is an excellent neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and longer walks downtown. It's kind of perfect here!

This home was perfect for our weekend trip to Austin. The location was just a few minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit, and the decor/layout was just what we wanted. We appreciated cleanliness, nice linens and the comfortable beds too. We would definitely recommend this home for visitors to the area!

Our stay in Clarksville was fantastic. The property is centrally located in Austin, close to lots of great neighborhoods, restaurants, and shopping. The hospitality was great -- we were greeted with warm welcome gift, which was a really nice touch. The book with recommendations was super helpful. We'd definitely come back and stay again.

House is older but it does have its charm. Well maintained and clean. Less than a block away from great restaurants and very short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Cute little house in a great location
We enjoyed our stay! The house is nice and clean and the host is helpful. We were able to easily walk to shopping. The neighborhood is quiet.
The pull out bed is really uncomfortable (you can feel each spring on your back, and the bed feels lumpy and uneven), but maybe that's just the way most pull out beds are? I don't have experience with them otherwise. We couldn't find a broom with a dustpan, which would have been nice to have, as my 8-year-old is a messy eater.
Overall, satisfied with our stay and would stay here again 😊

Perfect long weekend escape !
The house was just perfect for the four of us ! The neighborhood was great too ! Little market around the corner and very easy access to everything!
My only request would be a redo of the smaller bathroom adding a counter to the side of the sink

6) Kinda dingy towels and sheets. Good quality- just old. I only write this note because the management company makes a big deal about “keeping the white linens and towels in good condition”

So enjoyed our family time and relaxing at your Clarksville property. We spent time in Big Bend after Christmas and your home was the perfect place to ring in 2022. We were able to rest up and celebrate before flying home and back to work. Thank you !

Great location
We loved the location. However there were a few things the house lacked.

Great location and comfortable property!
Property was in a quiet residential area where we were pretty much 15 minutes or less from everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was well appointed very comfortable for 2 couples. Well maintained and easy to contact the managers with questions.

Perfect long term rental
This wasn’t my first time staying in this cute bungalow in a wonderful neighborhood. And it won’t be my last....only complaint is the front walk is uneven and I was on crutches this time which made it difficult coming and going. Not handicap friendly entrance walk. Otherwise, perfect inside!

Great house in a great neighborhood.
Really enjoyed staying in this great house in the very cool Clarksville neighborhood. Easy access to great restaurants and outdoor activities. Will definitely consider booking again the next time we are in Austin!

Austin Getaway
Overall this home works very well for two couples with the two bedroom with private baths. They could use a dining/game table in the house. The management company was very responsive. The location was good with a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall would recommend.

Wonderful little cottage
We had a wonderful, long weekend in Austin. This little cottage was just what we needed as a home base. It was close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Couples retreat
My husband and I traveled here with another couple. It was perfect for us. Living space was large enough for us to gather and the kitchen was more than enough for our needs. 2 master bedrooms made it perfect. We were close enough to the city to drive in everyday but too far to walk. It took a while to figure out the thermostat and the wood for the outdoor fire was wet with no dry wood to be found, unfortunately so our desire for a fire was thwarted. Renters club was quickly responsive when we had a question about a package that was delivered. It would have been nice to have a table for games but we made due with the coffee table. We had a lovely time in Austin!

Cute, comfortable house in a great location!
This house is very well organized and comfortable. The location is great to get to campus, downtown, Zilker park but also stay out of the worst of Austin traffic. We will definitely rent again.

Great spot for a small family or a couple couples.....
Its an older house but it's functionally updated and feels clean.
It seems like perhaps it was a converted duplex, as each of the two beds has it's own bath you have to go through the bedroom to access... This is great if you have two couples and they want to have a chill weekend. We had a family and it worked well. Because we expect our kids to roll through our room. Three couples is a bit hairy with regards to bathroom access at night. It was about a 8-12$ uber to the nightlife, but there is a market, coffee, tasty places a short walk away (like a block).
Also, they have fresh amazing local coffee.

This place was amazing, short scooter ride from all the good spots on 6th , clean, comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay in a great location!
My girlfriends and I booked this place for our girl's trip and we couldn't have asked for more! This place is conveniently located, the floor plan was nice and open and the place was so cute! It was great for a photo op. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin.

Nice place but front yard is an accident waiting to happen. Metal linings that stick above a pebbles. Easy to trip. No big deal here,but might want to avoid some future liability.

Great floorplan close to Austin
We enjoyed staying in this Vrbo..good location less than 10 min Uber to downtown Austin. We were here for a conference so the floorplan was perfect for us to each have privacy and then large center room to strategize together. A few restaurants and grocery super quick walk away. Would rent again!

We stayed here while in town for a swim meet at the University of Texas. This property was perfect. Located in a quite neighborhood, close to restaurants and the pool.

Fabulous Rental
My husband and daughter and I stayed in this wonderful home. The kitchen is so impressive and well stocked. Beds and linens are great too! We walked to all neighborhood restaurants. Will definitely return!
