Comfort stay with key arrangement be improved

Spacious and clean. Good to stay with friends or family.

The accommodation itself is good. However, it would be much better if digital key could be used or staff to meet guests at the property. It is quite nonsense to ask guests to collect key at their office given the traffic condition in Lisbon. Information is also unclear for accessing the carpark, and information given is different from office staff and 24-hr hotline.

Superb

Beautiful 2 bed , 2 bath apartment in Barrio Alto.Decorated to a high standard, and the large terrace was a great feature.On arrival the iron didn't work and it was replaced with a new one in a few hours.Excellent customer service. Loads of bars and restaurants close by also.

The only negative for me was having to collect the keys at another location. Ideally, the keys should be handed over by the host or placed in a lock box with a code.

central location in the old part of Lisbon, clean, comfortable apartment with very attentive staff.

clean, comfortable, central location and useful secure under cover parking space

unfortunately there was a lot of construction noise from 8-5pm each day. If you have a car, make sure you have very good satnav as the one way system of very narrow streets is challenging!!

overall wonderful, would recommend highly!

location, very clean, space layout was perfect and the bedrooms were nice and dark!

there was a washing machine, but no detergent, so we bought our own. there was also no internet ID and password readily available so we needed to call the office and ask.

Disturbed by heavy building works

The apartment itself is nice and spacious. The location is good and if you ignore the dangerous broken towel racks and broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms I'm sure you will enjoy your stay as long as you're not disturbed by building works. The management company was responsive to our negative experience and after several emails a token compensation was provided.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this apartment due to very loud and disturbing works i.e. heavy hammer drilling within the complex that was taking place when we stayed. We were not able to use the outdoor terrace either due to scaffolding which was only removed by the workers the morning we were checking out. We came for our baby son's hospital consultations and this was not an experience we were expecting. Also there was no remote control for the garage gate which made parking awkward and complicated. Initially we were told at check in that the remote is to be found in the apartment only to be later told on the phone that the owner has not provided a remote for the gate. There is also big ongoing building works right next door but we knew this when we booked but not because the listing or management company tells you. We stayed nearby before and we know the area. This building work wasnt actually too bad.

Hooks on doors would be helpful and the front door lock is tricky - needs to be slammed when closing from outside.
