Situated in Smiths Lake, this charming house for $266 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Jacaranda Beach House is located on the New South Wales mid-north coast in the beautiful and popular seaside destination of Smiths Lake which is only a 3 hour drive north of Sydney. The house has been beautifully renovated inside and out and is set on a large picturesque and private block with stunning landscaped gardens. Upon entering the house you will discover a contemporary and thoughtfully appointed beach house with an open plan living and dining area offering stunning water views of the lake in front. A modern gourmet kitchen adjoins the living area equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cookware you need to cater for your stay. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds and 2 bedrooms downstairs one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles. The house has 2 large designer bathrooms . The upstairs bathroom features a bath and large shower recess. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head and adjacent fully equipped laundry. Linen is included for your stay and all beds will be beautifully made for your arrival with luxurious Sheridan cotton sheets and towels on each bed. There is plenty of room at Jacaranda Beach House. Enjoy the wide expansive decks including an upstairs alfresco lounge area complete with plantation shutters and Vergola and an outdoor BBQ or relax in one of the two spacious living areas. The house is perfect for a large group or family or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. The lake can be easily accessed from the front of the property where you will find a sandy beach. Take a swim or a relaxing stroll around the lake to the Frothy Coffee Boathouse where you can enjoy a nice meal or coffee or hire a boat to explore the lake and nearby Sandbar Beach. Dogs are permitted on request so please let us know the age and breeds of your dogs at the time of booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Sorry but cats are not permitted. The house has an enclosed deck area upstairs that is safe and secure. The front garden is also fully fenced. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area and you can expect daily visits from the resident Kookaburras, Rosellas and King Parrots. We also have FOXTEL so you can enjoy movies, sport and all of your favourite program's during your stay. This home has a great holiday feel and with it's proximity to the lake and magnificent surrounding beaches is sure to provide you with a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. We found Jacaranda to be very clean and comfortable. It was great having another living area and 2 of the bedrooms downstairs. Plenty of room for the grandkids to spread out. Quiet and peaceful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kookaburra visits were a bonus.

We enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Great views and lovely outdoor areas to soak in the serenity. Our family had a wonderful weekend at Jacaranda Beach House. It was comfortable and well equipped for 4 adults and 3 kids and 2 dogs. We enjoyed walking our dogs along the lake , going to the Frothy Coffee Cafe for brunch ( good honest food - reasonably priced) and also visiting the Lighthouse at Seal Rocks. We recommend you come and stay here and check out Smiths Lake and the area ! If you’re into kayaking and fishing .. you’d love it !!

We enjoyed a most relaxing & comfortable winter holiday at Jacaranda. The space is ideal was well suited to our teenage family, with 2 levels and entertainment areas, everyone had their own space to relax. The home is comfortable and well styled, with a lovely outlook through the trees, toward the lake.

We arrived to a beautifully located home with a picturesque view of the lake through tall gum trees. The house was as described and pictured, clean and well appointed. There was plenty of space to spread out and have your own restful timeout. We especially loved the upstairs deck area. Gerard was a great host with very clear communication and he kindly allowed us to have a late check-out so that we had time to pack up and fit in with the grandkids nap time. We would happily stay here again.

My family and our fur baby had a wonderful 5 night stay in your beautiful Jacaranda Beach house. We found it clean, beautifully furnished, kitchen well stocked and a great layout with plenty of room downstairs for the kids. It is a light and sunny house with a large verandah to enjoy afternoon drinks with glimpses of the Lake and amazing sunsets. The downstairs bathroom is beautiful. We will definitely be back as this house has it all to keep everyone happy. Thanks so much for a relaxing break.

The rental was good and in a great location. A second gas bottle for the BBQ would be nice as we ran out 10min into the cook. Also could do with some kitchen basics like salt and oil.

We had a beautiful stay at this clean Jacaranda house. It was a quick 2 minutes walk to a breathtaking lake, it was calm and serene we all loved walking there every day. The house looked like it was recently renovated. The kitchen and the bathroom was spacious and clean. We would love to return again sometime in the near future. One little room for improvement: all the cooking pans were not the coated ones and everything we cooked just stuck to the pan.. we had a hard time washing them. They looked like it's been overused by previous visitors; perhaps it's time to renew them. ;)

This house is in a great setting looking out though the trees filled with Kookaburras and king parrots. It has water glimpes and is 2 mins walk from the lake. The house is fresh and clean although there is some evidence of furry friends which is to be expected when dogs are welcome. It has a very well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms and wonderful decks. We enjoyed our stay. I would like to return.

Only a short 3 day stay and the cold winds did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful patio. This also made the house colder as there were no blinds but aside from that a beautiful place to have some R & R - just too short a time

Had a wonderful time staying in Gerard's house. Perfect layout for our 2 families. The house was clean, had comfy beds and was stocked well with everything we needed. We especially loved afternoon's on the deck, watching the sun go down. Communication with the owner was easy during the booking process and the stay. Would definitely recommend a stay to anyone looking for a lovely house near the lake.

The house is big and beautiful, plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 dogs. Plenty of places to sit and chill out. checked out the beaches close by. Highly recommend Gerald, he is a great host. Thankyou for letting us stay in your beautiful house, we loved every minute.

The photos don’t do the property justice. The house, with its tongue and groove walls, exposed beam ceilings has a cool, beachy vibe. Having x living areas (3 if you include the outdoor sofas) make it very comfortable for large families especially with teens. Lovely leafy outlook and a short walk down to a dog friendly lakeside beach - which you can leisurely walk round for 30 minutes round to The Frothy Coffee boat shed. Local bakery, bottleshop, grocery store and cafe is a 2 minute drive or larger supermarket is 10 minutes away. Blueys beach village is a 15 minute drive and Forster about 25 minutes away. Smiths Lake is peaceful, quiet and a great place to get away from it all. Gerard the owner was great to deal with too. Highly recommended!

The house was a perfect way to celebrate my husbands 60th with our adult children and pooch Archie. Great balcony for Archie to watch the birds and people by the lake, comfortable beds, good space for everyone. Definitely will return. Thank you
