Basic but comfortable.

Room was comfortable. Plain but with everything required.

However, there was nothing to hang clothes on or in.

Dissapointing and uncomfortable

The staff was friendly and always available. Very near the Raspail metro station which is very convenient.

The beds are very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a slab a marble. The room was too small and tight for the cost. The air conditioner did not cool, it just blew out hot air if it even turned on. The mini fridge provided also barely worked and left things slightly colder at best. There were spiderwebs behind the curtains like no one had cleaned them in a long while. Overall, other than the staff and the metro this is place is not great. I would not recommend booking and would not book again myself

Чистый, тихий с удобным расположением за приемлемую цену!

Отличное местоположение, рядом прямая ветка метро до аэропорта и до Монмартра. Так же близко 82 автобус до Эльфелевой башни. В 1 минуте пешком продуктовый магазин. Минут за 50 в прогулочном темпе доходили до башни. Сам отель очень чистый, персонал дружелюбный, номера маленькие, но все самое необходимое есть. В целом все как на фото, но номер лучше брать в основном здании. Так же очень рекоммендуем завтрак, сходите хотя бы раз;)

Единственное чего не хватало, это раковины большего размера.

Passable

Comfortable beds and good location. That is all this hotel can offer. AC was working good, that was a nice thing.

The room and the bathroom were very small. For such a price we expected something better. It looks bigger on the pictures.

Not our 1st choice, it was very small room for 2.

Location was not far from Montparnasse(it has many good shooping stores in the past, but now they were closed). The hotel was close to the Metro Raspel. The room had AC.

The room was adjacent to the elevator, for we requested one away from it. The room was very small, barely one person passed beside the bed to access to the small bathroom. The elevator was also small, just for 2 with suitcases. No breakfast was offered in the price (with IBIS hotels, it offered for the same price)

Great Hotel in a wondorfull area of Paris

The Location was amazing and the staff was very friendly - lot of nice little cafes in the area. And easy acces to everything. We would love to come back

Excellent hotel & staff for a great price

I really enjoyed the proximity to the metro station Raspail. It was great location. I also appreciated the toiletries provided!

There’s limited grocery spots. Felt like more of organic shops which is good but we walked quite a bit for some chocolates!

Superb

I loved the room, the bed and the shower were extremely comfortable! I was quite worries as I suffer from back problems, but I slept really well for the two nights I was there.

The room was on the ground floor, the only window to the internal patio. While it was alright, there was much noise in the mornings from other people banging doors perhaps going for breakfast. I would've preferred a top floor room if given the choice.

Great weekend stay

Very accessible location, suitable for arriving by plane (CDG or Orly), or train, and for exploring the city. Comfortable bed, good sized room, nice ensuite bathroom, welcoming staff

The location and staff of Hôtel Istria made it a fantastic choice for our one-night stay in Paris.

Hôtel Istria is on a relatively quiet street which made the location a nice break from the busyness of the city. My sister and I do not speak French, but the staff was very understanding and polite.

We stayed on the second floor and could not use the stairs (if I recall correctly, the door was locked/broken), which I usually prefer over elevators. Other than that though, we had a great stay at Hôtel Istria.

Exceptional

Cute hotel in Paris, very well cleaned and silent, which allows you to have a good night sleep. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom has amenities like a little fridge and a electric kettle. It helps if you want to buy your own food for breakfast, but for 13 euros they also offer a "petit dejouner". We took it one morning and was a really nice option. The bathroom is tiny, but sufficient and was smelling very well when we came in.

The croassaints could be warm for breakfast.

Great budget spot that worked well for a 4 night stay in Paris.

Great location in Montparnasse. Incredibly close to the Raspail stop on the 4.

Our room was directly off the lobby, so we could hear a fair amount of noise. The room was also a bit humid so we had to keep our window open for portions of our stay.

Clean cute hotel with great location

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, the neighborhood is lively and relatively close to the main attractions of the city in the center. It takes about 40 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Louvre. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked without a problem. In general, I am satisfied.

I'm aware that prices in Paris are insanely high in general but that doesn't stop me from continuing to highlight it. If this room was in another city in France, again centrally located, the price would be at least twice as low. I am amazed how it is possible for these ordinary and basic conditions to give such money. This is my only concern.

Bottomline, I would stay again.

I stayed for a week in this lovely little hotel. It's in an excellent location with proximity to the Port Royal and Raspail Metro stations. Lots of excellent cafe and restaurant options in the immediate area. Bank ATM around the corner. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and simple. There is a nice city view from the upper floors.

Sound insulation was better on the lower floor than the upper floor. The showers were a bit small, if you are a big person. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit lumpy.
