Good size, Great Support, Not best location.

The apartment (the first floor once you step inside the building) was at good size. There were plenty of beds, with 3 bathrooms. The support we got from Malaak was great. Ahmed was also helpful.

Getting to this place was not easy, and it is at steep road, getting to the road you need to walk up few stairs, or walk on a steep road.

Exceptional

2nd time stay in Hasekisultan Suite House. We did not have to think where to stay. Location is 10 minutes away from Hagia Sophia and main bazar. Plently of restaurants within 100 meters. Staff i.e. Melik who looks after flats is the most charming women you will ever find. Always readu to assist. We have already booked next year stay with them. Happy days. And yes price is very reasonable too

Bad property. Should be removed from booking.com

The location is the middle of old town.

The property is awful. Environment is really bad. Smoke fulfill the whole building. Air conditioning is not working well. Our family couldn’t sleep well in such a very hot place with bad air conditioning. We booked 3 nights but we only stayed there for 1 night. Please stay away from this terrible property.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is in a great location. Ahmed and his wife are very kind, hospitable and ready to help. When we arrived, we were welcomed with fruit and water. They arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport. We highly recommend it. Girls from Slovenia

Great place for family

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Melek was always at the facility to provide us whatever we need. The apartment is very spacious (we were 7 person and there were 3 bedrooms with toilette inside, located in a very strategic place and was also in a good and clean condition. I asked for the lower level apartment since I travelled with elderly. And they arranged it for us. The mini market downstair comes in handy for us to buy water during our stay. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We could not use some of the facilities such as the safe. and they offered us a car to bring us to the airport for a reasonable fee. But Ahmed and the chauffeur came 20 minutes late.

Only 1 bath room in 2 bed room apartment, it was not good enough, we were 6 person, very difficult. & Location is on ramp, old age people avoid this location

Be prepared to stay in a country with no roaming and no Wi Fi connection in the property.

Good location, close to the main sites.

The internet did not work at all! The router was broken and even though we told the staff that we cannot connect to it, they said that it will connect eventually, but this did not happen for three days. They have been confused that we will be 6 people, even though we specifically have mentioned that we will be 7 people when making the booking.

This place was near the centre and it is walking distance from alot of places we wanted to visit. And the staff are really nice and helpful

It is reachable by stairs, so it might be difficult for older people.

Excellent apartment & location with great service!

We had a 4 night stay in the spacious 3 bedroom apartment, which was delightfully clean and comfortable. Ahmed and Malak made sure we were well looked after. The apartment is well situated and close to all the attractions. A small mini market is right below the apartment, and a larger supermarket called Show supermarket 5 mins walk away. Since we had quite a lot of luggage Ahmed was kind enough to arrange an airport transfer with a large Mercedes Sprinter van that accommodated all of us and the luggage comfortably, so I would recommend for those you have large families and lots of luggage to contact him and ask him to arrange your airport transfer. It cost €40 and was well worth it. Quick note, for those coming with small children be extra vigilent, as the streets in this part of town are narrow and the Istanbul drivers are very rough. All in all we were very happy with the service and would recommend this property to family and friends.

Location is as good as you can get. Few minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Main Bazar and Tram Station. Plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance. We booked 3 bed flat on 2nd floor. Each bedroom has own bath and double bed, though air conditionaing is bit week. You also get a sitting room with samll side kitchen with necesary utencils. The service lady is extremely helpful and looked after us.

Location and price. Service lady has very pleasant personality and is very helpful. The flat is comfortable for upto 10 people as few spare beds are available.

Excellent place

First, the apartment is new and very clean, and the place is very close to the tram and the grand bazar market, and there are many markets, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. And the most beautiful employees i have seen are Ahmed and Malak because they did not fail in any service or request at any time and Ahmed did a special service with us and you feel like you are at home.

I am disappointed that they downgrade my 3-bedrooms to 2-bedrooms without same facilities.

1) Melek, the lady who help us is very friendly and helpful 2) mini market downstairs 3) the room is clean

1) I booked for 3 bedrooms and with a rate confirmed in June 2022 with facilities i.e. washing machine, sofa, etc but get it downgraded to 2 bedroom without same facilities and at the same price. 2) the tab in the kitchen has no water at all, although I reported it - we have to wash glasses/plates in the bathroom 3) only 1 bathroom with a slow shower, the last person takes a bath, and the shower became even slower. 4) the apartment is on the 3rd floor with very narrow spiral stairs - my daughter-in-law is 6 months pregnant 5) in order to go to the nearest tram station, we have to claim the stairs and uphill road

Excellent apartment for a family to stay in Cemberlitas area.

Excellent location. Located in a quiet part of the suburb, yet close to most touristic locations. Very flexible and accommodating host. The host has a mini supermarket below the property which is very convenient. The property is a 4 bedroom apartment, which easily accommodated 10 people in our group.

None that I could come up with.

The staff, the only woman you meet there who lives downstairs is a Gem. I forgot her name unfortunately but i think her name is Malak, not sure but she is a total example of the customer service individual. They are lucky to have her there.

- Malak the housekeeper was wonderful. Ever smiling. - There's a grocery shop just beneath the apartment. Great to restock victuals.

It was on a steep incline to get to the main street and trams.

Clean apartment with very good location, but poor communication from host and improper behavior.

The apartment was clean and beds were quite comfy. The location is the best part of the apartment. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to see in a small amount of time.

We arrived late (8 pm) due to a lot of traffic. When we arrived some of the beds still didn't have bedsheets on and there were also no toilet paper. The apartment clearly was not ready. Prior to our arrival I contacted the host and informed that we would be 11 people. They confirmed that this would be absolutely no problem. They had prepared 2 mattresses, which I together with the maid placed in their proper rooms. When we arrived back from our dinner one of our mattresses were gone. I had to discuss the issue with the owner very late at night and initially he would not budge, even though I told him that we had arranged for 11 people, which they had already accepted in advanced. The owner could not speak English, so clearly it was not the same guy I had correspondence with over booking.com. This is not a situation you want to be in late at night travelling with a large group including small children. Clearly they had prepared for 11 people, but changed their mind in the last second. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and cause of a lot of unnecessary stress - unprofessional! Further, the sofa-bed was an absolute joke. Almost broken and could definitely not hold the weight of a single adult. They even told us only to put a child on it. Lastly, the AC in one of the rooms kept spitting out some debris. It is placed right above one of the beds. So whoever is sleeping there will get it on top of them.
