We are a group of 7 mature business owners who were holding our 27th annual retreat. Everyone agreed this was the best property we have rented. Large, comfortable, great kitchen, comfortable rooms. There were a couple of minor technology/maintenance issues but nothing that would detract us from staying here again.

Overall, this was a nice place. On arrival the pool was cloudy, but they did send someone out the next day to resolve the issue. The management worked with us and reimbursed us for the time lost.

Good, but maintenance needs to be addressed. Ice maker, only 1 of 3 functional. Several fans did not function. Only 1 frig cooled as it should. Used one for beverages only. Yard needs to be spruced up. We had to repeatedly clean out the pool cleaner. Was not emptied prior to our arrival. Pool lights and sound system “ disabled”- ie not maintained?

We rented the Cochise Estate for my husband's 60th bday and had mostly older adults but a few nieces and nephews who go to ASU visited a few days. The house was exactly as pictured and could not be better for a family gathering. The kitchen is great as are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area is wonderful, and offers so many things to do. I highly recommend this property.

No where in any emails or paperwork states that the host was going to meet you upon arrival or whenever they felt like it. This was very odd to us and felt pretty unprofessional. He was very nice, but stayed along time going over everything that we could have read in the handbook. If you’re going to meet your guests then state that in writing before the day and not an hour after the guests checked in trying to settle into their vacation.

Family Gathering in Scottsdale
We really enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable and beautiful. We spent most of our time outside, and it is spectacular! The staff we dealt with (Joseph and William) were very kind and attentive, making certain we had everything we needed and that the accommodations were comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Cochise Villa to anyone interested. I would consider returning as well. Thank you to all who were involved in making our stay great!

Cochise Luxury!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Cochise Estate. It had everything, and we barely needed to leave the property. Great pool, putting green, pool tables, hot tub, ping pong, darts....so much fun.

The two coffee makers were broken, bedroom 4’s bathroom shower was clogged and the glass door fell off the track. The exterior door latch was also stuck. There is no fitness room any more as it has been converted into a bedroom and you have to walk through that bedroom to get to the dry sauna. There is also a very loud old drinking fountain that sounds like a freight train every 2 hours through the night. One of the other bathroom sinks was clogged too. The indoor fireplaces were nice but the wiring was loose and had to be re-attached. There were also no trash bags available. The top rack of one of the dishwashers was also broken. The bathroom floors needed to be cleaned better as well. The maintenance guy, William, did come by to try and fix what he could and he was very nice. Overall, it had a relaxing atmosphere.

Nice escape during otherwise very hot Scottsdale summer days
We originally planned for another family to join us but had only the four family members. The house was as advertised but had no gym. Not that we would have thought of using the hot tub in 110 F weather but it was not very clean. Great party house for a large group. The exterior landscaping surrounding the pool could be cut back and it wouldn't hurt to have more of an insecticide program to support a more bee and bug free pool side experience. Anyone with bee allergies need to be very careful this time of year. We had the garage door motor go out on us the last morning on the way out but otherwise accomodations were very enjoyable.

This house could not have been more perfect for our group of graduates and moms. The description and pictures are true to how they present. Staying here was such a treat and the staff was very accommodating in helping make our stay perfect. I highly recommend!!!

This house is as amazing as the photos make it look. We needed a place that could comfortable sleep 16 people as well as offer plenty of fun amenities and it did not dissappoint.

Great Place
Place was nice and was as advertised. We had fun with all the amenities the property offered and the interior was very nice. I must say that the concierge team was excellent as we needed a few things like glasses and such as we were a group of 12 and they got them to us within an hour or so of asking, Thank you concierge tam very much .
