This beautiful, 190 square-metre flat is situated in an eighteenth-century building with high coffered ceilings and antique fired brick floors located in a lovely piazza in the heart of Rome. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The building is located in a small piazza where there is a picturesque food an flowers market; a lovely patch of colour in the heart of the city. Very close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona; Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain are just a short walk away. It is the ideal place from where to start your journey through Rome and get lost in its small alleys. This neighbourhood is the home to the main monuments and historical places of the capital and the most famous shopping streets, via del Corso, via di Campo Marzio , via Condotti etc. The flat is made up of 4 big bedrooms (3 double and one with 2 French beds), a big kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and two big entrance halls, as it is on two floors. In 2016 a new Air Conditioning sistem has been installed at the second floor, in addition to the existing one at the first floor. All the rooms of the apartment (4 bedrooms, siting room, kitchen) have an indipendent AC system. The flat is equipped with tv, internet, wi-fi, pc workstation and a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine). The bed linen and towels are included in the price. City tax of 3,5 euros per person per day is not included in the daily rate. The guest will have to pay the tax in cash at the check in. The rent covers the exclusive use of the whole flat. The simplest way to get to the flat: from Termini station the taxi takes about 10 minutes and costs about 10 euro; from Fiumicino airport taxis charge a fixed rate (45 euros); you can also book a car with driver for a fixed rate (40 euros, and takes around 45 minutes); you can also take the Fiumicino Express (15 euros per person) or the bus (7,50 euros per person), both leave you at Termini station.

Our family of 8 (4 generations) had an amazing stay in Rome. We loved the location just a short walk from many of the most popular attractions in Rome. The apartment was a nice safe haven to come home too after a long day of sight seeing.

You are right in the heart of Rome tucked away in a Piazza that is populated with hip young local Italians at night The piazza buzzes with activity but you don’t hear it in apt you feel like a local while staying in apartment You get to know the bar and restaurant managers next to apartment who are super friendly Location is unmatched Literally the Pantheon is a two minute walk where you pass by countless restaurants and shops along the way The apartment was amazing, spacious, with all the amenities Rafaela the host was very helpful and super responsive

This roomy and confortable appartment is well located. Big enough for a group of 4 adults and their 6 children, the kitchen and bedrooms allowed the groups to eat together, while providing space for some individual relaxation. The appartment furniture is in need of some updating and this would make this property even more atractive. The air conditioning worked well even when the temperature in Rome went over 100 F degrees 2 of our 4 days.

Very good communication with the owner. You need to be okay with stairs & slightly strange that the kitchen was on the top floor via a spiral staircase but would we stay there again - yes!

The flat was so clean and spacious and felt like an authentic Rome getaway! It is great for parties of 5-8 people! The piazza below is so robust with several restaurants, a Saturday morning farmers market! Its central to the
tourist sites and lots of shopping! Wonderful spot and i would reserve again!

Fantastic apartment - exactly as listed on site. It can be a little noisy at night so you might need earplugs but it's right in the heart of Rome. Owners were excellent to deal with, helpful and responsive.

This property was a wonderful gem in a lively Rome square. There were 9 individuals (5 adults and 4 kids) from multiple families that enjoyed this property. It was within walking distance of many attractions and great food. The property was clean and the owners were extremely helpful.

Raffaella’s apartment was fantastic, a beautiful historic building situated on a small square that had a fruit and vegetable market in the morning and outdoor dining at multiple restaurants at night. The apartment is two floors with three bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom, living room, and kitchen/dining on the second. Interior circular stair or you can go out and re-enter apartment on second level. Kitchen is well appointed. Washer/dryer very useful for family group, and AC cooled us off from Rome heat. We had an extended family group of nine fit well, all on beds. Fabulous location near Pantheon and Piazza Navonna. Raffaella was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. We’ve stayed with family in many apartments in Europe and this was one of the best.

This place was perfect! We had 9 people in our group and the apartment fit us perfectly. It was clean and well kept. The location could not have been better--walking distance to just about everything! The property manager was right on top of everything for us and helped us mange transport from our cruise port to Rome and then from Rome to the airport. They suggested some great restaurants and gave us directions to the local grocery store. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this property.

This apartment is amazing. It is located in a quaint square and is walkable to many sites in Rome. After a long day when you don't feel like walking far to dinner, there are restaurants right outside your door. We found the apartment spacious and easily fit our group of 9. We really could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Easy location for touring Rome. Most responsive host on VRBO - really. The layout is quirky with an internal spiral staircase. But the upper floor can be reached through an extra set of stairs in the building staircase. Large bedrooms. Square and restaurants might be noisy - but with windows closed you hear nothing. Great little square below the apartment have several excellent restaurants, a neat little bar and a morning fruit and veggie market. OK - an extra bathroom would be nice. Just so you know I am not a robot.

Nice apartment in a great location. 2 minute walk to Pantheon and many restaurants. Very responsive hosts. Downsides include very firm mattresses, no elevator, airport transfer couldn't get close so we had to drag our luggage for blocks.

This VRBO was perfect for my husband and myself and our 3 adult children and their partners. Lots of space to spread out. Location is very central with great cafes and restaurants just outside the front door. No elevator and internal spiral staircase extremely narrow so apartment best for the agile!

Loved the location and the space we had for our family, which included 3 kids and grandmother. The palazzo below was quite loud at night with all of the restaurants and bars, but so convenient to dine at!

What a wonderful stay we just had. This two floor apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Rome. You are located in a wonderful small square of great restaurants, with a lovely fruit market set up every morning. We would run down in the morning to pick out what we needed for breakfast: fruit, eggs, fresh bread and mozzarella. It is just a 3 min. stroll to the Pantheon. You really are in the centre of everything.
The apartment has three bedrooms and and a washroom in the first floor. A spiral staircase takes you to the second floor (or you can use main apartment staircase to the second floor to access with a separate key which may be easier for some). The second floor has a living room, large kitchen with seating for 8, laundry, washroom and a large master suite.
There is air conditioning in all rooms although the one in the bedroom with three beds on the first level is a little weak.
Our host was responsive, and helpful. What a great stay! Thank you!

We had a great stay in Rome. Raffaella was great to work with - great communication before our stay, check in was a breeze and we had a very minor maintenance issue come up during our stay which was quickly resolved.
The apartment itself was lovely and just as pictured. The location is great and we could walk to all the sites in Rome. The apartment is located on a lovely piazza which comes to life in the evening so there is a little noise, but we didn't have any trouble sleeping after a long day of siteseeing. We were there in July and it was HOT but the a/c kept the bedrooms and common spaces very comfortable. We had a great stay and hope to return someday!

We had a great stay! It was a hot time of year, and all the A/C were working perfectly thankfully! The location is amazing with wonderful restaurants within a few steps in each direction. So many we couldn’t even try them all. A market daily out front that changed over to outdoor dining in the evening. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Fabulous place for bigger family
We had 7 people, so the 4 bedrooms were fabulous. Clean and location was amazing. Right near the pantheon and the neighborhood came alive at night from market/ small cafes and parking into full blown restaurants over the streets and piazza. Highly recommend. Felt truly a part of Rome. Hosts were fantastic! Even set up transport to the train terminal for us when leaving.

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location
This apartment is in a great location - close enough to everything you would want to visit in Rome but with a very local neighborhood feeling. You won't need to leave the surrounding few blocks to find fantastic coffee, food, and drinks. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and well furnished, looking out on a scenic square. Being there feels like being in a novel. Raffaella was a wonderful host - helpful and easy to reach. She even helped us arrange a car directly there from the airport (highly recommend). Excellent experience!

Rome Family Vacation
We just spent the last week in this apartment in Rome. There were 7 adults and a 2 yr old. The apartment was super spacious. The apartment was in the best location to all the sights, shops and restaurants. You were able to walk everywhere. The farmers market every morning outside our door was an added bonus! Our host Raffaella arranged transfers for us to and from the airport. We were very sad to leave . Highly recommend this property!!!

What an ideal spot for our family of 9 (Ages 80-16) to explore Rome. Rafaela was very responsive to any questions we had during our trip and set up transportation to and from the airport. There are three queens and three twins which was perfect. Easy walking distance or a quick cab ride to anywhere we wanted to explore. Lots of great restaurants literally outside the front door. Please note you are staying in the heart of the city and no where can you stay in a major city and not have street noise.
We will cherish the memories created on this trip for the rest of our lives.

What an ideal spot for our family of 9 (Ages 80-16) to explore Rome. Rafaela was very responsive to any questions we had during our trip and set up transportation to and from the airport. There are three queens and three twins which was perfect. Easy walking distance or a quick cab ride to anywhere we wanted to explore. Lots of great restaurants literally outside the front door. Please note you are staying in the heart of the city and no where can you stay in a major city and not have street noise.

This is a spacious, clean apartment two flights of stairs above a charming piazza. The kitchen and bedrooms are large and airy and we were able to cook from the local butcher and vegetable market. Rafaella was charming and very responsive to the few issues we had. The only downside of this apartment is it is noisy at night, especially at the weekend. The piazza is “lively” with outside guests to the bars and restaurants making noise until 12 or 1am. So if you like nightlife it is perfect. If you want to sleep it’s tough on the weekend. Otherwise it is really comfortable.

Property was in great location. Close to everything and Restaraunts, bar and even farmers market right outside your door. Like most Rome apartments it was hot at times due to weak AC but we were also in a heat wave.

We loved our stay at the Coppelle Apartment during the holidays! The location was ideal.
Every day…and on most nights…we easily walked to Rome’s many attractions. And every morning, we woke up to the produce market just downstairs in the public square.
The streets in the immediate neighborhood are filled with interesting shops. You could feel the energy.
The apartment was the perfect size for our party of six. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the clothes dryer, not very common in European apartments, was a nice plus.
We would definitely recommend the Coppelle Apartment for a Rome vacation. We can't wait to return.
